"Okay...." I'm still processing everything

"Yeah....and now you're going to tortoise island.."

"uh-huh"

"There will be lot's of women there.."

"But don't worry, your skill only works to those with a pure heart"

"Am I a Disney princess or something?!" Pure heart? seriously?

"haha, as long as you don't act like one"

"Then why is it called Gambler's Luck?"

"I have no idea, probably because you can only charm a few women with it? Anyway, that's all the time I've got"

"When will you be back?"

"Who knows?"

Grimm laughed as he left through the dimensional rip.

The next morning I woke up to Arachne wrapping herself around my body while Mira was on the table fixing her hair

"G'morning" I greeted Mira

"Morning" Mira sweetly smiled

"Arachne, wake up" I tried to wake Arachne up

"Muu...Lyan...Nooooo~" I kept poking her cheeks

"Come on Arachne, wake up or else I'll get Lyan all for myself~" Mira chuckled

"I'm awake!" Arachne quickly sat up

The three of us went to the dining hall to get breakfast and coincidentally saw the Knight's academy eating on the table opposite of us, they didn't cause any trouble this time and just silently ate their grub.

The entire trip to Tortoise Island was peaceful since then. After 8 hours of boredom, we finally arrived at Tortoise Island.

"Hyaaahhh!" Rivera quickly went down the ship and stretched her body.

"That was boring" Clay also left the ship

"Come on, let's look for a place to set up our base" I urged them to move

We traveled for 30 minutes before arriving at a clearing near a river that led straight to the ocean, this place was perfect so we quickly set up camp and hunted for food

"Captain, what should we do with the others" Clay sat beside me and asked

"What do you mean?" I replied

"The Knight's Academy and Religion of Light gave us some nasty looks earlier"

"I didn't see any of those from Religion of Light"

"They're the ones who wore a white hood and robes that reached down to the ground"

"Oh, those guys"

"Yeah, I have a bad feeling about them"

"Yeah, I do too, however, we can't just go picking a fight with everyone. We still have the reputation of the academy to protect, also there's my family's reputation. The son of the hero of the north can't just go killing people without reason even though I really wanted to kill the fat fuck that tried to rape Talia's mom, I can't put myself above the law. I already told dad about the incident with that chief, it's all I can do..."

"I know you really wanted to get back at the man but you let us go instead because you know you might kill the guy and for that...thanks" Clay thanked me

"Yeah, so all we can really do right now is finish our mission...but if they hurt any of you then... I hope they don't blame me for burying their corpse here"

"Don't worry captain, we're not that weak"

"haha, I know you guys aren't that weak"

"Captain, it's burnt" Clay pointed at the fish that was as black as charcoal

"Oh, My bad, Guess I was lost in thought"

Clay and I talked about a few things before handing out the cooked fishes to everyone.

"Okay, I will go out to scout a bit, everyone else will have to stay here" I said

"Sure thing Cap'n" Rivera and Clay agreed

"But..." Arachne wanted to reason but Mira stopped her

I went on my way and left the camp, I have no specific place to reach so I randomly walked and before I knew it, I reached the shore and saw a broken down ship.
