I hope my messenger and familiar Skraar has reached you well. Please feed him ample meat so he may rest up for his urgent flight back. My name is Blue Wing of Havnarsund and I am currently investigating a case of a crolachan youth that caused trouble in my resident city of Myrskattnholm recently.

According to witnesses, during a jovial celebration of the yuletide, she punched several patrons of a bar, smashed a cask of ale, forced her way into the storage cellar, from which she stole several foodstuffs, and finally cast a spell to smash a way out of the cellar and escape into the dark of the night.

Due to her magic abilities, I was hired to investigate this occurrence. Investigations have led to a letter being found among the rubble in the cellar. I recognized a Hidden Hand's name seal on the envelope. I have refrained from opening or reading it, out of professional respect. I have enclosed it in this letter for you to read in hopes that you will help me my investigations.

Other than the fact that the suspect was a female crolachan youth, and that she wore a large fur coat and a bright leather rucksack, I can regrettably give no further description.

Please help me out in my quest to find the perpetrator quickly.
