Chapter-60: Everything in place.

After settling all the matter of the outside world I can finally give my attention to the village I have created.

By the way, the name of my village is the same as the village that Hashirama and Madara created.

Konohagakure (Village hidden in the leaves).

In short Konoha. Of course, as a leader of the village, I am titled as Hokage. I am not copying the name, just honoring the place that I got the concept of my power from. By the way as a symbol of the first Hokage, my face was sculptured on the rock mountain, the mountain I made by myself.

It really feels good to think that, later, this village will be known as the first ninja village of this world. Or the origin place where the ninjas were created.

I looked at the children, teenage, youths, middle-aged even older guys who are learning all kinds of jutsu. Their power source is not purely from chakra that I implemented on them. Their power also from magic and use of nature.

Nature is the new power concept that I learn from the Record of Naruto-Verse. This power is almost infinitely dormant in the whole world. You can have infinite supply if you can understand the principle of that and can fuse it with your magic and chakra, congratulation you are someone who will consider as one of the strong in this world because you are now monster that posses tremendous power sources.

The good news is almost 40% of the recruit here can fuse nature power with their chakra and magic. Unlike the world of Naruto, it's really easy to fuse your power with nature but you require both chakra and magic together. Chakra is something that helps you to co-exist with nature power, and magic helps you to control those power in one vortex. In simple, you combine chakra and nature while magic surrounds them to not to go out of control. If there is no magic, then the same thing happened as the Naruto world, where it would be not easy to control energy from nature, and become stone toad like existence. And if there is no chakra, then magic and nature wouldn't co-exist in the first place, if it was possible it would have invented long ago, even I have tried to combine magic and nature with each other but they were just repealing each other. Long talk, in short, to maintain nature power in the body of a person, they require both chakra and magic.

A person came in front of me. It was Konan.

She didn't talk but was standing beside me.

"How's the unit under you is going?"

I asked her.

"Well, all of them are mature men and women who have sufficient experience of this world. Everything fine, I guess."

The unit under her was known as Le Gend. It is a group that was made by all experience magician that I recruit one by one. Le Gend is the core of the Konoha. Not just fighting experience but each member has their own place of expertise, and they are enough to be the board member to run a country.

Though I say, the unit was under Konan, it's just she is managing them to cover my busy schedule. In the end, I am the grand leader that will commend them.

I created another unit called Arroganz, the mirror image of Akatsuki. They are a mercenary group that will handle the world from the shadow. The direct commander is me in the face of Yahiko.

Now then, let's talk about the most important fact. Recently I discover a new power that lies in Record of Naruto-Verse. That power is called inheritance power. I have the power to pass the memory and bloodline to a person. Upon having this power they will get the memory of that person and can use the same jutsu as them.

In an example, let's assume I have passed the memory of Itachi to a certain person. That person will regain all memories of Itachi and his jutsu's including Sharingan. But the requirement is that guy must have physical and mental ability to inherit that power. Or he will just explode.

The leader of pain, Yahiko I made not only have my memories but also have the memory of Nagato. He is not my clone made from my chakra, but the clone that I made with scientific means with cells of mine. In order to do that, I have passed the Inheritance power to another particular person, and with his help, I successfully created those vessels.

Yahiko is the vessels that have the ability to hold Rinnegan power. The notable thing is that Yahiko and I are the same conscious, same as a clone of my does, his memory is connected to me, what I do he will know and what he does I will know, my decision is his decision, he will decide the thing that I would decide in his place. The only difference is that that clone also bears the memory of Nagato other than mine. Also, I cannot undo Yahiko like other clones, he can be only destroyed, in another word dead.

A person appeared in front of me.

"That clone is ready."

"Oh is it?"

The name of this person Rubel Lister. But there is a vast difference between his current appearance and past appearance. He is the scientist that I passed a memory of a certain person. That is Orochimaru. He has the same purple mark and snake eyes as Orochimaru in another word he became snake sage.

"Hehehe, he is masterpiece yet until now. I am certain that he can withhold the power of that man."

"I wish it can. This vessel of mine will play a crucial part in the future."

"Heh, combining with your consciousness and that man's memory, I am trembling just thinking about it."

Shit! This guy became as creepy as Orochimaru after receiving the memory of him. Now. I am thinking if I did the right thing to pass him the memory of Orochimaru. Originally he was a gentleman. But now... sigh!

"Well, then. Let's start the next phase of our story."
