In a tail building, Western Dragon Divine Emperor was doing his paperwork. His office isn't like other countries which in the imperial or royal palace. His office was in a separate modern building than his residence which is also modernized.

He noticed presences behind the door before they can knock he said,

"Come in."

Two men and one woman enter the office and kneel before him.

"Report."

The woman was the leader in this group. She started to state their report,

"The result of Northern Dragons Annihilation has progressed little. A few of them dead including Northern Dragon King. We don't know whereabout Dragon Empress and few princesses and princes."

Though it is already more than two months that, that incident happened but they are still investigating reasons for disaster upon their fellow dragon race.

"Did you guys find the reason why they were killed like that?"

Divine Emperor asked without making any extra expression.

"I don't know it's true or not, because, only two people from Holy Empire witness that scene, and those two and their information is one of the topmost secrete on that country."

The woman said.

"I presume you got knowledge of that information?"

The Divine Emperor said with trust on his subordinate.

"But of course. That's why I tell you that it true or not. The Northern Dragon was annihilated by a single man."

This time the easy-going expression of the Divine Emperor change to a pure surprise like he was taken aback.

"Yes, he was a one-eyed masked man, it was stated that he single-handedly took all the dragon out. But we cannot confirm that yet, as we are the only one who knows that.
