Chapter-46: Konan Vs Guts

"Brooooooom!!!"

After being provoked by Konan, Guts attacked her without considering anything with her.

But after dirt of his attack's impact cleared out he showed bewilderment expression. That's because no one was there.

Far from his hut Konan appeared with Lina. In her hand, there was a butterfly origami. Of course, it was made by her. If you look carefully there was marking on it.

It was very jutsu Second Hokage created and Fourth Hokage made it to more perfection. It was Flying Thunder God jutsu.

Though she can't use it as well as them, for near distance space-time teleportation is achievable for her. She practiced this art again and again. In Jin's opinion, it will take her 2 years or more to perfect this jutsu for long distance space-time teleportation jutsu.

For safety reason, she made two butterfly origami which contains marking of Flying Thunder God jutsu which fly 500m back and 500m front from her position. This time she teleported 500m back.

"Stay here, I will handle Guts. It's dangerous for you to hang around us when we are fighting seriously."

"Wait..."

Without hearing Lina's word she teleported back to Guts backside. She left a Flying Thunder God marking butterfly origami before she left and that was flying on the back of Guts.

Taking his back she rose her right leg to kick him with her heel.

But it was failed attempt as Guts sense the danger and dodge that with godspeed.

"Excellent! He wasn't wrong. I can see why he has taken interest in you. Your reaction speed certainty fast, and you did it without using any magic power. You really are the legendary God Speed Guts!"

"What the heck are you talking about, woman? Who is he?"

Shifting his position toward her he again sent a super fast punch.

But she vanished from that place. It was her butterfly which was flying around them, she teleported before it.

"What! How can you be that fast?!"

He didn't notice that she was teleporting before the butterfly origami. He took her teleportation as movement speed.

"You see, you are not the fastest person I have met. Compared to you, he is way too fast. Faster than light."

Blizz!!

It was electricity which was flashing on his body.

"Faster than light? Nothing exists like that."

He didn't attack again with his fist but sent an electric wave, just to proved his sentence (No particle faster than light in the law of physics.).

Her body shredded into five to six pieces. But if you notice clearly those pieces turned into the countless paper which flew overhead of Guts and starts to merge together and create the shape of Konan.

"Your knowledge is just shallow old man. Follow me, become his subordinate, you will realize that, you are nothing but a frog in the well."

Without being offended he said,

"Your magic is really unique, I never saw anything like that."

Guts have taken interest in her jutsu, which he thought as magic that he never has seen or heard in his life.

"Indeed, this an articular power was given by him."

Creating a pair of wings with paper on her back she continued,

"Isn't that beautiful?"

Seeing her superior behavior, he went back to his previous foul mood.

"Who is that 'he'?"

"I will not give his name if you don't decide to the alliance with us for safety concern."

Though she told about Jin to Lina, this guy is different because first one is easy to control while if something happens to him, many people will be alert in a bad way, because this guy is really one of the legendary figures.

"How about I know about him by defeating you?"

Saying that he flew on the sky to attack her. When she saw he was coming, countless papers started to circle around her.

"Shikigami Dance."

She made a spear out of paper that was circling and throw toward him.

Because he was flying and Konan's process was so fast that he couldn't react in time. He tried to defend with his hand by catching the neck of the paper spear.

But he underestimated the strength behind the throwing speed that he was slammed on the earth.

"Gah!"

A pained voice came out from his mouth. If Konan wanted to, she could attack him taking this opening, but she refrained from that.

Guts stood on his feet again.

"To think I am being cornered down by a little girl whose age no more than 20. You make me serious now, let me show my strongest attacks, [Seventh Tier Magic: Snake of Lost Thunder]"

[*AN: Lame name I know. But this technique is not something I am going to invest in future so, I named it randomly. :p]

Countless lightening snakes were created from his hand which was going toward Konan.

If it was before she would scream out of fear because this technique was that strong.

But now she didn't show any emotion. From her wings, countless paper shurikens counter attacked the electric snake.

Those shurikens were easily penetrated the electric snake and disperse them. But she didn't stop her barrage of attack. Those shurikens start to rain on Guts. He evaded first few attacks, but he couldn't keep up with the same speed and took the attack head-on.

When she finally stopped, he was injured but because of his great speed he defended his vital and keep it in bearable wounds.

Thinking that Konan was out of gas he tried to counter-attack.

But then he noticed Konan's emotionless yet victorious eyes. He felt itchy to see that. His mind was screaming that something bad will happen.

He noticed that there were countless papers with strange mark was sticking in his body. He didn't know that those were the paper bombs, but his danger radar was saying it will not end up good.

[AN: Last line of the upper paragraph could be written like that, 'That was the moment Guts knew, he fucked up'.]

"Broooooooom!!!!!!!!"
