[Yo guys, this special chapter is to show the difference between the heroes and Yuuya. That's right. He became really OP.

My name is Eiji Ikeda. I was summoned about a month ago to this world, Redorias. I was asked by the king here, Avelicas Mirelia Crangel to help the humans defeat the demons who were encroaching on the Ars continent.

Of course, I agree. Its obvious that I, as the hero should agree to defeat the demons. Isn’t that the basis of all fiction? I select my career to become a , the figure of righteousness. The kingdom gave me the best equipment as I’m a hero. The “Great Paladin’s armor” and the “Holy sword Solaris”. With these, I’ve got the image of a hero from the legends.

Right now, our party, was attacking the nearby dungeon, ‘Ocru dungeon’. We’re already at the 6th floor of the dungeon. The king asked us to conquer this dungeon so that we can get stronger. With me, Hideki, who became a acts as the Vanguard. Shizuka san, who selected the class and Mayumi, who became a summoner, acts as the mid guard. Nanami san, a acts as our rearguard, with Rika san as a . Ayumi and Satoshi were back at the kingdom, since the king exempted them from the quest. They needed special training it seems.

Our party strength was really great, as we reached the 6th floor in just a month. The Demon moths attacked us in groups, and we were having a bit of trouble in order to finish them up. Since the Demon moths attack in a ratio of 30:1, they always try to maintain a numerical advantage.

I start chanting, in order to prepare my intermediate magic, . It’s lethal against monsters with a demon alignment. I use the special option of the ‘Great Paladin’s armour to add a defense boost to everyone in my party.

Hideki frequently uses his skill, . A convenient crowd control skill, its used by clapping his hands together, which creates a shockwave that pushes away almost all attacking enemies. Shizuka san dives in and out of our battles, in order to keep the monster attack count to a minimum. Mayumi is controlling her familiar, . Another attack scheme that’s suited for crowd control, the flame golem sets any Demon moths that come close to it on fire and occasionally fires fireballs, which decimates a large number of the moths. Nanami san is constantly buffing us in order to increase our attack strength, and Rika san protects her from any moths that wander close.

“Shine bright,Holy Light!” (Eiji)

I release my magic, and the entire dungeon floor is illuminated by the magic. Every Demon moth is annihilated, and any strays that were still coming were quickly cleaned up by Shizuka san and Hideki.

“Haaaah..Haaah…” (Eiji)

Panting, I sat down. I feel fatigued. A dungeon of 7 floors, conquering the Ocru dungeon was extremely tiresome. My magic takes quite a toll on me.

“Alright guys, only the boss room is left! We can do this! The king will be pleased.” (Hideki)

Every one of us were dead tired, and feebly nodded. This bastard Hideki, how is he still so energetic?

We bring out the portable food we brought and start munching down. We were so tired, that I couldn’t even bite in. It was stale and tasteless, yet nourishing. After keeping watch and taking turns sleeping, we all woke up, ready to take on the dungeon boss.

“Let’s go!” (Eiji)

We head out, and rearrange our equipment, making sure everything was ok. We pushed open the door and entered the boss room.

A huge hall spread out before us. The signs of battle were evident. Might be the previous challengers.

In the middle of the room, there was a disgusting pustule like thing, which was pulsating. It was black and red. It looked really disgusting.

“There’s a barrier surrounding it!” (Nanami)

“Everyone, concentrate all your long range attacks onto the same point. We can break it like that.” (Rika)

Everybody nods. I start chanting, preparing my elementary magic . After preparing it, everyone nods at each other.

“Holy projectile!”(Eiji)

“Flame golem’s flame ball!” (Mayumi)

“Air slash!”(Rika)

“Ethereal Rapier!” (Shizuka)

“Fireball!” (Nanami)

“Force throw!” (Hideki)

A bright flash of light, two fireballs, a rock thrown at superhuman speeds, a misty rapier, a sharp gust of wind, all head towards the barrier.

*Ptshhh!!!!*

The barrier shatters, and the pustule explodes, covering the surroundings with some kind of a gooey mucus. And out of the pustule came—

A lesser demon.

Fear struck my mind. A lesser demon wasn’t supposed to appear here! They’re as strong as the commander who trained us! The demon , a long and lanky figure with two long horns on his head, was black from head to toe, with some red lines on his body. His eyes glowed white, without pupils.

“Welcome humans, I am the demon Serios! The demon which rules the Guradia sect !! Tremble before me!!” (Demon)

I can’t move. A demon .. its still out of our league. We’re gonna die at this rate!

“Oooooaaah!!!!” (Shizuka)

Everyone of us were frozen with fear, but only shizuka charges to the front, determined.

“I commend you little human, for overcoming my ”

The demon extended it’s hand after chanting something and a black longsword came out of it’s shadow. It swung the sword onto Shizuka. She can’t take it! It’s too strong!

““Defense boost, Synergy!”” (Nanami)

Nanami shoots a synergy defense boost, and Shizuka parries the sword and tries to drive it into the torso of the demon. No. The material is too thick, you can’t—

“Flame enchantment!” (Mayumi)

Mayumi’s coats the rapier in flames, and Shizuka tries to wound the demon.

*CLANG!*

No good. The demons skin is like steel. She made a scratch, but she couldn’t do anything else. Eh. Wait. If I had used my , couldn’t she have pierced through? Aren’t everyone fighting? I need to move.

“EIJI! GET YOUR BUTT OVER HERE!” (Hideki)

Hideki’s yell snaps me out of my delirium. That’s right. We can’t give up yet. We need to win against this guy first. Alright. Here goes. Feel the power of a hero’s strike, demon.

I begin chanting, and casting all the magic I can on me.

“Guys, hold him down for as long as you can. I’ll, I’ll finish him!” (Eiji)

Everyone nods, and continues. Ah this is bad.Everyone are badly wounded. Shizuka’s rapier broke too. Faster, faster, faster!

“Holy defense!”

“Holy attack!”

“Holy agility!”

“Pierce power,boost!”

“Defense power,boost!”

I use all of my buff enchantments. Even Nanami buffs me up . I prepare to use my strongest skill, and my strongest magic.

I charge up my attack, waiting for my opening. Hideki attacks the sword wielding hand, and holds it down. Shizuka holds his leg and tries to keep it down as much as possible. Mayumi was already knocked out by the demon. Nanami also uses up her magic and casts a magic to stop its movement. The demon was stopped. This opening, I definitely won’t waste it.

“Pierce through, Holy Paladin’s strike!!!”

I use my strongest skill, and use it on to the demons head. A perfect win! Our wi—

Eh. The demon vanished.

“Eiji, behind you!” (Hideki)

It reappeared behind me, it’s sword raised up high, in order to finish me off. What terrifying speed.

I try to turn and kill it, but it’s too late. The sword has already begun its descent. Then suddenly,as if by some miracle, the demon drops its sword to the side, and crouches down, holding its head, as if its in pain.

“Urk! Someone..killed big bro Melios?!!” (Serios)

Melios? Might be another demon. But, I’m not gonna waste this chance. I use another skill, the hero specific one.

“Strike down the evil before me, !”

Truly, a desperate situation. A cheat skill given to me, a cheat character.

My sword,”Solaris” drives into the demon’s head,and kills it. Or not.

“Did you think that would be enough, little hero?”(Serios)

“I knew this would happen, that’s why, !” (Eiji)

The shine covers the entire hall, and the demon’s scream resounds. A demon needs to be purified to be killed. Or they need to be destroyed to the extent that they can’t regenerate.

“We…we won…” (Eiji)

I collapse, after using up all my energy. Truly, what a tiring battle. Rika san catches me, and together, we leave the Ocru dungeon.

[If anyone has a doubt why Yuuya could kill the demon in one strike, it's because he's just too much of a cheat. Ha just kidding. Well, remember how the demon possessed a silver fur wolf in order to become a demon? So basically, the demon was a monster, not a demon. And the monster slayer ability kills him off. Since his constitution changes to that of a monster's. And the demon essence that escaped again was eaten by the pseudo rebellion. I don't plan to put this is in the main storyline FYI]
