Day 2
"I had my suspicions as to how our ship was able to escape despite the encirclement of enemy fleet. Our captain ordered we hide inside the planet to avoid pursuit. Upon entering the planet's atmosphere, he authorized the release of more than twenty thousand capsules in every direction as our ship descends. Every capsule contains human slaves supposedly to be used as manpower during the mission.
During our meeting, this was when our captain and his loyal subordinates showed their true colors. I do not know which enemy faction they belong to but one thing is certain. They work clean and have a personal vendetta with our family leader. They have already secured the classified data of my work, but they still want the original copy from me. While I am immune to soul search, they only needed to mention my fiance's name to get what they want.
Of the fifty crew members, seven defected and thirty nine died during our meeting. They crippled my cultivation and the rest were forcefully implanted an MC1 parasite. They said they will let me live so I could feel the same pain our patriarch did to them.
Day 3
I opened my eyes and I was greeted with a crew member who is about to finish beast transformation. I was force to shoot him with the gun our traitorous captain left me. The other two survivors with stronger resistance were unconscious but I managed to bring them into the medical pod but unfortunately the AI machine was not equipped to perform the procedures to save them.
Day 4
The Federation has a long history of researching how Spiritual Veins are birthed and with their relentless efforts, a method with less one percent success rate production was created.
Primordial Phylum Cnidaria is a type of primitive jellyfish known to be the earliest life form to have had develop a beast core. By extensively modifying the Beast Core of the jellyfish, it will be implanted into an aquatic life form that has yet to perfect its evolution. These life forms will then be collected and aged into one of the Federation's highly guarded and restricted planets. After a hundred millennia, at least one of the hundred samples will have had transformed into a Spiritual Vein.

Our mission is to collect these life forms and I will be privileged to segregate a few samples for my experiment to produce Black Qi Spiritual Veins. These modified jellyfish are not meant to be planted on cultivators as it will transformed them into mindless beasts in less than five days and it is irreversible. Unlike with regular parasites, as long as it is tended with proper medical attention, victims will live minimum of fifteen years depending on their lifespan as they will age exponentially.
Today, I am authorizing the death of two brave soldiers. Should I succeed in returning to the Federation, I will expose the actions of Captain Al'iya and his subordinates and bring justice to their untimely death.
Day 18
Before I was casted out, my mother asked me why I chose to abandoned my identity which is envied by everyone and live an ordinary life. I told her a lie and said that I can only further improve once I overcome the demon in my heart.
My mother hailed from an ancient family who practices Dao, a metaphysical form of cultivation. Even when manifested, the only means to measure it is its level of destructiveness. I have seen records of how Dao cultivators tear space which normal practitioners of the same level cannot accomplish. Had I not been obsessed with the idea of turning back time, I probably had majored in Dao studies.
There is zero percent chance of rescue and I cannot stay on this ship longer. The humans slaves released will certainly kill me on sight when they find this ship. My meridians have healed but my strength is not sufficient to operate a mech. I do not know where I am headed.
I will leave this compiled knowledge about my understanding about the universe.

There is a belief that Black Qi is the aura of death and studying it will invite the god of death himself. I have always find that funny, but not until today.
We live, then we die. We find meaning in mortality. To that person who is fated to find my book, may you find meaning and contentment and live a fulfilled life.
If reincarnation really is possible, my only prayer is to meet my love, Lithe in the afterlife. "
Kle In closed the book. His tea has gotten cold. He felt like he just read an elaborate version of his life. He still could not recall his name back on earth but the book made him remember the name of the woman he has always loved. Her full name is Kirsten Ann Sabater Lu. He remembered the time when Kirsten begged him to stay but he chose to leave and joined a team to study the unknown energy recently discovered and cried twenty years later for making a stupid decision.
The biography has already proven and elucidated there really is no cure on his beast transformation and if there is hope, that is to study the possibility of turning back time but the book did not contain any information about Brung's research. Kle In got to his feet and approached Ver'a waiting outside.
"This book is missing something.” Kle In inquired looking at an elderly Elven whose hands are placed at the back while facing the beautiful sunset.
"I do not know how our forefathers got a hold of the book. It is a copy retrieved years after Ul Al'iya clan perished. My grandfather told me that Brung is the same Mur from our ancestral lineage."
"Did your ancestor leave any text or manuscripts that contain sets of numbers or any complicated numerical expressions or any sophisticated writings that do not make sense?"
"There are hieroglyphics but most of them are cultivation techniques. We may have degenerated to this state but entry to our temples remains sacred. I ask this friend to accept the reality that there really is no cure."
"What if I will convince Re'y to mate with one of your fine maidens?"
Kle In wanted to offer a Spiritual Vein Model in return but he just remembered what Ver'a told him earlier about allowing Re'y interact with their damsels. It can't be that they are only after his good looks.
"It requires at least a thousand small Qi crystals to activate the formations.” Ver'a responded then activated his wings.
Kle In smiled and decided to ask about Elven eugenics later as he activated his wings and followed Ver'a.

Of Men and Dragons, Book 1
Book 1 is now available on Kindle, or in paperback/hardcover! You can buy it here! Jack crash-landed on a planet where the natives are seven-foot-tall carnivorous cat-lizards currently somewhere between stone and bronze age. The good news is the natives think the ship that crashed into their mountain is a dragon and are steering clear of it. The bad news is they just left one of their own as a sacrifice to appease the beast. No matter what Jack and his AI co-pilot decide, his life just got a lot more complicated... ATTENTION: This is soft sci-fi rather than hard sci-fi, hence why I chose that tag. For those of you unfamiliar with the distinction, here's what Wikipedia had to say. 1. It explores the "soft" sciences, and especially the social sciences (for example, anthropology, sociology, or psychology), rather than engineering or the "hard" sciences (for example, physics, astronomy, or chemistry). 2. It is not scientifically accurate or plausible; the opposite of hard science fiction. Soft science fiction of either type is often more concerned with character and speculative societies, rather than speculative science or engineering. The term first appeared in the late 1970s and is attributed to Australian literary scholar Peter Nicholls.

Heart of the World (LitRPG)
This is the story of how I stabbed a bear. Well... technically speaking, that became the moment my life went into a vastly different direction, all on my way to 'The Mission'. The one I had been given alongside two other seasoned players. To help people in a world with a world. But, oh hoh, that bear... Don't get me started on that. So, apart from that, here is the gist of the other part. I'm a year long employee. Though, several years before I became an employee of theirs, this crazy ensuing madness of a Full Dive battle royale between even more companies started to boil over to a breaking point. Mine thought to search for something that would truly blow the competition out of the water. Well, they found it. Deep under the sea actually. They called it a game changer. Rumors abounded of course. But the most common knowledge became that it was a power source unlike the world had ever seen. However, I can tell you now, the unknown sometimes bump back. Especially when experimenting on highly unknown elements. Still, years safely went by and thus I became a developer there. Now, what does any of this got to do with stabbing a bear? Well, ask them that! They started it all. I'm new remember! Though, chaos ensued, and well, I was there. It probably helped that I had proven myself a good fighter in game and that I had some knowledge that could help with the triplets. Oh, but my sister would box my ears if she ever realized how little time I spent learning what the other developers created in the game before I had to go in there on, 'The Mission.' So, this is a story of a mission to save the people in Realm of Ancients. Not those rookies! Oh no, that was just a precurser. AND THERE WAS THE BEAR! Sorry, I had trouble getting over it. But that specific moment changed things. -- -- Hi! This is a project I have started for the fun. This is not your typical comedy. Yes, I added quite a bit humour to the story, BUT as things go into the eye of the storm the character will face challenges that hits him down. So it is not comedy in every chapter. But what do they say, when you've hit bottom, only way to go is up! :D I am always open to suggestions that might take the story to new heights, so you all are welcome to discuss the story in the comments. Just remember the all important SPOILER tags. ;) -Omri - I'd truly appreciate if you rate the story and leave reviews as we go. ;)

Someone Like Adam
"You know, it won't physically hurt you to be nice for once." I crossed my arms in front of my chest and groaned. "I don't want to take a chance." the corner of his lips lifted a little as he finished his sentence. "Well, you don't hear me complaining. The view of a someone so desperately working out is not a delight either." I retorted in a weary voice. "I bet it isn't." he narrowed his eyes at me and commented. Ugh.. Why is he so damn annoying? "You know what, just take your arrogant ass out of my room." I scowled at him, pointing towards the door. With small steps, he walked towards me. I took a step backwards when he neared me. He was invading my personal space, making me a bit flustered. The urge to push back his golden-brown hair covering his forehead was increasing with every passing second. "Gladly." he mumbled against my face and then walked past me out of my room. It took me a minute to calm down my racing heartbeat. ... He was a mystery, an enigma I wanted to solve.
