Kle In is walking on a villa littered with corpses. There is no trace of struggle and of many the dead bodies have a hole in their heads as fresh blood is still oozing out.

He originally wanted to find a village and request gloves and a customize clothes to cover his hideous appearance, but who would have thought that the first place he saw with signs of habitation was a bandit's lair.

He had no intention of being a busybody but the timing of his appearance could not have been better as he witnessed a woman beheaded in front of other women in cages. When the head rolled to the ground, he had a relapse. The next thing he knew, his Qi Projection automatically extended and crushed the head of the executioner.

He came to his senses when the one of the bandits fired a signal alarming the brotherhood. He wanted to leave but he could not ignore the cries of misery of the women in cages. The whole place was inundated by his aura and aside from the eleven Foundation Establishment experts whose circulation circuits were extracted, at least a hundred other men were all killed with a simple and deadly puncture in the head.

The women in the cages rejoiced upon the arrival of their savoir but when they saw the abominable image of their hero, they were frightened and their expressions looked like they would rather prefer being ravaged by a human rather than by a malevolent primate. He wanted to help these people in captivity, however he has his own problem to pursue.

Kle In he destroyed the cages and extended his Qi and collected blankets in every dwelling within the mountain. He will improvise a burqa later to cover his appearance when the need to socialize arises. He did not bother looting the rings of the dead and continued on his journey.

He could not help but think of the people he just killed. Some of them were teenagers who probably have yet to stain their hands with blood. Not long ago he complained how cruel and unfair this world is, but now he is finding himself to be on the same position as those cultivators he killed. Not long ago as well, he could barely find the courage to kill a rabbit, but now he slaughtered a hundred men like it was drinking water.

Sigh.

Things like order and moral obligation becomes an illusion in the face of power. He may have transformed into a monster physically but that does not mean he should become a monster all throughout.

Kle In descended near a random river to recuperate. He dug a cave and a small canal allowing enough water to flow in for his Spiritual Vein Model to function. The improved version of the Vein required only a few meters of an Isolation and Defensive Formation and he did not have to worry about running out of crystal stones anymore. After cleaning himself, he meditated.

He was occupied with his moral quandary when his stomach complained. He did not even notice when it started raining. As soon as he stepped outside the cave to hunt, he saw two humans in greenish tabard ganging up on a teenage male Elven across the river.

The rain was not enough to wash away their clothes soaked in blood indicating how fierce their battle had become. Although this is his first time witnessing an Elven clashing with humans which is included on his top ten things to watch, he decided to not meddle in their business.

He just recovered from his moral dilemma and he might lose his mind again if one of them ends up being beheaded triggering his trauma. As he was putting away the Spiritual Vein Model, he felt an upsurge of energy and an oppressive Sword Qi and when he turned around, the battle was over and young Elven was holding a sword dripping with blood.

The Elven looked like a gallant warrior standing beside his fallen enemies as it faces the falling droplets of the rain, if only there were no daggers stabbed in his thigh and right chest indicating a pyrrhic victory.

Kle In activated his divine sight to observe the young Elven. It is true he did not want to poke his nose on to their affairs but investigating Sword Qi is another matter. He could not find any traces of this mystical power no matter how he looks at the circulation pattern of the Elven.

The young Elven dropped to the ground after a few moments. Kle In immediately brought the youngster to his cave. The Qi Nodes started dimming when earlier it was bright. Kle In guessed this youngster must have used a technique to temporarily increase his strength at the cost of being crippled.

Kle In was not willing to give up that such a live sample will be wasted. He could feel the youngster was dying and although he is not knowledgeable in medicine, he knew that as long as the cultivation is intact, the body's resilience and healing capability will improve together with the lifespan being extended.

The Bou Patanii Fruit which was originally provided to him to concoct Core Formation Breakthrough pill is now being wasted to preserve the meridians of this stranger. He extended his own Qi to help the man circulate.

After a few minutes, there was still no improvement on the Elven's condition. He then noticed the unutilized secondary dantian of boy. He forced a Qi Sensing Pill into the boy's mouth an after a minute, the boy's Qi Nodes are all revealed.

Elvens do not have Bloodlines but the number of their Qi Nodes is either twice of that of a human and sometimes more based on his observations. He used to wonder why Elvens do not utilize their secondary dantian, but now that seeing a complete lit up Qi Node structure, he now understands why Elvens utilize their extra Qi Nodes as substitute for bloodlines if seen in human perspective. A lot of extra Major Qi Nodes just do not have natural connections to the primary or secondary dantian.

The Akwii clan used this secondary dantian and the very little Qi Nodes connected to it to store Death Qi and they have not transformed compared to his Beast Core Transplant. He was confident that he could awaken the extra circulation circuit of this Elven without harming him.

He decided to open up all the Qi Nodes of the Elven and performed a concurrent circulation for both dantians. Kle In knew for a fact that this will cause this Elven to face the same burden when leveling up, but keeping him alive is more important. Only a few seconds passed and the Elven's condition improved.

Kle In smiled.

What puzzles him is why did Krad'u of Akwii clan said that Elvens cannot exert this force. He estimated he should be close to the border and should only be delayed a day or two by tending to this stranger and investigate the origins of Sword Qi. The fact that this young Elven is capable of generating this mystical energy brought up his original theory that a stronger version of this force might exist and stands in his way. He may be powerful now but it is always better to be prepared.
