Benevolence III
One sunny afternoon, a man in his forties is meditating besides two teenagers while being watched by an innocent and harmless little boy. He does not know what is going on but rewarded with three Mid Tier Qi Enhancement Pills, he was keen in exceeding the client's expectations.
Two days ago, a messenger pigeon delivered a letter inviting him to San Ruk Town. His name is Dara Ngao'n. Twenty five years ago, he was a genius of their Branch Family. After breaking through Foundation Establishment at a young age, his arrogance unknowingly offended a powerful figure of Paco Green Dragon Scouts.
It started with a simple brawl and never had anyone expected that it ended in blood being spilled. To prevent the misunderstanding on further escalating, the clan decided to severely punish him that even his grandfather who is and elder can only watch as his cultivation was crippled. If not because of their Patriarch’s mercy, he would have been beheaded and was instead exiled from the clan.
With the passage of time, he fell in love, gotten married and miraculously spawned a talent like himself. Their clan refused to give him support and while he planning on selling his body in exchange for resources to support his son, a sudden invitation arrived.
The letter did not elaborate the reason for the summon nor did it say who it came from that he was hesitant but after watching his son to sleep, he decided to put on his back pack and traveled for two days.
However, disappointment greeted him upon learning that it was not the elders who summoned him, but a lowly maid. He almost wanted to leave immediately after being informed that he will be used as a test subject for pill potency, but rewarded with three Mid Tier Qi Enhancement Pills on the spot, he did not mind being crippled again for his son.

The boy who is currently sitting and observing him from the side is none other than his client.
Earlier that day, Kle In gave Ngao'n a High Tier Qi Sensing and Qi Enhancement Pill which he swallowed at the same time.
It did not take two minutes for the pill to take effect and Kle In saw opened Qi Nodes scattered over Ngao'n body, but for some reason, the connections between them are either broken or missing.
Aside from the twelve intact Major Qi Nodes in Ngao'n’s dantian, there was nothing worth noting.
Kle In could not stand Ngao'n bootlicking so he gave him an additional Bloodline Awakening Pill before sending him away.
Kle In could not be happier seeing the consistency of his hypothesis. It appears that cultivation talent or Spiritual Affinity is linked to the size of the soul and the color it is emitting. The person he just sent away has a soul size around seventy-eight centimeters emitting a strong crimson hue.
Compared to the two teenage cultivation trashes brought to him two days ago, their souls are around ten to twelve centimeters emitting dim red hue. With his High Tier Pills, they entered Qi Sensing Phase and were having difficulty entering Early Qi Condensation Realm similar to his experience.
Kle In looked at the two pitiful teenagers Mabna'y brought. He was beginning to understand the struggle of nurturing someone with Low Spiritual Elemental Affinity. It was the very reason nobody bid on him during the auction. If not because of this Elven race noticing his potential to become an Alchemist, he reckoned he probably was left to rot.
Kle In sighed and went back to his Alchemy room. He decided to refine all the set of ingredients for Advance Qi Enhancement Pill and trade them all off for resources until the two breaks through to Mid Qi Condensation Realm and confirm his experiment.

A month passed quickly and Kle In has been cooped up in the Alchemy room. On this day, he has just refined Bloodline Awakening Pills. Two days ago, he was advised that the two teenagers were getting ready to finally break through to Mid Qi Condensation. Thanks to the effect of his version of High Tier Pills, the two achieved Peak Early Qi condensation in a short time.
Kle In lamented on how much pills were spent. Cultivators with higher Spiritual Elemental Affinity usually do not need to consume Qi Sensing pill but the two could barely detect the next set of Qi Nodes needed to advance.
After dinner, Kle In handed four bottles of Body Reinforcement Pills to the two. He could only hope they would break through without experiencing the same hurdle he was facing.
Mabna'y reminded that the fast progress of the two is never recommended as it would build a weak foundation. It is the reason her daughter is still at Low Early Qi Condensation. She added that the highest they could achieve is Low Mid Qi Condensation and it is probably a waste to keep providing them pills. Kle In ignored it as he had a different objective.
The two teenage boys sat in the living room and each swallowed a pill. The task is to connect the three Major Qi Nodes in the chest area to be labeled as Mid Qi Condensation practitioners. Kle In asked Mabna'y to prepare snacks. Observing someone cultivate is akin to watching someone in their sleep. The torture of boredom might become unbearable and he needed a little distraction from the monotonous and important experiment.
Kle In patiently watched from the side.
The sun was almost up when the two started showing signs of breaking through. Kle In stood up and moved his arms and feet to wake himself up. He was really excited at first, but like watching porn, the first few minutes is very exhilarating to watch. But after watching the man trying hard for a few more minutes, let alone hours trying to reach the climax, it becomes excruciatingly unbearable to watch you wish you could fast forward or time skip to the part when the fornication reached its end.
Kle In had grown impatient. There were few lines in his forehead indicating his irritation.
After another two hours, one of the teenagers finally broke through to Mid Qi Condensation Realm. It was a blissful moment for Kle In. Like a thirsty man tantalized with water for a long time, he could finally drink water and can rest on satisfaction. The other teenager took another hour to break through as well. Kle In observed them both with his Failed Superman's Eyesight.
"I wonder if it's possible for someone to help other practitioner circulate Qi and open their meridian.” Kle In asked Mabna'y.
"Young master, it is a taboo for cultivators to do that. Although I do not know much about it, they say that it must be performed by someone with higher cultivation", Mabna'y replied.
The two teenagers who were celebrating on their breakthroughs overheard Kle In and they were not idiots to not understand what Kle In was implying so they kneeled and kowtowed.
"Master, we are thankful that you have given us a chance to cultivate. We promise to follow you and do our best to help you out in anyway."
Kle In is still repulsed by the idea of slavery. He was conflicted seeing the two on their knees. It is true that his experiment is helping the two but that does not mean he could do whatever he wants. He is after all a reincarnated man from a modern world with a strong moral inclination.
