Book 2 Chapter 22:Breaking Through To The Master Realm

“There is a saying that goes high risk high return. What kind of man would I be if I am afraid of every little detail,” Lintian mutters to himself.

“Thats right my boy but in this case you don’t want to directly just shoot into the Heaven’s realm. Those that do, will always be weaker than those who broke through naturally. You would miss the enlightenment at each bottleneck. Your spiritual soul would be significantly weaker since it matured too quickly.”

“So I don’t take the pill?” Lintian asks dumbfounded.

“You do but I will guide you in the process of creating your qi dan.”

“Okay.”

“Remember to follow my instructions completely without mistakes. You only have one chance at this otherwise you will become a cripple for life. Even with my vast knowledge I would have no way of helping you.”

“Okay, lets begin,” Lintian said. There was a hint of excitement, dread, and more excitement in his voice. He was scare but the profit was just too good to pass up.

“Ok first things first. I am gonna tell you that the qi dan that we are going to be creating will not be like any normal qi dan. Without this pill you would have been able to create a grade 3 or possibly 2 qi dan if your lucky. Except with this you will be able to create a grade zero a qi dan that far surpass the limits that this world has impose.”

“There’s a grade zero?” Lintian asks in surprise. This was because grade 1 was considered the absolute max that anyone can go too. No matter how hard cultivators try to go pass grade 1 it was impossible. It was a limit that no matter how much of a genius someone is they could not pass.

“Yes. I think you humans call the grade 1 qi dan the world dan or something. The rank zero qi Dan is impossible to create by normal means but through a special loophole my Nine Tails clan has discovered that we are able to create a grade 11 qi dan. We call it the Galaxy Dan. It encompasses the yang of the sun and yin of the moon. Through this combination the grade 1 world Dan is form but due to our lineage of being able to have multiple dantian we are able to fuse it and create the absolute limit of the world Dan.”

“Would that still be the world Dan then?”

“Yes, but due to our clan being able to easily create a world dan we were able to experiment with it a bit. One of the geniuses of our clan who possess a quad essence was able to create a qi dan far more powerful than a rank 1 qi Dan that encompasses the elements of the world. Normally only when you try to break through to the King’s realm can you start to use the Qi dan to absorb the natural element but through this process you are able to create a qi dan that can absorb and fuse elements in the qi dan that will be nurtured until you break through to the Heaven’s realm. When you do the Spiritual Soul that is hatched from the qi Dan will be equivalent to a rank 9 spell master’s soul. Wouldn’t that be exciting? With this you might be able to overcome your Asura curse,” Kyuri said excitingly. “The curse will turn into a blessing.”

Hearing all this Lintian mind was in heaven. It is the same feeling as someone who just won the lottery for 500 million dollars. His face couldn't help but smile the biggest smile in the world.

“Lets begin,” Lintian said excitingly as his body shakes from excitement. His heart racing at a thousand beat per minute.

“Okay follow my directions perfectly,” Rashu warn sternly. As much as this profit was heavenly it was also a hell of a process to overcome. “First eat the pill.”

Lintian brought out the Four Dragon Soul Pill and swallowed it in one gulp.

The moment the pill touched the stomach acid the pill began to burst forth with power similar to a tsunami against the mortal man.

Lintian felt this and began to channel it toward his Dan Tian.

“Now begin the process of breaking through to the Master realm.”

“Okay,” Lintian replies mentally.

He can feel that his Dantian is full to its’ limit. Lintian condensed his qi closer to the center. While the pill’s powerful qi rushes in to fill the empty space. As the qi that he pulls closer to the center got denser and denser. It reached a point where Lintian had no control over it. It was like pulling a giant rubber band until you reached a point where your muscles are fatigued and cannot go any further.

The condensed qi exploded and shattered the conscious energy sphere. It kept on expanding and expanding. Then billions upon billions of tiny threads of conscious energy were covering and attacking the expanding qi. In order to help the conscious energy Lintian did everything he could to slow down the expansion and give the conscious energy time to construct a new mental sphere.

While all this was going on one of the seven remains seeds in his dantian began to grow. A tiny vortex grew bigger and bigger. It was draining qi like a black hole.

Lintian’s mental body also began to glow red and yellow. Lightning danced around his body as the fire twirled around mixing with the expanding qi.

A small black sphere was formed in his original Dantian. It felt calm but powerful. In his conscious sea he could see that the black sphere was the size of an egg. It has a 4 inch diameter.

Feeling his Dantian still expanding Lintian couldn’t help but feel a bit worried because his mental energy could not keep up with the expansion. His brows knitted together.

“Don’t worry this process is normal. Be vigilant.”

BOOM!

The black qi dan that was calm before started to absorb the qi like some bottomless pit hole. A massive whirlpool like scene appears before Lintian. The rapidly expanding Dantian shook and pause for a second before it began to shrink.

The four dragon soul Pill’s power elemental, and yin yang qi was also being absorbed.

“In 5 minutes the hard part will come up. Prepare yourself,” Rashu warns.

Just like Rashu said about 5 minutes later Lintian felt a rumble in his Dantian. His really body shook a little.

“ARGH!” Lintian screams out. His soul was being ripped apart and being absorbed into the black qi dan that appeared in his Dantian. It felt like someone cut his head in half and then using their claws to rip him in half.

“AHHH!” Lintian screams in pain.

“Endure Lintian endure it will only last just a bit longer,” Rashu lies. This was only the initial step. The four dragon souls from the pill still hasn’t appeared yet.

“Roar!” an ancient beast’s voice echoes.

“Who dares to try and absorb our souls,” this deep ancient voice booms in Lintian’s mind.

Four mighty dragons slowly appears in Lintian’s Dantian circling around Lintian and his black qi dan. Their eyes full of viciousness and hate.

One was a mighty earth dragon that has lived for a million years. His dark gold scales glistens vibrantly against the rage storm of Lintian Dantian. Earth element qi flows through the hair and veins of this snake like dragon. His body felt like an immovable mountain.

The second was a might fire dragon whose has also lived for a million years. His blood red scale releases a tremendous amount of heat. His hair were blazing white fire. His eyes were burning with passion and rage. Just looking at him felt looking a blazing tornado of fire.

The third dragon was the dragon of the wind. His snake like body was sharp and aerodynamic. His eyes were sharp like they can cut you into pieces with just his stare. Wind gathers around him like moths to a flame.

The last dragon was the water dragon. She was the calmest but also the deadliest. Her body had a transparent look to it like it was made out of water. Yet it gives of a feeling of a solid like it was made out of cold hard ice. Her eyes were like the vast ocean. She too felt the rage of her unjust death. Now there was a little boy barely a man trying to absorb her soul.
