《Asura》Chapter 63-Trails

Lintian woke up from his dreams and his body was fully healed. His cultivation was back to the first stage of the Martial realm but inside his Dantian there was a black glob. His mind was full of determination to pass this trial. He will not let Rashu’s sacrifice be in vain. Lintian’s mind calms down and he qi flowed freely. Some of the qi went into the sword.
A thunder wolf launches himself at Lintian. Lintian moves to the wolf’s blind side and stabs right into the wolf’s heart. The sword slid in freely. It was not as easy as the heaven qi knife but it will do for now.
Lintian moved like the wind weaving through the 18 demonic beasts that were still alive. Thanks to the lightning refinement and the Moonlight Dancing skill Lintian’s body movements were slightly faster than all these demonic beast. Especially with the help of Dragon eyes he could keep track of all the demonic beast out to a certain extent. Sometimes he would be able to predict their movements too sometimes.
Kyuri was also helping out and it relieved a lot of the pressure off of Lintian.
A Little Over A Week Earlier On the Day of the Between Rashu and Denzel
Denzel was still breathing heavily. His injuries was still sever and Kallee was doing his best to heal him. Denzel tried to calm his breathing and circulate his internal qi to heal himself but he quickly gave up after seeing his meridian points were a mess. He lies down onto the floor to reduce the amount of energy he is spending. The moment he closed his eyes he heard a Whoosh.
Whoosh! A burst of demonic qi spiked in Rashu’s body and he disappeared in a flash toward Damon’s direction.
“Kallee what just happened?” Denzel asked.
“The fox he just ran away,” Kallee murmured. She thought that Denzel might go crazy and tell her to chase after it. She could but then Denzel’s injuries would worsen.
“Grr!” Denzel gritted his teeth in anger but decided there was nothing he could do right now. Preserving his life was the most important right now. “We’ll track it down later. His life is coming to an end soon anyway.”

Kallee sat down and maintained Denzel’s conditions. Furthermore she called for a medical team through the watch. Half an hour went by and Denzel became slightly worried. He has full trust in Damon but his strength right now is extremely weak too except for the fact he is not injured as badly as him. He should be fine. The fox was near his death bed too so he should not be able to injure Damon at all.
Except he didn't take into account that Lintian has a protection item on him.
“Is Damon back yet?” Denzel asks Kallee.
“No,” Kallee replied.
“Can you check where he is?” Denzel sighs.
“Let me check,” Kallee replies and turns on the watch on her hand. Her eyes grew wide and a drop of tear rolls down his face. Damon was dead. He location was visible but his heartbeat, and everything was at zero. This indicated death.
“He’s dead,” Kallee said her voice trailing off into a distant memory.
“What?!” Denzel roared weakly. Tears were also raining down from his eyes. They have been friends since they entered school together. “Its all my fault,” Denzel kept mumbling.
“No, don’t say that. It is my fault too! I should have listened to him,” Kallee also said.
Denzel’s resolve were not weak and he quickly came to one conclusion. He will get revenge for Damon. He will find his killer and make them pay the price.
“Help me find Damon’s body,” Denzel said out weakly.
“Your injures,” Kallee warns.
“My best friend just died. This little injury is nothing.”
Kallee sighs and created a flotation spell. It carries Denzel into the air. They traverse through the forest at a comfortable speed and arrives at Damon’s location in 4 to 5 minutes.
Seeing the headless corpse of their friend rage began to built up within them.
“Its that damn fox isn't it?” Denzel growls.
“I would assume so.”
“Look for clues where he might be. He was injured almost as badly as me. He can’t get far.”

“Alright.”
300 seals appears around Kallee. Then she used her spell device to combine these seals to create a spell. This is a powerful locator spell.
Then a bunch of people in white uniforms began to appear. These people were from the medical team. They followed Kallee’s watch signal and found them here.
“Let him down,” one of the male doctors urged. His palm began to glow green as he felt Denzel all over.
His face turned grim.
“He is injured all over. There are multiple tears in the bone and muscles. Furthermore his meridian points is in a complete mess. It will take at least 10 years to heal if not longer,” the doctor reported. He waves his hand and at the assistance began to run over and perform basic life saving methods.
“Kallee go track the killer down and if you find that fox kill him. Find the daughter too. The Patriarch wants the Nine sun reserve divine ability.”
“Yes,” Kallee replied. The spell began to glow and disappears from sight. It began to spin around at tremendous speed that was invisible to the naked eye especially since the spell was translucent too. It was scanning the aura for residue of qi and was recreating the fight scene with the details it receives through a scan. After 5 minutes it began to slow down and arrives in front of Kallee.
Inside Kallee’s mind she saw 5 different qi. She saw Rashu’s qi. A mysterious heaven realm qi that was in the tenth stage. A little boy’s qi who was in the first stage of the martial realm. The little baby fox’s qi. Then she felt scared, small and insignificant. This fifth qi was far beyond her realm. She felt small like the time when she was 12 and just met the patriarch of the family and how much stronger he was than her. Except this feeling was oppressive, dark, and vicious. She feels that if this person was to kill her she would not have the ability to even resist.
After a while she calmed her mind telling herself this person was gone and can’t do anything to her as of right now. She continued the images that were about to play. These images were all in aura form so no face were given to them. Just a clash of an aura blobs. Eventually she got the gist of it. Then she saw that the Rashu qi took ahold of the boy’s qi and his daughter deeper into the forest. She also noticed that the fifth qi did not follow and chose to leave instead.
Kallee follows Rashu’s qi deeper into the forest. Only to find that half an hour later it just completely disappears. Even the boy’s qi has disappeared. From what she can tell all the qi she was trying too sense completely disappeared like they were erased off the map. (She is still about 20 to 30 miles away from where Lintian’s body is.)
She sent out a wave of her qi that encompassed a search area of 15 miles but there were still no sign of them. She then begins to move around at high while searching but she could not sense any of the qi that she was trying too find. Thankfully Lintian’s body was hidden under a tree so she did not find him.
After searching for 30 minutes she chose to give up since it didn't yield any results. When she got back she flew to where the original battle took place. It is from that place that she picked up the boy’s sense once again. Feeling that if she follows this little boy’s aura then she will be able to find Rashu again.
Following the boy’s aura trails she came to a villa. This was the Tsukino clan villa, Lintian’s family.
(If there is anyone that wants to help me out with the grammars that would be awesome =D and thank you for reading)

Surprisingly, in the fantasy LitRPG genre. A girls death forms the foundation for a plan centuries in the making. But when she shakes off their control, and forces the plans of beings millenia old to change, can she avoid being tied up as a loose end? With only what she could take with her in her mind, and a new body with surprising depths, she begins her new life in a world unlike her own. This is my first writing project in almost a decade, so there is going to be a lot of improvements from me as I shake off the rust. And of course, as the world I'm creating comes to life! So if you like the concept, please bear with me, and hopefully I'll reach the high standards I know you have. Edit (04/04/2018): Witness the power of my complete lack of any artistic talent! There is now cover art for this fiction. Its just barely better than the default, but hey, minimalism is in, right?

MeiQ: Lore of the Labyrinth
Omaros City lays near one of several Yggdrasil trees that are scattered around the world. Each tree holds an entire labyrinthine ecosystem within or beneath it, yet the mysteries of their origins and what lays in their depths are only ever unraveled by the most skilled and courageous of explorers. Exploration of Omaros' Yggdrasil labyrinth is still in its fledgling stages, drawing in many with the allure of fame and glory that has yet to be claimed. Enter the harbinger Dubhan—cheerful, determined, and not terribly skilled at thinking ahead—and warlock Allouet— intelligent and resourceful, but desperately in over his head. Together, the two of them have half an idea of what they're doing at best, but that's not going to stop them from aiming for the labyrinth's unknown depths. MeiQ is, at its core, a fanfiction inspired by the Etrian Odyssey franchise, alternatively known as Sekaiju no Meikyuu in Japan. Despite that, it is written with the intent to be enjoyable by those unfamiliar with the series as well. The characters and the city of Omaros are original, while the story draws upon lore and recurring concepts from the game series. However, Etrian Odyssey is known for its lore being sparse and open to speculation, so much of the details provided in this story are exactly that—a fan’s speculation and personal expansion of the lore. This story was also inspired by and written as part of HereBeTreasure's Fast Food Frontpage Competition, enjoy some simple dungeon exploration plot and whatever else pops up from this.
