Lintian kept on using the Emperor Steps in intervals while running with the Dancing Moonlight body skill. After 20 minutes his body was exhausted. He was out of qi to use. His Dantian was as empty as a bowl of water on a hot sunny day.

Still Lintian kept on running using his exceptional body endurance. About another 2 to 3 minutes after, one figure appears in front of Lintian. This figure was bloody all over. This man was missing an arm.

About 20 minutes earlier give or take a couple minutes

The girl moves to the back and a giant heavy sword appears in Damon’s arms. Denzel’s arm appears a black sword that seems to absorb all light.

Denzel charges forward followed by Damon.

Rashu knew that his energy was to low to fight them head on so he set down a couple formations around the area in advance. Plus during the thirty minutes he was waiting he was already setting down formations mentally, including a defense formation on himself.

From the floor two translucent but solid arms flew rapidly toward Damon and Denzel. The elements of the earth were slowly fusing with the arms increasing its strength. Rashu moves back and his mind enters his dantian. In his dantian there were 5 other Dantian around his original. His original began to connect the other five and pulled it into his original. All six of these dantian were already near the tenth level of the heavens realm and each only needed a couple more steps to move into the Ancestor realm.

The six dantian began to fuse intricately and kept on expanding and expanding. Then it broke and all six Heaven realm qi were being sucked into a little translucent fox sitting in the center. After it finish there was only one dantian with a six tail fox spirit sitting in the center. It was Ancestor realm dantian. In the second stage. This little fox in the middle is the manifestation of the fox’s soul energy.

The divine ability that Rashu just used was the Nine Sun Reserve an innate ability that solely belongs to the Tail Fox clan. It is said that each of the tails that a tail fox possess is the equivalent of an extra Dantian in their system. Once these Dantian are fused they are able to break through realm stages and even realms with easy. Legend has it that when a tail fox possesses nine tails they are able to ascend to a height never seen before.

While it took a while to explain all this the process took about two to three-seconds.

The arms fuse was earth energy were annoying for Denzel and Damon to deal with. Every time they escape or destroys an arm more arms would entrap them. While each time the earth completes its physical form of the translucent arm a new translucent arm would come out and the process would begin all over again. In the span of three-seconds there were a total of 20 earth arms attacking Denzel and Damon.

“Hey Kallee some help would be nice,” Damon shouted three-seconds after.

“I got you,” Kallee shouted back completely relaxed. Six spell formations appears behind her. Then she sent it at the core of where the arms first appeared. Half a second after it came in contact with Rashu formation the arms began to crumble by that time Rashu already completed and stabilize his dantian. While they were still distracted by the arms Rashu began operate his technique. His mouth opens and qi began to gather and condense into a ball of energy, condensing and expanding over and over.

Both Denzel and Damon charged at Rashu after escaping but then they felt the destructive nature of this dense ball of qi. They wanted to escape again but suddenly another formation popped up and this time they were trapped in a ball. Damon used his heavy sword to try and break it by it didn't even leave a scratch.

Kallee seeing this tensed up and began to condense spell formations extremely fast. She even used a spell device to activate spell formation seals faster.

Rashu moves to an area where Kallee was right behind Denzel and Damon. The ball that Rashu trapped them in wasn’t just any entrapment spell. It was an energy containment spell so if he blasts the qi bomb at the spell it would be entrapped in the ball and constantly destroy whatever is inside it. Somewhat like boiling water without any sort of escape for the water or the steam.

Rashu releases the qi bomb he stored up. A beam of extremely dense qi with a ball at the end zooms toward Damon and Denzel at the other end. Kallee also just managed to condense the spell just in time to release both Damon and Denzel from the containment spell. They both flew out of it. Except Damon saw the glint in Rashu’s eyes and secretly cursed. Damon was always the cautious one and he realized that Rashu wasn’t truly aiming for him and Denzel and that was the reason Rashu moved before blasting the qi bomb. But what he doesn’t get is why would he do that since Kallee could also easily move away. Thats when he realize that a second containment spell was activate and Kallee would never have the time to release herself from it. It was a classic chess move where you move a piece on the board to where it forces the opponent to choose which of his two pieces to sacrifice.

In a split second Damon decided to moved back to protect Kallee. He used the heavy sword as a shield.

“God damn it,” he growled viciously. The sword began bent from the constant pressure. He could also feel the extreme heat biting at his ancestor realm protection qi and the vicious aura of the qi bomb did not help him relax at all.

Denzel saw this and realize what was going on. He moved toward Rashu in order to stop the flow of qi at its source. Rashu seeing him move closer used his tails to defend. Each of his tails began to attack Denzel. Denzel realizing the strength of these tails and chose to use an artillery attack instead. He slash out with his swords and black razor sharp crescent moon shape qi were flying at Rashu.

Rashu moves a couple of his tails to block.

The qi bomb finally exploded and it knocked Damon backwards. His sword was bent and melted to the point where it was unusable. Kallee managed to condensed a shield spell and placed it in front of both Damon and her. The energy from the blast flew forward and took out a strip of the forest. A mile long strip that was 200 meters wide.There was also a 50 meter crater at the end.

The shield spell couldn’t last and both Damon and Kallee were injured. Damon body was burnt all over he coughed up blood. Kallee was only slightly injured physically since Damon took up the blunt of the attack.

Damon looks at Kallee and said, “I hate to say it, but I told you so.”

“Haha, yeah our bad. I’ll heal you up,” Kallee chuckles and formed a healing spell and placed it on Damon. “It won’t completely heal you but it’ll be enough for now.”

Denzel saw that his partners were ok relaxed a bit.

“It seems that I took you too lightly. I’ll get serious now,” barked Denzel. His qi began to rise at an astonishing rate. He snaps his fingers and two demonic beast flew out. A white tiger of the lower ancestor realm appeared. The other was a lower ancestor realm turtle. Its head was like that of Godzilla and tails were at least 5 meters long. It then went into the shell.

Denzel grabs the tip of the shell and toss it towards Rashu. The shell began to spin like a top. It flew toward Rashu like a shuriken. Rashu has fought a Zillaturtle before. Its shell was incomparably tough and could take three of his qi bombs without an issue and only when it was combine with the containment spell were they slight injured.

Even through Rashu dodge it the turtle was still following him. The White Mountain tiger already began its charge. Rashu used his body skills and made two images of himself but his really self disappeared. Denzel was watching this scene from a safe distance and saw the trick that Rashu pulled and waved his sword. The crescent moon shape qi sliced toward Rashu. This time it was at least 6 times stronger than before. Denzel body covered in wind qi launches himself at Rashu. His speed has increased by two times. Rashu dodge the attack and launches one of his tails at him. This time Denzel was not afraid. He used his arm to par the tail and a loud metal on metal sound screeched out. Denzel used his sword and stabs into Rashu. Rashu seeing this, moved his body slightly and Denzel missed the heart. The sword was absorbing Rashu’s qi. Rashu did not panic and calmly directed a qi blast outward. Denzel was hit pretty hard and sent backwards with the sword. Rashu already condensed a mini qi bomb at his tail and pushed it toward Denzel. The tiger and turtle both finally realize the ones they were attacking was an illusion and directed their attention back at Rashu.

Damon who was finally healed a little came back into the battle field only to find Denzel in a rough spot. With Kallee’s protection spell he launches himself at Rashu and grabs the qi bomb but Rashu turns one of his tails into a knife and cuts of his arm. There was absolutely no time for Damon to protect himself from that tail and could only save his own life by trading his arm.

“If I’m going down. I’ll make you all pay a price you will regret,” howled Rashu. Then Rashu’s body was hit by the turtle and tiger and was knocked far back and crashes into many tree before coming to a halt. Blood drips down from the corners of Rashu’s mouth. It was all thanks to defense formation he set previously that he survived.

“Hahaha,” Rashu laughs maniacally. He stands back up. His body still shocked from before. Then he did something that no one was expecting. His body began to shrink. The fur was returning back into his body. Seconds later. There stood a handsome naked middle age man. With eyes that were like a fox. A long robe began to cover his body. Six tails still hung behind him.

“Never thought I would need to use this form to fight humans,” he mused.
