《Forsaking Reality》!! Message To My Readers

Hello my past readers, it is I Kaysues. I just wanted to finally take some time to write a formal apology to you all. The lack of chapters, inconsistent schedule releases, etc. I know many were loyal fans of my story yet I let them and even the casual onlookers down.
When I first started this story I was really into wuxia and xianxia novels at the time and wanted to write my own story in the style of them. So I started writing this, my very first story. I was so excited and I soon wrote like 50 something chapters. I wanted to stock up a bunch cause I knew with my work, school, and sport schedule it would be difficult to write on a consistent basis. (High school at the time) so after about a few months of writing and rewriting i decided I should finally publish my chapters. I went straight to royalroad (RRL at the time). With my stocked up chapters and my semi free schedule at the time I was producing work I was proud of at a steady pace. You all wrote reviews and comments that helped me get better as a writer and i appreciate all the support and criticism that I received. But eventually what I hoped hadn't happen, happened. I graduated high school and started working full time hours because college didn't work out. But then I ran out of chapters and didn't have time to write some more at a quality I feel is right for you all. But that was the start, I could at least have a chapter out a week. But then I lost my car which led me to lose my job and etc. I was struggling and blah blah you get the point I'm rambling 😅

Long story short I ended up losing a lot after that and didn't feel like writing; but a translator for a novel I've been reading for a while now (KOG) I felt as if was having the same problem as me. Unable to release chapters but really wants to yet can't really explain to your readers why you can't. It's disappointed me the most out of anything. I've wrote a couple of chapters lately but haven't relatedr any because I feel it wildw be wrong to release a couple of chapters after months of no releases. It would be like a slap to the face for you all and that's something I don't want to happen.
If you've read the far my accomplishment is to eventually find a good stopping place for this story and discontinue it. I'll more than likely will release chapters sporadically. But they will be released 👌🏾
I wanna say thank you to my fans and everyone else who has read my work. Your support has inspired me to write and feel confident. After my depression ended I felt awoken and refreshed. I still don't have much time to spend with writing. After all I did this as a hobby.

At first glance it seems to be empty, but he notices a straw mattress in one corner. There is a slave uniform on the makeshift bed.
