《Author Vs Protagonist》Chapter 5: Onward To The City

After seeing Zhang Wei easily subdue the White Wolf Alpha, the rest of the White Wolves were terror stricken. They wanted to run away from this godly expert quickly. However, Zhang Wei looked at them and they knew there was no way they could escape today. Zhang Wei ran towards them and started to subdue them one by one. Every single wolf was squashed like bugs.
Aron and his juniors were already immune to shock after witnessing Zhang Wei easily killing the White Wolf Alpha, but they were still nonetheless amazed at the his speed. Martial Practitioners were typically divided into several categories, such as Agility type Martial Practitioners and Strength type Martial Practitioners.
There are also exceptions that focus on specific skills and unique weapons. Aron and his group consist of 3 Strength type and 2 Agility type. Aron himself was an Agility type and had his very own skill, [Lesser Agility Boost]. This skill gives him a boost in his agility for 5 minutes. However, even if he used this skill he knew that he could not even reach 10% of Zhang Wei’s speed.
After Zhang Wei had finished off the last wolf, he noticed that after killing White Wolf Alpha, his strength had increased by quite a bit. He wondered that since he had a system, will he level up after he killed something? He opened up his stats to check.

Title: None
Skills: [Beast Pressure]
Remarks: Congratulations user, you are now powerful enough to literally solo the entire forest with your eyes closed. However, do try to not enslave some beast for your personal ‘playtime’.
_
Oi what do you mean personal ‘playtime’? You think I’m some sick bastard that loves bestiality? F*ck! My moral dignity is being put into the mud. Regardless of the twisted remarks from the system, Zhang Wei was excited that his stats had doubled. Still the skill [Beast Pressure]. Wasn’t it a skill that could only be available to wild beast? How did he manage to acquire it. The more he thought, the more confused he was, so he decided to just leave it at that.

However, Zhang Wei now realized that he had a problem, he did not know the way out of the inner layer. The forest’s inner layer was three times bigger than the outer layer and due to White Wolves attack, he could not determine the route that he took before. “I could run around and try to find the exit, but I’m too hungry to even try.”, he nearly had forgotten that he went to the forest to collect herbs and was caught in this situation because of the Author. Speaking of which has been quite silen-.
Author cut Zhang Wei’s words almost comedically, “Zhang Wei’s performance was so majestic and astounding that one of the group members he saved was instantly captivated. That boy Curt, despite Zhang Wei’s hideous appearance, fell head over heels for him.”
“MotherF*cker!”
Why do you always do this to me you sh*tty Author! Why did it have to be a freaking male? I’m heterosexual! Give me a cute female that could topple kingdoms. How am I suppose to get kids if you make guys attracted to me?!
Zhang Wei felt helpless. He was about to ask the group to lead him to the city, but was now scared. He did not want to trigger any flags. Should I or should I not ask them?
Just as Zhang Wei was contemplating, Aron walked up to him and greeted, “Benefactor, this humble youth’s name is Aron. I thank you for saving me and my juniors. If there’s anything that we can do to repay you, please do not hesitate.”, Aron decided to take the initiative since he he was scared that Zhang Wei would feel offended if he did not express his gratitude.
“Well then Aron. This Humble Man’s name is Zhang Wei. You can repay me by leading me to the city.”, Zhang Wei was pleased. Just as he was in a pickle, Aron came with a solution.

This kid’s not half bad. Sure he may be a bit handsome and that pisses me off, but at least he has good morals. Zhang Wei had a good impression of Aron. Back when he saw them getting cornered by the pack of White Wolves, Aron did his best to protect his junior disciples.
Aron was glad to know that Zhang Wei was not mad. “Thank God he’s not angry. Sure he’s a bit domineering, but with strength like that, even I would be arrogant. But Zhang Wei, what a weird name.”
“Benefactor please follow me”, Aron and his junior disciples led the way out of the inner layer. Along the way every beast that they encountered was slapped by Zhang Wei and squashed immediately. They were progressing rather smoothly. However, They did not forget to ask Zhang Wei to save one white Wolf carcass to give to their master. Zhang Wei merely nodded.
Along the way he managed to get to know the group better. Aron told him valuable information and Zhang Wei learned all their names.
However, the (Real Author) was too lazy to actually come up with the names or even use a random name generator for the matter. So they were merely known as Weakling 1, Weakling 2 and Weakling 3.
The one who Zhang Wei was most focused on was the Strength type Martial Practitioner Curt. When Zhang Wei saw how curt looked at him, he almost puked blood. Oi brother! why are you looking at me with that awed expression? I know this Humble Man is extremely gorgeous, but I have no interest in males! Introduce me to your sister if you want to get closer to me!
