AN: Three words: Factorio. Is. Addicting. I have an army of logistics bots. I am happy.
Anyways, have to point out that this one has cruelty towards a single race. Pretty sure you folks have already figured out which race it is.
As always folks, thank you for reading thus far. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please do not hesitate to voice them.

"I would rather die," squeaked a female mouse-kin, of whom was floating in front of my person by my will alone. The clothing it wore was the same as the first mouse-kin we had come across near the den of the Scarabs, what with its robe and pointed hat.
"You and your kind will soon die anyways, little Mouse-kin, as you are destined for greater prospects than a simple death. For you see, your kind is greatly needed in various alchemical product. Of which will be conducted by one of my servants. Though, he will be needing to sample your body first, to make sure you are viable for such a thing." My explanation seemed to instill a fear so great, that its body shivered and released a golden stream of liquid from betwixt its legs.
To this, I chuckled, as one of my Undying females were ordered to venture forth and bring news of our guests to the rest of my servants. She was also to explain to Roshaan of the large collection of mouse-kin and beastfolk which will be needing an examination to see if they will be viable for a variety of tinctures. Such as the Elixir of Extended Mortality, of which I will be needing to conduct a few experiments with.
This Kin, along those of whom are of her race, were all floating about my person, struggling, screaming, and begging to be released. However, no one would come to their aid, even though a few Dragonock children did beg for their release. "I cannot do that," the chorus of devils echoed my words around my person, as I continued with, "For they are necessary in the creation of several great tinctures. One of which will give others a long life for many generations."
Hearing these words, a few conjurers who had not voiced their decision upon their servitude towards my person, voice multiple questions about what my words meant about giving others a longer life. I ignored their queries about such things, and instead continued to ask them if they will serve my person, or die.
Those of whom had expressed a desire to know more about the tinctures, opted to become my servants. Only to gain such knowledge for themselves, however they did not know what it meant to become an enthralled slave. For you see, my dear audience, those of whom were before my person at that time were not the same as those of whom were my servants. These creatures would be the same as my dolls, of which are simply mindless servants who dance to my whims.
These ones did not seem to know, or even care, as they willingly through themselves into such servitude. Even as their fellow conjurers did so, those of whom had still not decided were horrified by the change my spells had over their mind. "No," screamed a male bear-kin, who tried to flee from such a sight, only to have a hole gaping in the centre of its chest by one of its former comrades.

This would continue for a time, until there were ten mindless servants standing before my person, whilst the rest were either dead, or bound up because of their race. Whereas those of the draconic races simply watched in horror as I turned towards their group with a sadistic grin upon my features.
"I thought you said you were going to protect us," cried out Siuun's mother, who hid the child behind her thin frame.
"I am, but I still need to ensure your loyalty towards my person," my grin became wider, as I raised my bone staff towards their group, and intoned a lighter version of my Enthrallment spell. This one was simply made for others to recognise my self as the master, and nothing more.
No. They would not become as mindless as the others, but this sort of spell was indeed something of than experiment. For you see, I desire to know what would happen to those born from my thralls. Would they be as passionate in serving my whims, or would they deviate later on down the road? Only time would tell.
*
Nearly a sennight had passed since the time of I and mine saving those of the draconic races from the city once called Freeport. Within such a time, I had to retrieve Suun and the denizens within the Eye of Gol, as they had begun to branch out in the direction of various villages situated within a few kilometres of the city proper. Yes. Eventually they would be released upon such places eventually, but at that time, I desired secrecy.
My only reason for doing such things was to discuss the point of our conquest. As we could not conquer and wipe out much of the world without at least a single race left to repopulate such a place. No. If I had the ability to create my own race, then I would not have needed to save these Dragonocks and Draconians as I've done so already.
For the time being, the entryway into the earth within the fossilised bones of a great dragon had been expanded since my time away. This was so, as my servants had been quite busy whilst I was away. For you see, they had begun to strip the area around such an entrance of its resources in order to make the area below more accommodating towards themselves.
For example, a few remaining females, those who had not been summoned by my person, had created something akin to a nursery for the eggs and basilisks. This was then copied into a much larger space once they realised there were actual children coming to them. Of course, they were excited and delighted to receive them, even though many were terrified by their visages in the beginning.
Many of the males, on the other hand, had taken upon themselves to create a large space with which to practice their forms of combat. Although it was in their best interest to do such a thing, I did not much see a point to it, but did not allow it to bother my mind. However, those of whom were of my inner circle of servants- mainly Sia, Rojaahn, and Brutus- had created a small space in order to conduct various experiments on the flora and fauna of the land.

Yes. Many always seemed rather shocked these three of my servants enjoyed themselves upon such research, and I have even taken a liking towards it as many know well. As I seem to find it causes my mind to calm down, but not as much as it would when around the children of various races.
As to what happened to those of whom we had brought? Well, those of the draconic races, including Suun, had homes constructed from my own magicks. These buildings were large and spacious, which caused many to become fearful as though they had stepped into a noble's home on accident. Of which I had to dispel their fears, however they still felt fearful even after repeatedly telling them the rooms and homes were for their own use.
The mindless servants, on the other hand, were given over to my more magickally acquainted servants. These were then forced to perform a variety of tasks under their watchful gazes, as they desired to know what each was capable of doing under various amounts of stress. To say the least, they weren't at all impressed. Then again, these did not have much in the way of being able to think, and only spoke the truth when questioned. However, they could not feel pain, nor any other emotion, as they strived to perform each and every task set before their persons.
Whereas those of whom are of the mouse-kin and beastfolk were sent to Rojaahn. Of whom had torn the clothing from those of whom were not children. They were then subjected to what many would call "embarrassing" tests and examinations to see if their lower parts would be viable for consumption or to be used in the creation of tinctures and elixirs. Those of whom were not viable for such things, were set aside as varying degrees of magicks were placed upon their bodies, forcing them to breed with one another. Ah, but you see there were other magicks placed upon themselves to ensure the females would indeed become pregnant. What is more, these magicks would then cause their pregnancies to accelerate to a single sennight, before producing an offspring which will then be used for other experiments.
As to those of such a race who were too young for these experiments, they were given over to the female Undying who would then decide their fate. In this decision, most, if not all, would be declared unfit to join the ranks of what is known as "Puer Daemonium Habes". When translated to a more common tongue, it roughly comes out as "Demon Children". For you see, these children would then undergo a training in order to transform their beings into living weapons. Those of whom are declared as unfit for such tasks would then be placed into a sort of suspended animation. Whereupon they would remain whilst their bodies were rapidly aged until such time as they are useful for other experiments.
Yes. My past self was beyond cruel, and I would not change a thing. No matter what was offered to my person. For you see, even if another were to offer up our world of Terra in order to placate my person from continuing such experiments, I would not relent. As I would continue to strive to know what would happen if several varying factors were to occur under various circumstances.
For now, though, my past self was watching the female Undying put the children of the Kin and beastfolk through grueling tasks, whilst noticing Brutus walking towards the right of my person. "You changed, My Lord God," his voice seemed to hold a twinge of sorrow, before it vanished to leave it as more of a hollow monotone once more.
"Physically, perhaps," my right eye turned towards the Lich, whilst my left continued to watch as a few of the children cried out for their parents. Yes. I did feel a small pull to rush out and comfort the children being tormented by my servants, but I ignored such a thing. "I am still the same, Brutus. Speak your mind, for I will listen to your words."
"When will we take back our world of Terra?" His words were blunt, and quite audible, as many of my other Undying turned to listen to such a conversation. Of which caused my full attention to turn towards my first servant. "Everything that we have accomplished means nothing to us, My Lord God. We simply desire our world of Terra, and yet we continue to follow you as we trek across the universe for this or that reason."
Mentally, I sighed with enough force to wake Shoriin from his nap atop a small ledge overlooking the female Undying's nursery. This caused him to stretch for a time, then make his way towards my body. Whereupon he crawled up to my neck, and curled around it with a soft hiss. To this action, I absentmindedly pet he small, scaled head until the little basilisk fell asleep once more.
"I understand your desire to reclaim our world of Terra forthwith, but it is not that simple. For you see, the only one who knows of where it has been secreted to is Azazel, the head god of Azzarath. Do you recall the world of Sho'uun?" At my query, many heads and skulls bobbed in ascent, "Once we had successfully killed off the rampaging terro-god, she gave my person another wish. Of course, I desired for our world of Terra, as I have always asked for when presented with such a gift.
"However, she would always sigh and shake her small head of silvered hair, exclaiming that it was not possible. So, after all this time, she finally relented in providing my person with information. Unfortunately, it came with a price. We must conquer five worlds in order for this information to become available. Only once these five worlds have fallen, will we be given the direction we so desperately desire.
"As she will give us the location of our world of Terra, and with it will our war for our world truly begin."

A Cleric's Life for me.
This is a casually written story loosely based on TTRPG games like DnD and Pathfinder. The attempt of the story is to have a slow growth in power and comical set of characters who eventually grow close and set off for more serious adventures. There will be plenty of familiars and funny tales that don't involve combat. The intention is not to be a goody-two-shoes cleric story where nothing bad happens. The intention for this story was a slow paced grungy story where everything seemed great at first and things just kept getting worse. I learned how shitty of a story that is to write and honestly I am just not good enough to get the idea down. I plan on revisiting it later.
