Two days ago.

When the third exam was finished, TenTen took a long shower and was deep in her thoughts.

She was wondering about her fight with Luna. TenTen had an amazing plan to win against her, she even trained harder than she ever did for that one day.

And yet, she still lost to her. It shows just how much stronger Luna is, and how much Chris really likes her. Everybody obviously knows that he taught Luna, otherwise how can she be so strong.

It's just like the time Hinata fought Neji and her father, she beat them both easily. Hinata was a timid girl who didn't like violence, and because of Chris, she defeated them so easily. This means that Chris can bring out the full potential in one person.

Honestly, she can never compare to them. There is only so much she can get stronger just on her own.

Although she has a strong sensei, he only specializes in taijutsu, and he values Lee more than her and Neji.

Although Guy is the reason why TenTen has so much endurance and strength, those are not her greatest strengths. Her greatest strengths are her weapons and fuinjutsu.

But even after all of this, she still likes Chris. And even she knows that she might never have a good place in his heart, but if she can be a friend or even being his student is good enough for her.

After that day, she set out to be his student. But not before confessing her feelings for him. Even though she wants to at least become his student, she can't ever be at peace once she lets out those feelings.

But that day, Chris was busy at the Hyuuga palace for Hanabi's birthday party, so there was no way that she could ever enter that place, unless if she had an invitation.

Although her and her father own a good weapons place, it pales in comparison to the Hyuuga palace.

After that day, she sets out to find him again. And luckily she did this time.

She walked up to him, and ignored everyone else present. She bowed down with a blushed face, before saying.

“I like you, please go out with me!” (TenTen) blurted it out.

We were all stunned.

Luna was very confused as well, she never knew that TenTen liked me.

Kat however kinda anticipated this. She told Luna back at the second exam that it's only a matter of time before this happens.

Sakura was kinda shocked, she just had no idea how to react to this situation.

I looked at her with no emotions on my face. I walked up to her to say.

“Follow me.” (Chris) I led her to another part where Kat and the others won't be able to hear us.

TenTen did what I did and followed me.

‘Chris’ (Luna) talked to me telepathically.

Luna used the stone to communicate with me telepathically. It's the stone that Itachi gave her and me to communicate with him.

‘Yes honey’ (Chris)

We promised to call each other different names when we are alone, it was back when we had our first date.

(Man, mentioning all of these chapters brings back good memories. Good times.)

Luna didn’t react to what I called her, then said.

‘I know that you and me are going out, but please do not hurt her feelings.’ (Luna)

She saw TenTen as a good friend, and now that she knows that TenTen likes me, she doesn't want her feelings to get hurt.

‘Don't worry Luna. TenTen is a good friend of mine, and I know just what to say to her.’ (Chris)

Then I cut off my communication with Luna, and now I was alone with TenTen.

“...” (Chris) I had no idea what to say, no matter how many light novels I’ve read before, it could never prepare me for this.

“...” (TenTen)

The same could be said about TenTen, she just made this whole scene very awkward for all of us.

“So… TenTen?” (Chris) I said to break this mood. I hate awkward silences.

“Y-yes…” (TenTen) answered bashfully. She just told her feelings to the one she likes, it’s hard to look him in the eye.

“Why do you like me?” (Chris) to be honest, this is the only thing I could think of to say to TenTen.

“Well…” (TenTen) TenTen is too embarrassed to say it. She has a tomato red face, while the tips of her fingers were touching each other repeatedly.

“You see… I have never met another genin like you. You are brave, smart, kind, you never questioned me why as a girl, I am so involved in weapons and such. And I hope, that you can return these feelings that I have for you.” (TenTen) Bowed while saying all of this.

I was kinda happy to hear that, but sadly, I have to reject TenTen.

I put my right hand on her shoulder, and then said.

“TenTen. You are a smart girl, funny, strong. To be honest, any girl out there will be jealous when they see you, and your future boyfriend will be extremely lucky to have you by his side. I am sorry TenTen, but I cannot return these feelings for you. I have Luna with me, and I cannot break her heart.” (Chris) I said this from the bottom of my heart.

TenTen was still bowing to me. She didn’t want to get up, she was shedding tears and she didn’t want me to see her like this, it doesn’t fit her image as a strong girl.

“TenTen. Stand up.” (Chris)

She stood up and gently wiped the tears from her face.

“Are you okay…” (Chris) it breaks my heart to see her like this, but there isn’t anything that I can do about it.

“Yeah, just got a little something in my eye.” (TenTen) made up a terrible excuse.

“It’s the damn invisible, onion cutting ninjas. They always make you shed tears.” (Chris)

(Invisible cutting onion ninjas, are an excuse made by people whenever they see something sad and shed tears, they blame it on the invisible cutting onion ninjas. That sentence fits so well in this story.)

“Hehe yeah… can I ask for two things.” (TenTen) said.

“Sure.” (Chris) as long as it makes her feel better, then I’ll do whatever it takes to accomplish her two demands.

“Can I… get a hug.” (TenTen) just once, she would liked to be hugged by me.

“... sure.” (Chris) as long as it’s a hug, it’s nothing bad.

TenTen slowly walks up to me and gives me a tight hug. The warmth that I felt from her was different from Luna’s. TenTen has a strong scent of several fruits, possibly from blueberries or something. Whatever it was, it smelled good.

“We can still be friends, right.” (Chris) I feel like TenTen’s true potential in the original Naruto was never fully been unlocked. But I will do it in this life.

“Yes, yes we can.” (TenTen)

TenTen’s eyes were in a crescent moon shape, she was happy that at least we will still be friends.

After some time had passed, we split up from the hug.

“What’s your second request.” (Chris)

“I want you to train me.” (TenTen) said with confidence. All signs of sadness were now gone from her face.

“Sure.” (Chris) I said without hesitating. I already have…..5 students under me, so what’s one more.

(Naruto, Luna, Kat, Hinata and Sakura. In case you forgot.)

“Really, I thought you would hesitate at least.” (TenTen) she saw that I was already teaching others, and now that accepted her as a student, wouldn’t that affect his training.

It comes to show you just how selfless Chris is.

“Come on.” (Chris) I smiled a bit then I lead TenTen to where Luna and others are.

TenTen didn’t hesitate and followed me. If she could also train under Chris, then perhaps she could beat Luna. Not only that, but one day, she would be on par with her idol, Tsunade.

When we returned with the others, they were all waiting for my answer. Did I, or did I not say yes to TenTen.

This was especially true for Kat, this was a chance to tease me and Luna at the same time.

Luna seemed that she already knew the answer already. But she still had her ears perked to be sure.

Sakura didn’t see it as her business, so she did not care about it. But that still didn’t stop her from hearing my answer.

Seeing as how these three students of mine wanted to know, I had to say it.

“TenTen and I will only be friends. And starting from today, she is gonna be training with us.” (Chris)

Kat hated my plain, old, predictable answer. I mean, where is the spice!

Sakura just shrugged it off and continued getting used to her newfound strength.

Luna heaved a sigh of relief. At least her worries were elevated. It felt like the weight of the world was free from her shoulders.

TenTen was smiling awkwardly. She just confessed in front of Chris’s girlfriend. It’s gonna be weird facing her and the others. Luckily they weren’t into gossip, otherwise bad rumours would circulate around TenTen.

I had a lot of stuff to do right now, I have never been this busy in all my life.

My shadow clones took care of Luna, Sakura and TenTen. The original me is with Kat, she is the one who is gonna be in a dangerous position today. Learning the plant energy is very risky, it’s rewards are very good, but the risks are high. It can ultimately lead to death if one is not careful enough.

Each of the girls were a bit of a distance from each other. I have to teach them separately since each of their training is different from one another. This way none of them would be confused with each other’s training.

First we take a look at Kat’s training.

Kat was in a sitting position with her legs crossed. She is trying to absorb the natural energy around us.

Oh shit, she’s gonna die. She slipped up and now the energy inside her is going out of control.

Kat could feel it, she was gonna die. But I took out the silver rod from my space inventory thingy, and hit her with it.

I might have overdone it just a bit, since I launched her body all the way to the waterfall, now her clothes were soaked.

“What the hell!” (Kat) didn’t even have time to apply chakra to her feet, now she was very wet.

I haven’t told Kat that when she comes in contact with this rod, the natural energy inside her will vanish.

All I needed to do was tap it against her body, and it will immediately take effect. I only used so much of my strength, because I overreacted a bit.

“Sorry Kat!” (Chris) I said as I dragged her body out of the water.

Now all her curves could be seen through her soaked clothes. She looked very sexy, despite only being a kid. Even her breasts were sticking out, she somehow was more well developed than most girls her age.

Kat noticed my gaze on her body, she blushed a bit then turned her back to me.

“You pervert! You did it on purpose.” (Kat) said very angrily. No man had ever seen her in this wet state before.

“Sorry, take my clothes and this towel.” (Chris)

I hurriedly gave her a towel and a set of my clothes. I turned my back to her so I won’t look at her, not before I stole some additional glances at her body.

When I turned around, Kat already changed very fast and was once again attempting to absorb the natural plant energy.

I promise if she ever faces another situation like that, I won’t overreact like last time.

Then at this exact moment, she was once again facing the same problem. She was about to die.

“I got ya!” (Chris) I overreacted once again, and I send her body to the waterfall again.

“Ah shit!” (Chris)

“CHRIS! You’re doing it on purpose you pervert.” (Kat) yelled at me with pure rage.

I swear I am not doing it on purpose… well maybe, but just a little.

Kat seemed to know what I was thinking, and she launched my body a few meters back.

Even though I didn't feel pain, I pretended that I did.

I deserved that.

Onto Sakura's training next.

“Okay Sakura, you've had a few hours to familiarize yourself with your new chakra, now cover your fist with chakra.” (Chris)

A few nights ago, I came up with a training exercise that will boost Sakura's strength by a lot.

“Yes.” (Sakura) said. With her incredible chakra control, and huge chakra pool, she easily covered her entire fist with chakra.

“As expected from you. Now punch this tree and make sure it falls down.” (Chris) I said as I pointed at a thick tree behind me.

“This… I don't think I can do that.” (Sakura) was still oblivious of her strength.

“Like this.” (Chris) I then easily punched the tree, then it fell down.

(It's going down, i'm yellin’ timberrrrrr!)

Sakura was shocked to see that. It was a extremely thick tree, and with a single punch, Chris knocked it down. His strength is something out of this world.

“Now you do it.” (Chris)

“I dunno how to.” (Sakura) said helplessly. It's her first time training so serious, so this is new to her. Kakashi never taught her since he has spend most of his time on Sasuke.

“Just cover your fist in chakra, and punch the tree. Trust me.” (Chris) I said very confident.

Sakura saw the look in my eyes, then agreed to do it.

She then launched herself to the tree, and punched it. It didn't go down, but it did make a huge dent.

‘Although Sakura has increased her chakra pool, she still needs to familiarize herself with it. She has excellent control over her chakra, and she's a fast learner, it's only a matter of time before she learns to fully use her hidden strength’ I thought.

Sakura looked at the dent and was quite shocked. She never expected to make such a huge dent. Although it wasn't enough to take down the tree, she felt like she wasn't far from it.

She was a bit scared that it would hurt her hand, but contrary to her expectations, it didn't hurt at all.

“Is this, from me.” (Sakura) said as she looked at her hands.

“Yes, that was all you. Good job Sakura.” (Chris) although it's not the result I was expecting, it is still progress.

“Hm!” (Sakura) nodded wholeheartedly. Then without me saying anything, she went on to practicing, by punching the tree again and again and again.

At this rate, what took Sakura 2 full years to learn from Tsunade in the original Naruto anime, she's gonna learn it within a month or two.

Onto TenTen’s training.

I gave TenTen a piece of chakra paper, to see what was her elemental affinity is, and it was earth.

I thought if TenTen had lightning, air or even a fire nature, she could combine them with her weapons, making her weapons damage much more effective. But sadly, not everyone is lucky.

“What happened? Why did the piece of paper crumble!?” (TenTen)

I thought if her elemental affinity was one of those three that I mentioned, I would have to give another long speech about the elemental affinities. But seeing as how her elemental affinity is useless for her weapons, there is not point in me telling her about it.

“It doesn't matter anymore. What I'm gonna teach you are two things, one your accuracy.” (Chris)

“My accuracy? But I already have 10/10 in my exams.” (TenTen)

Indeed, her accuracy in shurikens and kunais are the best out of all of Konoha. But that's where she is mistaken.

“True, but you've only only practiced on poles and such, but have you ever practiced of a real moving target.” (Chris)

TenTen has never practiced her accuracy with anyone, who in the world would be willingly to use themselves as a punching bag.

“But, I can't throw you those shurikens at you, you'll get hurt.” (TenTen)

Even if it could improve her training, there is no way that she will ever hurt me.

Moving targets are very different from poles. They possess intelligence, and are hard to predict. If TenTen could use actual moving targets, she will indeed hit every single moving ninja no matter what.

“Not me, but you will be aiming at my shadow clones.” (Chris) I then summoned a bunch of shadow clones beside me.

It's not the first time TenTen has seen the use of shadow clones, Naruto used it when he fought Shikamaru at the third exam.

“My shadow clones will serve as moving targets. And even if you hit them, it won't affect the real Chris. So throw as many weapons as you want.” (Chris)

“Okay!” (TenTen) as long as she didn't hurt Chris, then she had nothing to worry about.

After this is finished, I will teach her lots of fuinjutsu. It's also one of her greatest strengths.

Luna's training was a bit more simpler than the others. All she had to do was read the book carefully, and use her scythe techniques.

With her awakened mangekyo sharingan power, her genjutsu is stronger than before. Not only that, but she also has her new ‘chakra negate’ to practice.

As for controlling her susanoo, that will be in the near future.

As for me, I took this time to learn how to use ninjutsus without using any hand signs. This rare technique is something that will save me a lot of time, and might even catch my enemies off guard.

I decided to teach this technique to the girls as well. If they could learn it, then their strengths will obviously go up. But that's when they have mastered their own techniques. If I put too much work on them, it might cause them more harm than good, so we will take it one step at a time.

And I also taught TenTen and Sakura the shadow clones, to speed up their training. I didn't need to teach this to Kat or Luna since they already know this technique.

and with that, their training will be much faster than before, I do wonder just how strong they will become in a month.
