After the fight, I deactivated the gravity seal on the room, and also the seals that I planted on Hina.

She stood up and was happy to have participated in this fight. She doesn’t remember the last time someone gave her a good fight.

My shadow clone was still teaching Hanabi waltz. So we all decided to go rest on our rooms. Not me though, I still need to do 2 things.

Me and Luna left to our rooms, and we left Hina and Hinata at the training room.

“Aunt Hina, I never knew that you were this strong.” (Hinata) said as her eyes were shining.

“I am. But if Chris could stand up to only less than 50% of my strength, then maybe in a few years, he can really beat me at 100%.” (Hina) said.

“50% you were holding back that much!” (Hinata) said in shock. Just how powerful is her aunt.

“Of course I held back. If I didn’t, then your sensei would have been long dead.” (Hina)

“...” (Hinata) didn’t know what to say.

“Don’t worry Hinata, I won’t do something like that to him. And I can tell that he was holding back as well.” (Hina) said.

“Sensei was holding back as well.” (Hinata) said once again shocked.

“I could tell that he has very powerful jutsus on him. And if he were to use them, then possibly the whole leaf village would be demolished.” (Hina)

“That much!” (Hinata)

“Hinata, you must never quit being Chris’s student. Because I have seen his potential, and he could possibly become the strongest ninja in a few years time. Promise me.” (Hina) said as she crouched down to face her neice at eye level.

“I wasn’t planning to quit being his student.” (Hinata) said. She couldn’t believe what her Aunt just said. Her sensei is already so powerful, but he can still improve. What kind of monster will he be in the future.

“Good, go get your sister and help her take a shower. I gotta bring him his clothes.” (Hina) said as she looked at the clothes that Chris forgot to pick up.

“Okay. But can you tell me how Sensei healed you when you get back.” (Hinata) said.

“I’ll tell you, just don’t tell anybody else. Okay!” (Hina) said strictly to Hinata.

“Hm!” (Hinata) firmly nodded then headed to the ball room to get Hanabi.

Hina went to pick up Chris’s clothes, but had trouble picking it up.

“Hm?” (HIna) said confused.

She tried picking it up, and barely could. She noticed that his clothes weight a lot more than she thought.

“This is not 25kg. At most this is 4000kg or maybe 4500kg. What kind of training does he need to use this kind of weight. And he was even able to stand up while on the 20x gravity.” (Hina) said in astonishment.

Chris did stand in 20x gravity with his heavy clothes, but only for a few seconds until he took it off.

“20x gravity, times 4500kg = 90000kg. Oh my god… He might become a bigger monster than I imagined.” (Hina) said as she remembered her fight with Chris.

“ ‘sigh’ the younger generation will someday overpower us. I think it’s time I taught Hinata the clan's strongest jutsus. But first, i’ll clean this up for Chris.” (Hina) said as she took the heavy clothes to clean them up.

On our way to our rooms, I noticed that Luna wasn’t looking at my direction. I tried to hold her hand, but she avoided it. This is the perfect time to ask her.

“Luna.” (Chris)

“Hm!” (Luna) said to my response.

“Are you mad at me.” (Chris)

“Mad? Why would I be mad, i’m happy right now. Aren’t you?” (Luna) tried to change the subject.

“I know you’re mad Luna. Can you ask me why.” (Chris)

This time, Luna’s expression changed. She then said.

“Did you read my mind to know this.” (Luna) said.

“I don’t need to read your mind to know that something is bugging you.” (Chris)

“How do I know you’re not lying.” (Luna) stated.

I then took out the neckelace that can make you say the truth, and wrapped it around my hand.

(Read chapter 27 if you forgot about this neckelace.)

“You should know what this neckelace does, right.” (Chris) I didn’t de-activate the seals from the neckelace. I need to be truthful to Luna, or this relationship will never progress.

“I do know what it does. Then tell me something, do you like Hinata.” (Luna) said very firmly.

This answer, I didn’t expect at all. But I was still composed and then said.

“... I do.” (Chris)

Luna was very shocked to hear this. She thought that I would say no, or tried to change the subject. But I just said yes.

“As a student.” (Chris) I then said.

Althought Luna knew that I am under the effect of the truth seal, she couldn’t help but say.

“I mean, do you like her, like you like me.” (Luna) what a tongue twister.

I knew what she meant. So it was time for me to say it.

“I… do like her.” (Chris)

Luna expected this answer, and her eyes couldn’t help but water a bit.

“Atleast, I used to.” (Chris)

Luna wiped off a bit of her tears, and then said.

“What do you mean?” (Luna)

“I’ll be honest with you. When I first saw her, I did like her, a lot. But as time changed, I realized that it was nothing more than puppy love.” (Chris)

Let’s be honest here, anyone who has watched anime, has atleast come to love a character in the series.

“Puppy love?” (Luna) said not knowing the meaning.

“It means that you just like the person when you first see them. Because you think they’re pretty, or you just find something interesting about them. It’s not true love at all.” (Chris)

Luna took a moment to think about this. She also thinks that she has loved someone like that. Like in the stories of knights in shining armor, who are handsome and strong, that come to your rescue when you need them.

Luna shook all of those thoughts then said.

“But, do you still like her now.” (Luna) had her ears perked up for my answer.

“Not anymore. I mean, I only want a student and teacher relationship with her, and that’s it. I respect Naruto and her too much for me to interfere in their love.” (Chris)

“Naruto? What does he have to do with any of this.” (Luna) said a bit confused.

Ah shit! Me and my stupid mouth.

“Wait! You don’t mean.” (Luna) said as she caught on. Why does she have to be so smart.

“Yes… it’s true. Just don’t tell anyone, please… I respect both of them so much, that I would never do that to Naruto. Because Naruto likes her, and she likes Naruto.” (Chris)

“So… because she doesn’t like you, you decided to move onto me.” (Luna) said and anger could be seen in her eyes, at the thought of being used like this.

{Relationship} Luna: Lovers 50/1000 needed for next level. That’s not good at all. Do something dammit o(*≧□≦)o

I slapped my head. I guess it does sound like I did that, but I didn’t.

“That’s not what I meant, Luna. This was a long time ago, those feelings for her are gone now. But I am really happy to have you here, by my side, as well as my friends with me as well.” (Chris)

Maybe I should have deactivated the truth seal on this neckelace from the beginning.

“What do you mean a long time ago. You arrived at the leaf village about a month ago.” (Luna) said.

I can’t tell her that I arrived in this world from another Earth. I cannot expose this, atleast not yet.

“Even if I told you, you will never believe me.” (Chris)

“And why is that.” (Luna)

“Because you won’t get it at all. Believe me Luna, I have been wondering to tell you about it, but I don’t know if it’s the right thing to do.” (Chris)

“Why!” (Luna) said, she clearly wanted to know.

“Because if you do, then you will hate me. Not only that, but Hinata, Naruto, everyone that I have come to be with, will hate me forever. Not only that, but knowing this, will have you and me killed!!!” (Chris)

I raised my voice a lot. This is the first time I have ever raised my voice to Luna. No one must ever know about the knowledge that I hold about this world.

Luna was shocked to hear this. She has never seen me loose my temper before.

I made my way to her, and hugged her tightly. I then whispered gently in her ear.

“I’m sorry, Luna. I didn’t mean to raise my voice like that. It’s just that, I can’t tell everything because it’s way too complicated, and very dangerous.” (Chris)

Luna didn’t know what to respond. But she didn’t want to move at all. She wasn’t scared at me, but she was scared that she might hit a nerve like last time.

“There is nothing going on between me or Hinata, or anybody else. I will never ever do that to you. Do you know why.” (Chris)

“...Tell me why.” (Luna) whispered gently.

“Because I have lost my family once, and I don’t want to loose any of you guys. Because I see all of you as my family, and I don’t want to go through that again. I am scared to relive that experience again. And I like you too much to do something like that.” (Chris)

When my family left me for my sister, it felt like a knife pierced my heart. You have no idea how it is to be truly alone. So, what kind of a bastard would I be, if I were to do something like that to Luna or anyone else.

Luna was pretty shocked to hear this. She has never heard me say that I was scared. She remembered that the truth neckelace was still in my hand, so what I just said is the truth.

“Sorry I said that. It’s just that, when I saw you dancing with Hinata, you seemed really happy.” (Luna) said. She was sorry that she said all that.

Well I was happy, but not because I danced with Hinata, but because I always wanted to dance like I do know. So it was all just a misunderstanding.

“Hahaha! Oh Luna, that was just a misunderstanding.” (Chris) as I pulled myself from Luna

“What?” (Luna) said confused.

“I was smiling for a completely different reason, not for Hinata.” (Chris)

“Wait! So you weren’t happy dancing with Hinata.” (Luna)

“Of course not, silly. I was very happy for a completely different reason.” (Chris)

Man. to think that our relationship was close to an end, all because of a misunderstanding.

“Let’s go to our rooms. Okay, and then later you can practice your scythe techniques.” (Chris) I said tried to talk about something different.

“Okay. Sorry that I didn’t trust you.” (Luna) said apologetically. It was because of her that this mess even started.

“It’s my fault Luna, I shouldn’t have danced with her without your permission.” (Chris)

My response put a smile on Luna’s face.

“No! I trust you now. And if you ever dance with her again, then there must be a special reason for it.” (Luna) said.

Now she somewhat trusted me. She isn’t jealous of Hinata anymore, so she is gonna apologize to her when she gets the chance. Well she is kinda jealous of her, but for other different reasons.

“So. You’re not mad anymore.” (Chris) If I have learned anything from watching anime, is that girls are tricky people.

(It’s the same thing in real life, to be honest.)

“No. And I am sorry, I almost messed up our relationship because of me.” (Luna) said.

I put my hand on her shoulder, and then I said.

“It’s okay. Just promise me that you will never do that to me, okay. And I will promise you that I will never do that to you either.” (Chris)

Luna took a second to process this, then blushed a bit and said.

“I promise.” (Luna) Then gave me a quick peck on the cheek, as a sign of apology. Then she quickly ran to her room.

I touched the cheek where she kissed me, and I smiled. Our first fight in a relationship, and nothing major happened. I’m glad this mess was settled before something bad happened.

...okay? Well I am gonna take a shower, and study the summoning jutsu.

I entered my room, and everything else seemed to be normal, atleast that’s what I thought.

What bluescreen was laughing at just now, was that I wasn't able to notice that there were 2 figures hiding in a corner. They both heard everything that Luna and me just said, I didn't notice them as I was to busy chatting with Luna just now.

These two figures are Hinata, and Hanabi. They were both on their way to their rooms to take a shower, but by coincidence, they stumbled upon Luna and me, and heard everything.

They weren’t the type of people to eavesdrop on others, but they couldn’t find the opportunity to interrupt us.

Hinata’s face was very flushed. This is the first time that she has heard that someone else had liked her. She didn’t know what to say, she liked Chris too, but not in that way.

After hearing that he just wanted a student-teacher relationship, she sighed in relieve. But after hearing that Naruto liked her, how could she not blush.

And now she was worried for her Sensei. What kind of knowledge does he know, that could endanger his life, and make everyone else around him hate him.

Then she felt someone pulled on her shirt.

“Onee-chan. Is Onii-chan gonna be alright.” (Hanabi) asked.

She is still a kid, so she doesn’t understand these kind of things. So she asked her sister, not knowing what to do.

Hinata looks at her sister, then says with a smile.

“Don’t worry, Hanabi. Sensei will be alright. Just don’t say anything that you heard, okay. Do it for your Onii-chan.” (Hinata) also doesn’t know what to do. But all she can do right now, is keep calm and try to sooth things out.

“Okay!” (Hanabi) said to her sister. Hinata is the only person in this world that she trusts more than anybody.

Hinata doesn’t know what’s wrong with me, but she can’t pry into the subject. What she is gonna do is support Chris from the shadows. Because he just said that he knows something that could get him killed.

She doesn’t care what her Sensei knows, but what she does care if for his safety, as well as everyone elses.

So she has made up in her mind a new goal. To become stronger. Not just to get Naruto to notice her, but protect her Sensei, sister, and everyone else around her.

‘Sensei. I will now try to do whatever it takes to protect you. You have shown me the way to become stronger, and to confront my embarrasment. You are the best Sensei that I could have ever asked for, and I will not let you take this burden for yourself.’ Hinata thought.

“Let’s go take a shower, Hanabi.” (Hinata) sounded as normal as possible, and led Hanabi to their rooms.

“Okay!” (Hanabi) agreed.

Luna P.O.V.

Luna was in her new room, and she didn’t went straight to the shower. She is now siiting on her bed, thinking what had just happened.

‘I am an idiot, I almost ruined our relationship like that, all because I misunderstanded the situation. Now that I think about it, Chris isn’t that type to do something like that. Him and Hinata are very good friends, but that’s it. So there is no need to be so jealous of them, because I trust him that he won’t do something like that.

He did say that he used to like Hinata, but since when? He arrived to the leaf village just shortly before graduating. Is it possible that he has been here before. No! That can’t be, but just what does he know, that he doesn’t want anyone else to know.

Something that could endanger his life. He seems that he wants to tell me, it’s just now isn’t the right moment. I feel bad for what I almost did, and the fact that I didn’t notice that he carried a huge burden like this, but what should I do. Luna thought

She remembers the time when her and Chris ate sandwiches on the grass, it was their first date. And how they also ate ice cream together, as well as all the times he made her feel safe, and hugged her all the times.

And also the time when he told everyone their relationship, and gave her this ring on her finger. She looks at the ring, and took it off her ring finger. She helds it close to her chest very tight with both hands, afraid that she is gonna it, just like how she almost lost me.

Then a tear escaped from her eye. How could she have even thought that Chris would do that to her, she thought of herself as a terrible girlfriend. She doesn’t know a lot about relationships, but she does know that trust is an important factor.

She once again inserts the ring in her ring finger. Luna then looks to the shelf beside her bed, and sees the book that Chris just gave her now.

She picks it up, and goes over it. She doesn’t know what to do for him, and she can’t just rely on him and Kat to help her all the time, so she has made a new goal in mind, master her powers, and this scythe technique.

She can’t be the one to slow her team down, and she has to be the one to keep this relationship strong.

‘I am sorry that I doubted you, Chris. Even after what you have done for me, I can’t forgive myself for this. I just hope, that you will truly forgive me.’ Luna thought, then took out her Scythe, and started to train with it, as it is mentioned in the very detailed book.

She won’t waste this time, and chose this moment to practice very hard.

Chris P.O.V.

If you ask me if I am mad right now, I would say, ‘’I kinda am” I know that it’s not her fault for misunderstanding the situation, but did she need to interrogate me like that.

For a second there, I thought that I was gonna truly loose her. Maybe I haven’t proved myself that I am somebody that she can trust, what should I do.

I did admit that I liked Hinata, but that was all in the past. To be honest, ever since I got to this world, I have never thought that way about Hinata.

I might have liked her, but that was only because I was watching her in a screen at home. I gave up on her after she married Naruto on the last episode.

Good thing that this isn’t a light novel series, or otherwise countless people would be reading my thoughts right now. That would be embarrasing.

I guess I should. I remember that in the anime, JIraiya did a reverse summoning, and was teleported to the toad world. After that he was taught by the toads ‘sage art’ and that made him very strong.

You think that the birds have sage art as well. Σ(･口･)

I dunno. But i’m gonna find out.

I took out the summoning scroll, opened it, and saw a bunch of words written on it.

It says here to put a little bit of blood, and you’ll summon a bird.

I am gonna ignore that part, and do the handsigns that this scroll is telling me to use. This way the scroll will teleport me to the bird world.

I did a bunch of handsigns, and poof. I was gone from the Hyuga place.

I did not stop to think of what others might react when they sense that I was gone.

Luna, Kat, and Itachi sensed that I was gone, and they couldn’t sense where I was now.

Luna who was the closest to me, ran right up to my room, and saw that I wasn’t there anymore. All there was is the scroll that I just used.

She searched everywhere, and couldn’t find find me at all. She feared that I ran away because of her misunderstanding, or that I was kidnapped.

She was about to get help, but she ran into someone’s chest. She looks up, and saw that Itachi was there.

“Older Brother! What are you doing here?!” (Luna) asked very surprised.

“I am just a shadow clone, I just came here to check on the current circumstanced. And so far, that kid is a total idiot.” (Itachi) said as he picked up the summoning scroll.

He couldn’t sense Chris because he is too far away. The white stones that he gave them, is also able to pinpoint their locations. The only reason that the stone isn’t working, is because it was either destroyed, or it’s too far.

“What do you mean?” (Luna) said. Not knowing why Itachi just called me and idiot.

“He was supposed to make a contract BEFORE! Using a summoning technique.” (Itachi)

“But is he okay.” (Luna) couldn’t help to ask.

“He’s fine. If my calculation are correct, he should be at the land of birds right now.” (Itachi)

“Land of birds?” (Luna) said confused.

“It’s a land where all the summoning birds are living. I went there once, and that’s how I am able to summon crows.” (Itachi)

"Are you gonna help him!” (Luna)

“I’ll send the bird chief a message, afterwards he has got to figure it out himself. I know that he’s smart, so he probably did this on purpose.” (Itachi)

After thinking it through, he knows that I did it on purpose, but he doesn’t know why I did it?

“You think he did it, to get away from me.” (Luna) asked.

“No. Although he was a bit upset from the eariler dispute, this wasn’t the reason he left.” (Itachi)

“Oh!” (Luna) said a bit sad. She now knows that I was upset.

“Don’t worry, he’ll forgive you overtime, but for now, wait for him patiently.” (Itachi)

He couldn’t believe that they already had a dispute. But it’s to be expected, it’s the first time that they’re in a relationship, and they’re pretty young as well.

“Thank you, older brother. And thanks for checking up on him.” (Luna) said.

Itachi looked to her sister, and smiled a bit. Then he poofed quickly before someone else sees him here.

“Be safe, Chris. And I promise when you come back, i’ll make it up to you.” (Luna) said as she returned to her room. And took the summoning scroll with her.

Chris P.OV.

The next thing I knew before I disappeared. Was that I was falling from the sky, and fell right to the hard ground.

“Ah shit! That hurts like a bitch?!” (Chris) I complained.

You can’t feel pain, remember. (。-ω-)ﾉ

Oh right. I forgot. Where am I?

Land of birds… Did you forget why you came here already ┗(｀皿´)┛

I don’t mean that, it’s just that, this looks more like a forest.

I looked around this area, and see nothing but thick woods. I can feel that there isn’t much chakra in this place, but there is a lot of a different type of energy around this place.

What you’re feeling now, is called natural energy. Only someone who is either a master at using natural energy, or is sensetive to their surroundings, can tell if there is natural energy.

But I have been in the leaf village before, and I never have felt natural energy before.

That’s because there is like 95% chakra in the leaf village floating around, and 5% natural energy. The natural energy is there in the leaf village, but you can barely tell it’s even there.

So this is really it, the land of birds, here I come.
