Here I was in deep thought about what just happened to me and how I ended up here, I heard the rabbit started clawing the trunk of the tree and for some reason it started jumping up while trying to dig it's claw onto the trunk but to no avail, it kept on falling back down but it's very persistent and kept doing it.

“Geez, this thing just won't give up but I think I'm safe here for the time being.” I tried to keep my balance while holding onto the trunk. I'm standing on a thick branch of the tree over 3 meters high.

Looking down from it, it doesn't seem to be too high and that *thing* can climb up any moment so I hurriedly try to think of a plan but wait... I think I might be missing something here.

I don't think there's any species like this at all even if this oversized rabbit is rare and might have some rabies, I would've remembered it somehow from somewhere since I like watching documentaries, animal planet and such. I don't think it's even on the internet.

I grab my phone from the backpack pocket and started to Google it. There's no signal and no data as well. It wouldn't connect for some reason. I started dialing my friend's numbers and even the emergency numbers to ask for help but nothing would connect. Come to think of it, why didn't I think of using my phone before...

“Hahahah~ that was really so stupid of me~” I thought to myself while laughing.

But either way, I can't use it since there's no signal or data. I can't contact anyone at all. The GPS and maps won't work, and there's no way to download a compass app or use the emergency feature of my smartphone.

“I'm screwed...” I let out a deep sigh as I look down on the rabbit still adamant about climbing up the tree.

That rabbit looks like one of those monsters from an RPG game I played a while ago. 'This couldn't be... right?'

“Status open... hahahah~ yeah right?!” I jokingly said while laughing...

My eyes became wide open and I couldn't believe what I'm seeing in front of me. I pinched myself again to try and see if I was dreaming. I must've fallen asleep on the bus on my way to the station. I'm probably drooling and still in the dreamland right now. I woke up pretty early today to get everything ready so it's not a surprise that I doze off while on the bus...

“Really weird but it seems so real...” I muttered to myself. I looked at the screen again to check the details.

“What's with all the 3's and 1's here? This game is so bugged with these base stats. Whoever made this game probably just don't give a crap of people playing it. If it's my dream, my brain probably made these... that means I suck at making games... bwahahaha~” I laugh out loud again thinking this might be fun.

I went through the list one by one and couldn't help but laugh at the stupid things my status indicated.

“What's up with the weapons? Frying pan?! Seriously!? Bwahahahahah~” I started laughing so hard again my stomach started to hurt... 'This is priceless' I thought to myself~

“Whoa!? When did I get all these items? And again... what's with all the 999's and 9's and 1's... the hell~ I'm not complaining though~ Thanks to whoever gave me all of these items! There are even potions! And most importantly... food!” I got hungry just browsing all the items on my list.

Apparently there are more items listed when I clicked [More]. This is awesome but isn't this cheating? Too OP and I can basically live off of these things without doing anything at all.

“What's the point of this game if it's this easy?!?”

But first thing first, I need a weapon to kill that rabbit... and I think I just saw the perfect weapon!

“Magical Gun... I don't have to get close to it to do some damage, now let's try it~”

I tried clicking it to see if I can get it out and suddenly something started glowing in front of me and then it materialize... a hand gun that kinda looks like a Glock 17. I grab it and checked it out. It's not that heavy so I think I can use it.

It's a 'magic' gun though, so how do I use it? It doesn't have a magazine for bullets, so do I just point and shoot? Well, I won't lose anything if I try, right? So I brace myself by having my back against the tree just in case there's recoil. I pointed it at the rabbit and aim for the head. It's still trying to climb the tree. I timed it properly when it got its claw stuck in the tree, I pulled the trigger.

*BANG* I manage to hit it in the head. It winced and shrieks before it started glowing and it disappeared. It looks like it dropped a few items. I might as well go grab it. While thinking so, I heard another different high pitch cling sound and saw this on the top right corner of my view.

"Cool! But before that, gotta pick up the items. I don't want them to disappear." I slowly climb down the tree and saw the drops where the rabbit disappeared.

“Hmmm... It looks like a pelt, same colour as the rabbit's, a few coins, a red gem about the size of a quarter and sharp fangs... Eeew~ But I'll pick it anyways.”

I finally got rid of that annoying rabbit. So now what...? I'm still not sure if I'm dreaming or if this is real but I don't think it's a good idea to stay here in the forest, so let's go with the original plan and head north.
