《Owning a cute little pet》You two should just marry

Jill was furious. Or rather I should say that she was hurt.
“You did not think you had to tell me BEFORE THIS?!”, she almost shouted at me. Her expression was incensed, and I was sure that if I hadn’t been in a such a pitiable condition already, she would have just beaten me up until the result was the same.
I could do nothing else but try to endure her ire and tightly press my lips together.
“Shiina also only found out yesterday…”, my excuse was pathetic, but at the same time it was true. Jill could see that and was silent for a moment. She looked at me and shook her head.
“You are really a bad man.”
The wording was clumsy and almost laughable and yet it somehow really managed to hurt me.
“I’m sorry, I had a lot of things on my mind lately?!”, I defended myself reflexively. Of course, I knew that this was only an excuse. Still, I couldn’t accept being put down like this.
She sighed.
“Who did you think would look after your animals while you are away? You can’t possibly want to take all of them with you!”, fuck… she was right.
I absolutely did not consider this!
My expression became somewhat awkward as I tried to make this less embarrassing for me.
“…You…will…?”, I said with a quiet voice.
God, this was so embarrassing!
Jill looked at me and shook her head. “Really now, how can somebody like you have so may wonderful woman around him?”, wait was she talking about herself?
Last time I checked she was a nymphomaniac and somewhat of a sociopath, I’m not sure where she got the wonderful from though….
I guess my thoughts must have been obvious from the expression I made. She threw one her shoes at my face.
My nose was swollen for the rest of the day…
Before she left she still promised me to take care of my collection while I was away. Yeah, she was quite a wonderful friend. Though in my opinion this did not apply to her as a woman. Seriously, a woman shouldn’t be this scary to deal with!

One and a half weeks went by in the blink of an eye and at that point I was able to get out of the bed and walk around a little.
It was only at this point that I found out that two yakuza guards had been standing in front of my personal room for these fast 10 days. Furthermore, the same was true for the entrance to my flat and the entrance to the building!
A total of 6 men had been standing guard over me 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
I got a call from Mr. Hawatabe who explained to me that the yakuza would have nearly seppuku when they found out that I was injured again. It went against their personal honor to let their superior be wounded. Especially when it happened two days in a row…
Thankfully they did not do it in the end and instead began to guard me as tightly as a mafia boss should be guarded. Well since I had been laying around in my bed for the whole 10 days it did not concern me a lot.
Now that I got out of my bedroom I finally got to see Mei a lot more. She was quite considerate and helped me to get everything I needed. At the same time, I could tell that she was feeling slightly awkward around me.
Honestly, I was relieved about that development.
This is how it should be. I forced this poor girl to live with me, endangering her whole family in the process. She should feel strange about me, maybe even hate me. Otherwise I would have to worry about what kind of psycho I had let into my house again.
Three weeks later I was more or less healed and about to return to my daily life as a university student. I had planned three more days to have fun with the girls before going to the University for a week. Right after that we would leave for Japan.

Of course, Mei would come with us. Actually, she was insisting on that point, saying that since she was my slave it would be wrong to leave her in Germany while I and Shiina were leaving for Japan.
I could not argue with that logic.
Either way, on the first of the three days I wanted to spend with the girls, I took them out to visit the zoo. And yes, that was really just me, following my personal preferences.
Shiina had nothing against it and Mei kind of just went along with it.
Seeing the ‘great’ reaction of the two girls I sighed and called Mr. Hawatabe, telling him to send me a driver. This was one great thing about being a yakuza leader, you had your own driving service!
Well, the driver arrived pretty fast and it took the same amount of time to arrive at the zoo.
Of course, there were three of my ‘guards’ following us in another car. I tried to refuse them, saying that a zoo wasn’t quite the dangerous place to be at, but they responded that I dinner party originally wasn’t dangerous either.
At that point I gave up.
One last thing that was interesting and that I noticed on our drive to the zoo was the clothing Shiina and Mei were wearing. I never really interfered with what the two of them were wearing and since having access to more revealing clothes, Shiina had never had any trouble to cloth herself.
Mei on the other hand seemed to be under the wing of Shiina, who basically decided all of Mei’s attire.
I told Shiina before hand that she shouldn’t go over board and she seemed to have listened to me.
Mei was wearing a lace top with bandages wrapped around the important parts to cover them up. Her bottom was a simple pair of jeans. Since it was still winter, and she had to wear a jacket, the top was covered either way, so it could be considered quite normal actually.
She herself seemed to be quite happy about this arrangement and lively chatted with Shiina and me.
“Shojiro told me that Shiina’s parent live in Kyoto, is that true?”, I will be honest, I took me about two minutes to realize who Shojiro was.
(For those who can’t remember, it’s one of the Yakuza who saved Ryan after the fight with the Chinese; check out chapter 24 if you can’t remember)
Shiina nodded. “They actually live quite remote; my father is kind of an oddball and doesn’t like people. That’s why most of our yakuza group is led by my uncle alone.”
“He’s an oddball… I see…”, I muttered quietly. This was valuable information. I was still freaking out of my mind every time I thought about meeting Shiina’s parents. It haunted me in my dreams and made it impossible for me to look forward to my time in Japan.
“Yeah, he once broke a man’s arm, just because he found his chatter annoying!”, Shiina said grinning.
This devilish girl was totally aware that I was afraid!
“Don’t tease me, I’m nervous enough!”, I replied grumblingly.
Mei suddenly laughed amusedly.
“The two of you should just marry already!”, her words were obviously meant as a joke.
Yet, for some reason both me and Shiina suddenly blushed and began to stare out of the window.
Surprised Mei looked at the two of us, her eyes darting from one to the other. After some time she began to grin widely.
“Cute!”
