《Owning a cute little pet》Let's blow em up!

As Old Hawatabe had said, the meeting started about 10 minutes later. Eight men, including Hawatabe himself, entered the room and took their places around the table.
At this point Shiina was obediently sitting on my lap, still wearing nothing but her white panties and the black leather collar with the steel tag.
One can imagine the reactions of her father’s former subordinates as they saw their old bosses’ daughter sit nude on their new bosses’ lap. Yaws fell, eyes widened, and eyebrows rose. The whole situation was really quite comical.
“As you all know,”, once everyone had taken seat Hawatabe began to speak.
“Shiina-sama has recently decided to transfer all of her assets to her ‘owner’ Ryan Lekish-sama. As such Ryan-sama has become the new leader of our organization. Are there any questions about this new arrangement?”
For some time, the room was silent. Eyes met, and glances were exchanged. It was only natural that these men couldn’t accept this sudden change easily. Suddenly someone cleared his throat.
“Ryan-dono, may I know what your current occupation is?”, a somewhat more elderly man asked with a polite, but steadfast tone.
I nodded and smiled slightly.
“Currently I am making my master in microbiology. I intent on continuing this path until I can become professor at one of the leading universities in my profession.
Without a doubt, my current knowledge and expertise will be of no significant help in this new field that has no relation to my usual field of work. Nonetheless I am absolutely convinced that I will be able to master the challenges of my new position within the shortest time possible. I hope that the men present will have the patience to give me a chance to prove this to you!”
My words were a little aggressive and clearly pointed at the one thing everyone was currently plotting over.
I wasn’t the person that originally was supposed the lead this organization. I had no experience, no qualifications, no repute that would justify the lofty position I just gained. I became leader, just because the daughter of their boss chose to make me.

In other words, my position was more than just unstable.
This was one of the first things I realized as soon as I found out about this whole matter. If I really wanted to claim the rule over the organization I would have to prove myself and earn it in the eyes of the other members.
Otherwise the most I could ever be would be a figurehead.
My choice of words clearly stated that I was aware of my lacking reputation, that I knew that I had no real ground for my claim on the organization but also that I was going to earn it for myself.
It was a clear message directed to all of the men inside the room.
Old Hawatabe’s expression lightened up and he nodded approvingly. The other old man who had stated the question also had a glimmer of respect in his eyes as he nodded once.
“Well then,”, it was time to get an overview of what I had control from now on.
“How about we get started talking about the important matters now?”
We began with actually talking about the organization going into detail with how it operated, how large the framework was and what the annual income was. Of course, small things like the legal covers and illegal business we were involved in also came up at some point during the conversation.
It turned out that the Yamaka-group was one of the three relevant organized crime syndicates in the city, controlling about thirty percent of the shadier business in Aachen. They focused on the red district and sex industry, some illegal betting stalls and quite a lot of pot smuggling. Actually, in terms of sex industry they had some kind of monopoly, owning almost 90 percent of all clubs and taking money from every other establishment that was related to this kind of business.
On the other hand, the other two mafia’s, the Russians and Chinese, majored in drug and arms dealing while also exhorting money from the shops in their territories.
Normally all three mafia’s were more or less equal and wielded the same amount of power. Furthermore, as they worked in different fields there were no significant conflicts between them.

Unfortunately, the Russians and Chinese had decided to combine their power for once again take a good chunk of the red district from ‘my’ group.
One on one there would have been no problem in defending our interests, but it is impossible for our mafia to fight both at the same time. If we gathered reinforcement from the main-group in japan, it would be more or less easy to defend, but this would cause an outright conflict between the backers of all three mafia’s.
No one wanted that to happen.
In other words, we needed a plan to either divide or straight up defeat a force twice as powerful as ours.
I nodded slowly and began to search for a way out of this. If I could resolve this problem my place in the organization would be consolidated, but if I failed it would prove to be hard to convince the members of my capabilities.
“Can someone give me a piece of paper and a pen?”, after a few minute I suddenly asked this and at the same time a plan had completely formed within my mind.
The piece of paper was brought together with the pen and I quickly wrote down a few things and passed it to old Hawatabe. He took it and quickly skipped over it’s content. A strange frown appeared on his face and he reached it to the next member sitting at the table.
“Do we know where the headquarters of these two organizations are?”, I suddenly asked him.
Old Hawatabe nodded.
“Of course, we know this much. However, an attack is to ri-“, I interrupted him.
“Aside from a direct attack, can we smuggle something small into their headquarters? For example, a box about this large?”, I used my hands to show them the dimensions of an averagely large box.
The old man did not understand what I was planning, but confirmed my question.
“It shouldn’t be a problem.”
I nodded.
“Aside from the Russians and the Chinese, are there any other organization’s that are antagonistic towards us?”, a strange smile appeared on my face.
Old Hawatabe nodded one again nodded. He was still unable to figure out what I was going to do, but slowly he was getting an idea.
“There are a few small gangs and small organizations, but none of them is really worth mentioning.”, he obviously did not think they were of any threat to us.
“What… is this?”, suddenly someone asked and pointed at the contents of the paper. It was the same old man who had asked about my occupation earlier. If I remembered correctly he was called Tanaka Yujiro.
I turned my head to face him.
“It’s the compounds I need to build a certain type of bomb.”
Mr. Tanaka’s pupils constricted, and I could see surprise painted all across his face.
“A bomb?”, not only he was shocked. All the other members at the table also couldn’t believe what they were hearing.
“We can’t just blow them up!”, one of them, a younger man with bleached hair, protested.
I shook my head.
“We won’t blow them up.”, suddenly a grin appeared on my lips.
“As you may have noticed there is a strong sedative on that list. The bomb will only serve to set the gas free and alarm the police. Once the bomb explodes it will be loud enough to get the police there while at the same time setting free the sedative that will paralyze the mafia-members for at least a few hours.
During this time the police will have time to go through all the data inside their headquarters.
We won’t blow them up.
We will present them on a plate so the police only has to pick them up!”
