“Victor, who are you talking to?” Lillie tilted her head while still hugging me.
Ahh… for her it would be like hearing an unknown strange language that comes from nowhere…
“It’s nothing, you stay here for a moment. I’ll be back in a few minutes.”
Since this will become ugly, I tried not to implicate Lillie in this so as not to cause any further trauma to her. But to my surprise, her answer made me bewildered.
“Don’t wanna.” Somehow Lillie was sticky and didn’t want to loosen her grip. Seeing her cuteness, I stroked her white silky hair.
"I’ll give you something sweet later, so just let me go." After trying to bribe her, a positive reaction seemed to appear on her face.
“Okay~!” She replied with a pure beaming smile.
Uh.. I think she just wants something to eat. I rubbed my glabella after feeling deceived for some reason.
Afterward, I went back to the control room while telling ATA to show me the live recording of the drones. As the hologram projection was projected, I could see a group of knights walking to the ship's direction. They were in a position that left no blind spot for any kind of ambush.
Just as I had thought, they’ll be so vigilant since they just lost five members. Guess, that leaves me no choice but to use that huh.
Subsequently, I controlled the drones to take a position above them and wait for the right time. Seeing that they weren’t going to lax in a short time, I decided to start the plan.
Just then, an object was dropped from inside the drone, scattered behind the foliage and trees surrounding them. A gas spurted out from those objects, enveloping all the knights within. Since the gas was quite transparent, the knights didn’t immediately notice. They still walking as if nothing had happened to them.
It’s time for a waiting game… Hehe…
Commander Johanson was leading the group as he followed the direction directed by a colonial watch shape object in his hand. Trees after trees he passed through, bringing all the knights in tow. The knights were on guard position, looking around for any kind of ambush and enemy that might be lurking.
Not long after, the commander stopped as he sensed something wasn’t right. His nose twitched as he looked around the place.

"What’s the matter, commander?" The nearest knight to the commander inquired while touching the hilt of his sword.
“We might have fallen into a Magus's trap; I could sense that the air here was contaminated by something.” The commander rubbed his nose coldly.
“Is it a magic spell?”
“No… I cannot feel any kind of magic power nor spiritual power being used here." The commander shook his head before continue walking after adding, “Just drive your qi to your nose to block the air from coming inside.”
“”Yes!!”” All the knight agreed and started driving their qi before following him.
Minute after minute passed, the knights were still following their commander with a straight posture. Oblivious to the fact that the gas still entered their body.
The commander abruptly halted his footsteps before pointing a clearing in the distance, “It’s near, keep vigilant of the surrounding! We’ll reach the place shortly.”
Right when that statement finish being spoken, one of the knights suddenly fell to the ground. The other knights flinched and halted their bodies by that before trying to wake him up.
“Forget about him! we cannot stay in this place further. Follow me!” Commander Johanson started running to the clearing of the forest without sparing an eye to the fallen knight.
Seeing that, the other knights could only follow suit and abandoned their comrade in here. But over time, more and more knights fainted as if a grim reaper was reaping their lives. In the end, only a handful of stronger knights managed to get into the clearing of the forest, which was mentally and physically exhausted after the ordeal.
“What the hell happening just now?!” Knight Erick couldn't help but shout in exasperation.
But despite he shouted quite loudly, the other knights didn't pay any attention to him at all. This made him annoyed and grabbed one of the knights at his side, “Hey! Did you hear what I said? Talk to me!”
“Shut up! Couldn’t you see what’s in front of us?” The knight responded by pushing him before pointing to the front.
Knight Erick sneered before looking to the front. “Fool! What kind of—” His mouth suddenly widened so large that even a watermelon would fit in there.

“Damn! What kind of a freak are they? Those sleeping gas would be able to make an elephant collapse in less than half a minute.” I scratched my head in wonder how could a human in this world was able to hold on for such a long time.
I don’t know why, but I think there’s something mystical that could make these people stronger and more resistance to an ailment.
Generally speaking, even if they had 200 points on their power, they should have collapsed in just a minute or two. But from the looks of it, they just seem to only a bit sluggish.
Finding that I could only continue my plan, I sighed, “I didn’t really want to do this, but I think it's about time to start phase two.”
Thereafter, I activated the weaponry on the ship by navigating the hologram. Unfortunately, since I used most of the missiles before, I didn't have many of them left in the arsenal.
Long story short, the gaussian turrets on the ship was activated. Confused by the sudden activation of the turrets, the knights didn’t know how to respond. Realizing that this will be an easy kill, I began to ponder my belief and rationality whether to shoot or not.
Well, I don’t feel much guilty even if I were to kill all of them. I don’t know whether it’s because we were two different Human Race or is it something else.
Eventually, I decided to shoot since if I didn’t, they will be the ones that killed me. Hesitation will only make someone fell instead of giving any benefit. Without further ado, the turrets started gathering electricity and fired shortly after.
Rains of bullets were coming loose from the turret, raining the knights that didn’t know that their demise was near. Surprisingly, all of them were quite fast on reaction and managed to move a little.
Heh… no matter how good their reaction speed was, they’ll still die in a matter of seconds. After all, the sleeping gas should already weakened them by a lot.
And just as what I had suspected, almost all of them died in the first second of that rain of bullets. Leaving the commander of the knight standing alone with one of his arms and legs missing. He was using his sword to hold his body.
Huh? Holy shit! How could he stand those rains of bullets? Well, he as the commander should have something in his sleeve.
Afterward, I decided to fire again. Just then, the knight commander took a light brown colored glass bottle from his pocket before downing the content with one gulp.
As the content of the bottle was digested, veins began emerging around his body while his muscle enlarged with his physique became taller and burly than before. A savage and bloodlust look flashed in his eyes, it was as if he had become a barbarian.
“W-what kind of stimulant did he just drink? That’s simply… impossible! Even with gene modification, they would need a long procedure before able to look like that.” I stuttered, speechless by the sight that just filled my eyesight.
The gaussian turrets then let loose another rain of bullets, aiming all of it to the knight commander. To my surprise, the commander mindlessly charged to the ship with a speed many times faster than before. My eyes couldn’t keep up with him and even the advanced camera was barely able to locate his location.
But alas even after enhancing his speed, the bullets coming out from the gaussian turrets were simply too fast and too innumerable. He didn't even manage to touch the ship before becoming a beehive after receiving an uncountable number of bullets. The body of the knight commander then fell to the ground, lifeless.
I'm just wondering, why would he attack the ship instead of running away? He would have more chances to live if he were to run.
Remembering the savage look on the commander’s eyes, made me think that the content of the bottle might be the cause.
Well, there’s no use of thinking about it too much. After all, a hypothesis will always remain one and only by checking it myself would I know what the cause is.
Afterward, I came out from the ship and look at the bloody scenery from within my helmet. Limbs and innards were littered everywhere, giving a feeling of gore and carnage.

Follow along as this unlikely group of people join forces to help each other accomplish their own goals in this non-epic fantasy adventure. Fair Warning: This fiction contains many of the well-known light novel tropes, though I try to give them my own spin. If you’re tired of them by now, you might want to keep away. There are no demon lords however, nor any end-of-the-world cataclysm situation that only the MC can solve. This story is more about different people coming together and helping each other out to achieve their own goals and objectives.

Essentia Animus
Second Book of the Soul - Celesi Veil Trilogy When the living essence of three girls are put at risk, giving room for a second essence within themselves, even their hyper developed fantasy world might not be enough to contain their new found ambitions. Another story of another world, these three girls must adapt to their new essence, all while each is left to question if they are truly still even alive. While this story is a sequel of the previous story in the trillogy, it is also fully capable of standing alone in its own light, taking place in a distant corner of a Celese returning readers will be otherwise incapable of recognizing. However, the events of the story are a spoiler for the previous book, in case that matters to anyone. This story takes place over two centuries after the events of Vitae Memorandum, when Celese had developed into an advanced world, improved to a point that it is much like modern-day Earth while still using the gift instead of technology. The Aethyx languages are still present in this book, and even English still exists in the world after the events of the previous book, but are much less of a focus after the same closing events of the previous book. What is instead important is how the ending events of the previous book had resulted in the start of the Instrumentation Era, and exactly how the gift translates in a modern-day sense. While this book is still effectively a fantasy world of its own kind of magic, it isn’t the classical medieval scene that would be typical for such a story. The laws of science still do not exist in Celese, but that didn’t stop it from developing into something that looks similar enough. Earth itself still remains present on the other side of the veil, and its previous exposure continues to shape and advance Celese into the world it has become. This story contains scenes exibiting mania and similar dark themes, as it goes to great length to explore concepts of life and death. While the degree of such themes should not be considered to be as serious compared to matters such as actual horror, the psychological depth is still siginifcant enough to be potentially concerning for people sensitive to matters of this nature, such as any individuals with concerns questioning matters of suicide, mental harm, or a variety of emotional injuries. While none of these subjects actually occur in the story, readers who are currently troubled by such matters may find themselves considering old wounds if they are especially capable of empathy while reading, which could lead to furthered emotional or mental stress. Readers with a high capacity for empathy may find themselves troubled by concerns regarding any potential lack of mental/emotional control as well as considerations regarding the meaning of death. Readers who appreciate subtle dark themes in a story may instead find this to be an interesting twist of the same idea.

Transformers: Heroes
Heroic Decepticons Alternate Universe. A century ago, the eons-old war between the Autobots and the Decepticons suddenly and inexplicably came to an end. Since then, many have gone their separate ways, whilst others still hold onto the bitter memories of war. Now, as Autobots and Neutrals join forces in a new directive to capture every Decepticon still left alive, it appears that the Autobots will finally get their chance to even the score, and defeat their enemies once and for all. But when they become the target of seemingly random, yet terrifying attacks, some begin to realize that the enemy may be much closer to home than anyone could have ever imagined. Author's Notes: While it helps to have a little bit of prior knowledge about the world of Transformers, you don't need to be a Transformers fan to enjoy this story, or even a Decepticons fan! One thing I can say for sure is that it is unlike any Transformers fan fiction you've ever come across. This story aims to explore one possible set of motivations in depth in a setting of ongoing conflict between the Autobots (and, more recently, the Alliance - a collaboration between Autobots and Neutrals) and the Decepticons. Although this story takes a lot of things from the G1 cartoon, it is by no means strictly G1 toon oriented and introduces characters and/or ideas from other continuities (Sentinel Prime, Jhiaxus, Thunderblast and Rook (not the Autobot Rook - the other Rook!). Set primarily on Cybertron and Alternity City, it also deviates from certain key elements common in Transformers canon. For one thing, the general consensus that all Autobots are good and all Decepticons are bad is challenged, and a new meaning to the motivations behind their conflict is offered (which is a recurring theme in my Heroic Decepticons Alternate Universes). Some personalities have been altered from their canonical profiles as a necessity (Megatron being the most obvious example) and developed to a much deeper level than the original cartoon allowed. I hope you enjoy and thanks for reading.
