《The Aria Chronicles》Blood Burn I

When I woke up the next morning, I felt fully refreshed and recharge. There was not an ounce of exhaustion that could be seen on my face last night.
The first thing I did after waking was to check the time and heaved a sigh of relief when I saw I did not sleep late, I had planned on leaving this cave room the exact time Half-Blood Vampire used to leave.
I hope when I leave, I did not encounter it directly. To be honest, I want to finish it off in one move.
Its battle power is more or less similar to the Half-Blood Vampire, but I always felt there is something extra about it and I should be very careful about it, so I want to finish it off as soon as possible but seeing the nagging feeling I get whenever I see it, it would not be possible.
Seeing I have an hour, I freshened up and bathed unhurriedly before coming out of stream unwillingly and wearing clothes. As I finished wearing the clothes, I took out a green Color battlesuit from my storage ring.
My battlesuit had been taken away by the Half-Bloods, and I wouldn't have worn it as it is Grade 1, and since I am Baron wearing, it will be like wealing slightly stronger clothes.
While this battle suit in my hand is Grade 2, It is especially for the vampires as it requires the blood energy to run. I had found it in storage at one of the Viscount Orcs that I had killed, so I had immediately stored it into my storage ring.
I had not worn it in my fight against Half-Blood Vampire because I was confident in winning against it, among other things, but I am getting a feeling of danger against this Half-Orc.

It must have something dangerous; it would be a powerful Bloodline Ability, Secret Method, Artifact or something else, I have to be very careful against it and should not lose my life in overconfidence.
I wore the forest green color Grade 2 battlesuit and surprisingly I could activate all of its modes with blood energy and I am not surprised by it as the purity and volume of my energy far surpassed that of a normal Baron.
I already had the purity of energy before breaking through the Baron but when I made a breakthrough to Baron. I had 50% larger storage than a normal Initial Stage Baron, it was the doing of the Moonwell Method.
Krrrr...
Seeing the time had arrived, I took a deep breath and walked toward the door. As I reached it, I started to open the door and I have to say it is quite heavy but I have no problem opening it.
Soon the door opened in half and through it, I saw the cavern-like structure with several caves like mine, craning my neck, I looked outside and heaved a sigh of relief when I did not see Half-Blood.
Seeing that, I quickly walked out of the open gap which was enough for me to get out but just as I did, I heard the voice, "You finally come out, I've told you yesterday we have to leave early today but you fu" the voice suddenly stopped when it noticed that it is not its friend who it is speaking to.
When I came out, hearing the sound of the door opening, it also came out thinking its friend had come out but soon realized it was not its friend it was speaking to.
It looked quite shocked seeing me and I wanted to attack it with my telekinesis seeing how shocked it was but I did not.

I noticed the vigilance in its eyes and it's right hand which had been an empty moment ago now has an ax in it.
"Where is Herman?" It asked, staring me concentrating like a tiger, a slight movement from me and it will attack without hesitation. "Dead," I replied.
When I replied to his question, I expect to see rage and fury across its face but I actually saw a smile, a genuine smile. "It's good you have killed him, you have saved me a lot of guilt of killing a friend," he said with a smile before suddenly its face transformed to that of fury.
"But he is my friend and you have to pay the price for killing him but don't worry, I will not kill you, you are too precious." It said and came at me with swift speed, looking at its size one would not expect to have such speed.
I did not wait for it to come at me, instead I sped toward it at a greater speed than it which again surprised it as it did not expect it but that did not stop it from swinging its ax at me with full power.
Seeing his ax coming at me, I swung my Saber at it, it was a simple attack, there was no trick in it, no power mystic nothing, just an attack filled with raw physical strength.
Since I had made huge advancements in my body refining and leveling up, I did not get a chance to fight directly with anybody. The Half-Blood Vampire I had fought yesterday, I had fought with the telekinesis there is no involvement of the physical strength in that fight.
Clang!
A loud clang was produced when our weapons clashed and I felt immense force crashing on to me but this immense force did nothing except for making me shake a little.
If it had been a normal Baron in my place, it would have blood spurting every part of its body before it would collapse on the ground in half dead state.
My body is very strong, not only have I refined my body with the great 2nd Level of Arctic Snow Method but I have also got huge physical enhancements when my bloodline advanced and not to Moonwell Method which is a small bit of body refinement.
The combination of all the aspects gives a strong physical body which even Elite Barons which specializes in the Body Refinement did not have. This is why even before comprehending the Mystic, I had confidence to fight against the two Half-Bloods.
"You have hidden it too deeply, we were really idiots to not keep eyes on you," it said in a serious voice before it took back its ax at swift speed before swing again at me but this time its attack was twice as powerful as previous.

8 177Lost souls, will be rewritten soon. (Old version)
In a world where mages stand above the peasants, the nobles, and the law, it is not surprising that everyone wants to learn magic. Five siblings from a village in the middle of nowhere felt the same. Unfortunately, a dragon brought ruin to their home, eventually cornering the five blood brothers. Luz, the eldest brother, ignored the warnings of his ancestors for the sake of their survival. Using an ancient teleportation spell, he and his siblings were sucked into a portal leading to God-knows-where. In a foreign place far from home, Luz carries the burden of disobeying his ancestors and losing his younger brothers. He sets off to reunite his siblings and slay the dragon that destroyed their village while only being equipped with one useless space spell that drains all his mana after one usage. Author's note: English isn't my first language and this is the first novel I tried writing, which is why some of the earlier chapters aren't that good, even though I grew better over time. I'm still in the phase of editing a lot of my earlier chapters. But unfortunately, I haven't yet found any time for it. Daily updates are to be expected till we reach chapter 100. If your comment motivates me, I might upload up to five chapters.^^
