~Floyd PoV~
Its been 3 days since I started to get the energy I lost back to my body, I slowly opened my eyes, I looked around and saw that we were still in the damn cave.
I looked at my side where I saw the naked Vlad sitting cross-legged.
‘Why the hell is he naked!’ I thought and took out a set of black robes and tossed it over him, he didn’t seem to care as he just went on with his training.
I started to recall everything that had happened a few days ago, ‘How can I be so stupid?’ I thought as I kept hitting my head.
I took a deep breath and let it out.
I went to the door and studied it for a while.
‘It looks like that the door has some sort of protection on it, I doubt the door itself is that strong. How do I get past the damn protection…Can it be?’ I thought before I took few steps back and took out my bow and arrow and aimed one arrow at the door and shot it.
~Whoosh!
~BANG!!
The arrow hit the door but the arrow as sent back so I ducked down to avoid it.
When I thought about who was behind me I started to sweat, I immediately I looked back.
~Bang!
The arrow was only 1 cm away from Vlad’s ear, I let out a sigh of relief.
Slowly Vlad opened his eyes and then he looked at me with my bow, a cold sweat went through my back as he looked at the arrow right next to him.
“I see.” He said in a calm voice, he looked at the robes in his hands and put them to the side.
“I can explain?” I said with a smile.

“Who can’t explain, you that I am not on guard so you tried to give me a headshot, YOU ASSHOLE!” He said and transformed into a dragon as he charged at me.
I took out more arrows and aimed them at the door ~Whoosh!~Whoosh!~Whoosh!
~BANG!!
~BANG!!
~BANG!!
The Door reflected them and I ducked right when Vlad jumped up at me, His eyes widen and he used his wings to take cover.
~BANG!!
He was sent fly back the wall.
“AHAHAHA Today is the day asshole, prepare to meet your maker!” He shouted and that strange black energy covered his claws, I got a very bad feeling as he started to charge towards me.
I threw my bow away and went on my knees while putting my head on the ground “I Swear this is a misunderstanding!” I said and he stopped in his tracks as he looked down at me with a huge body, he lowered his head “I am just joking.” He whispered in my ears and I looked up.
“I stopped my training when you did.” He said with a grin, as he showed off those white teeth of his.
Sigh
“So you were just toying with me?” I asked and he turned into a human and put on the black robes and sat down “That’s right, I just wanted to know what you were doing.” He said.
“So did you find anything for the last 3 days.” I asked getting to the point.
“Well, I know one thing for sure, if we want to get out here, we need to reach the emperor rank.” He said I frowned “Are you crazy I just reached the king rank not long ago, how long do you think it will take?” I shouted with anger.

“Hey, don’t get angry at me, and calm down, let me finish, first indeed if this was the normal world yes it would take a long time but the energy in this world is far richer than it was in the real world so we will enter the Emperor rank faster. Let us get more power first before we do anything else, then we can be prepared for anything that might happen in the future.” He said as he sat down cross-legged again.
I didn’t want to waste to much time but what can I do?
All I can do for now is just wait and get enough strength to get out get the bow and get my revenge.
I sat down next to him cross-legged and closed my eyes and started to absorb the blue energy in the air.
‘Holy shit!’ I thought as I felt the amount of dense blue energy in the air, ‘it is 10 times no 100 times more than it was in the real world if I refine a lot of this energy I might be able to get a power boost on my techniques.’
A smile could be seen on my face as I started to absorb the blue energy.
After that Time went by slowly, every 3 days we would stop our training and started to spar, the cave was really a good place to train indeed, not only is it very spacious but no matter how much power we use the wall never showed any sign of scratch at all, I wonder what they are made of.
So we spent out time training, fighting, and more training.
As time went by, one month passed, the month turned into one year and the year become 10 years and so on.
Over the time we became a lot closer as we talked to each other and even shared our secrets with each other, we really became brothers.

Blood Quest - A LitRPG
Leon's family has been diagnosed with a new type of incurable blood disease. It's an absolute death sentence and when it turns aggressive, you only have a few more years of painful life left to live. His mother has just begun the last years of the disease when a person supposedly comes back from death with supernatural abilities. He talks about a choice you get after death--get an extra chance to come back to life, or die. Even with Leon's diminishing life span, he won't consider the option of going there, until he meets another survivor who had the same goal as him and succeeded. Leon has a choice to make—die now for a chance to save his mother, or die in a few years, where the disease rapidly melts his muscles from his own body. He enters a game-like world, a sort of limbo, where his ultimate goal is to climb the tower of Katastroph before his mother's time runs out. There are a few problems with this though. The tower is almost impossible to beat, if you die you won't revive, and only three people in over twenty years have actually made it back. Leon has two years to climb the tower, with the help of the few people willing to try, while Ai, the tutorial guide, makes things harder for them. ***** The story starts pretty dark but goes onto a lighter tone. Then (more) dark again. Disclaimer: This story is an experimental project and I hope to get any and all feedback you can give me. Warning: First draft. Chapters tend to be between 3400-4100 words long (about 8-11 A4-pages). Mentioning it since I've seen it in other fictions :P Sometimes they're shorter, sometimes they're longer. ******************************** CHAPTER RELEASES UPDATE: As the first "book" in the series is done, I'm going to release coming chapters somewhat sporadically, and when Writathon ends, I'll probably go back to publishing one chapter per weekend. We'll just have to wait and see! I hope you enjoy the story! I really appreciate all comments and feedback, so if you have anything to say, feel free to voice it :) ************ [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]

Not as it seems
Stranded inside the world he'd been writing about for years, Arwen is left at the mercy of the characters and setting he'd so lovingly created. Now trapped and powerless save for his knowledge of the secrets the world holds, he has to find his way back home. Hopefully to make it there in one piece. But things aren't going to be easy, as the further he plunges into his world, the more he will realize things aren't quite what he thought them to be. This story is a case study on a realistic approach to isekai as well as what it means to "know" someone / something, and to "KNOW" them. There will be hard themes and uncomfortable truths, and just like with real life, it will show things as they are unfiltered.
