~The Trial Forest~

~Vlad PoV~

It's been a day since I came here, I managed to get 89 marks so far, the people left in this forest has become less and less, and so it has become harder to find people.

I need 61 more marks which mean I need to find 61 more people, and I got only 2 days, this exam really too much for anyone just how can people pass it.

'Do you need help?' Dyton asked me

'What can you do?' I raised eyebrow

'I can find the location of the people in here as long as they are below the level of an Immortal"

'Why didn't you tell me sooner!' I yelled in my head

'Hehehe- I wanted you to run around for a while'

*sigh*

This damn sword is really annoying!

'Just help me now, we don't have that much time we only got a day left'

'Fine!'

~Rumble

The cave inside of me shook and a huge white light covered everything in my dantian and then went to my veins and followed them up and went out of my body.

You could not see it with the naked eye but it was there, you could feel the strange energy in the air.

'Go 200 meter to your left for your first target!' Dyton said inside of my head

I ran the way he told me to and jumped on a tree to see if there were really people there.

There was a fat man who looked to be about 25-29 years old there, he was holding a sword in front of him with his left hand.

A huge smile appeared on my face and I jumped down from the tree I was standing on towards the fat man, while I swung my sword down in an arc shape towards him.

*Swish!*

The sword in my hand cut through the air and made a noise wich attracted the far man's attention but even if he noticed it was too late, my sword was already above his head.

*boOM!*

I stopped my sword just as I was about hit his head, and the sudden stop made the air explode and make the fat man fly away and into the air 5 feet before he showed signs of stopping and falling down again.

*Bang!*

His body he the ground and he turned into a mist leaving the mark he had on.

I went and took the mark from the ground and put it into my bag.

'Where is the next one?' I asked Dyton

'Go straight for about 150 meters and you meet him.

I dashed towards the place Dyton told me.

Using Dyton I managed to get 60 more marks in a half a day, which leaves me with plenty of time to get one more.

Since I got 12 more hours I can use this time to break through to the next rank.

I jumped up to a tree with a hole in it and went inside the tree and sat down cross-legged

I closed my eyes and allowed the sword energy around me to enter my body and remake my cells, every time the sword energy made contact with my cells, bones, and muscles, they opened a hole in them and then closed it and they would continue to repeat this process until the cells and muscles turn blue and that's when all the sword energy stored inside of them would in one go leave the cells and muscles and enter my dantian.

After the energy enters my dantian the cells and muscles would turn normal red and continue to gather more sword energy but they would have become bigger and saw they would need more energy to release the energy they had.

1 Hour passed!

2 Hour passed!

3 Hour passed!

4 Hour passed!

5 Hour passed!

6 Hour passed!

7 Hour passed!

8 Hour passed!

My cells and muscles started to turn blue.

~Rumble

They started to vibrate as if they would burst any moment.

*BOOOOM!*

The energy released from them started to enter my dantian in a crazy manner.

My cells started to become slightly larger and they turned from blue to red while my muscles become very tighter and harder, I could feel how much stronger I had become, right now I can take on anyone below the King rank, that is what I think, I still need to try it out to see if it's true or not.

Finally, I have entered the third stage of the Mortal rank!

I opened my eyes and my yellow eyes seemed to be able to see farther away than I could before.

My lips curved upwards and I stood up from my seating position.

I started to stretch out, to make the soreness go away.

'How long has it been?' I asked Dyton

'8 Hours!'

That means I got 4 more to get one more mark.

I took out food from my bag and started to eat it.

After eating, I put everything back in my bag and put the bag over my shoulder.

When I Was about to get down from the tree, my body sensed danger, but unlike the last time I had this feeling now it didn't feel as threatening as it did,but I didn't dare take it head on either.

*Swoosh!*

I jumped down from the tree and dodged the arrow who almost hit me in the chest.

I looked at where the arrow came from and when my gaze fell on the person who shot that arrow, a smile could be seen on my face.
