ManaNet:

This brilliant invention was the work of an unknown mage. It was originally named Mana Manipulated Modulus, but modern society refers to it as the ManaNet, or simply the Net. It is a method of data transfer between magically inclined minds, whether they be organic or mineral. There are very few places and times when this network cannot be used.

The dungeon core did not stay dark for long. After a 10 second period of down time, it started flickering weakly. It seemed to have troubles like an under powered fluorescent lamp, but soon stabilized as it powered up.

The blue window chimed, a new message appearing in its glowing outline.

Nova let out a small shriek as she woke up fully, startled awake by the unexpected greeting.

Nova’s energetic greeting brought a smile to Cable’s lips; her slightly panicked expression made a good memory to start the day.
