this is only the lower levels of regeneration, imagine the higher ones.

with meat now on the bones, the fatigue is killing me,

why does regeneration make me so tired? Well at least its this instead of needing material to use, it would be a pain if I have to eat a ton of food just to heal my health, but that makes me wonder, where does regeneration get its meat from?

Ohh, so this stops the problem of multiple versions of me running around because my parts keep becoming wholes, wait, so what do normal people do with regeneration?

Regeneration is set in many categories, low, medium and high, people can get low or very rarely medium, low makes them able to recover from cuts and deep gashes faster but not regenerating whole limbs and leaving some scars, medium is set as the next step up and a lot of monsters have this, this makes them able to regenerate limbs and heal faster, this includes lizards, dragons, hydra and others, but the cut off part is not able to regenerate, high is reserved only for true monsters such as the planarius, they are unable to be killed through cutting and any bit cut off regenerates rapidly into another whole monster repeating the process

welp, my high regeneration suddenly seems a lot more useful
