Now that the witches and nitwits each shared a piece of Serena’s power, it was time for them to give King Darwin his portion of the power. Then afterward, they could go tie up some loose ends. The Vortex’s first stop was to arrive at Dark Spells High Academy and show the headmistress that they were in charge now. Meanwhile, Mectrics and Bruce will be headed to Warlock High Academy to make Headmaster Nicholas eat his words for threatening them.

“We’re here Kingie Pooh!” Storm shouted.

“And we brought you a present.” Ices batted her eyes with a wicked smile.

“Hmm, I wonder what it could be?” King Darwin asked sarcastically because he already could sense they had the Ultimate Power within them.

“Here you go!” shouted the Vortex and the nitwits, as they gave Darwin his share of the power.

“AHHHHH! Yes! The Ultimate Power!” King Darwin hollered.

“How does it feel?” asked Ices.

“It feels amazing! Now it’s time to free my wife from the Abyss Prison, but first I need you four to go give Green a visit for me and break inside the Restricted Vault to summon the Dark Heartless Army of Chaos and Destruction.”

“Sounds lovely! We were planning on giving her a visit anyway. This visit will be one she’ll never forget, so let’s go ladies.”

“As for you two, why don’t you go pay that soon-to-be ex-headmaster of yours a visit.”

“Will do sir” agreed Mectrics and Bruce.

The Vortex weren’t wasting any time in getting revenge on Headmistress Ganondorf-Green for expelling them.

“Hahahaha! Hello Gigi, did you miss us?” said Ices.

“Ugh! The audacity of you four misfits coming back to my school after I kicked you out!” screamed Ganondorf-Green.

“Who does she think she’s yelling at?” Storm asked.

“Yeah, I’d pipe it on down if I were you,” said Jewels.

“Yeah, we didn’t come here to chit-chat,” Zoe said.

“You better be glad we’re here and didn’t bring King Darwin along to help finish you off,” Ices warned.

“Uh! King Darwin!” Ms. Green’s heart had skipped a beat.

“She didn’t stutter,” said Storm.

“That monster!”

“Aww, he’s not really a monster when you get to know him.”

“Yeah, Storm’s right! If you think he’s a monster then what are we?” asked Jewels.

“Especially since we now have the Ultimate Power,” said Zoe.

“Oh no! That’s impossible!” Green said shockingly.

“I don’t understand why you look so bewildered. You are a witch of the Dark Arts yourself; you should be proud of us,” said Ices.

“You witches don’t understand that for our worlds to exist, we need to have the light to help withhold the balance with the darkness.”

“Oh, save the speech, Gertrude,” said Storm.

“Yeah, regardless of what you say, with this power, we’re going to takeover the entire universe. And we are starting with this school,” said Ices.

“Not while I’m still around! HUH!” Ms. Green shouted.

Green may have attacked first, but with the Vortex possessing the Ultimate Power, it was a mere scratch.

“Oh, please! You call that an attack. OBLIVION ICE COFFIN!” screamed Ices.

“Oh no! AHHHHHHHH!” screamed Green, as she began turning into an ice sculpture.

The other professors and students tried to save their Headmistress. All the Vortex had to do was twirl a finger and lift an eyebrow to knock down anyone that opposed them.

“She’ll be frozen for one-hundred years minimum. Hahahaha!” Ices’ laugh filled the entire school.

“Oh no!” gasped the professors and students.

Now that the Vortex finally had everyone’s attention by enlisting fear in their eyes, Ices decided to unfreeze Green and give her the scoop.

“Ugh! What do you witches want?” Ms. Green snarled as she shivered.

“I would change that disrespectful witch attitude if I were you,” said Jewels.

“Yeah! Ices was nice enough to thaw you out,” said Storm.

“Humph, I’m a little disappointed! I was sure she was going to let you freeze to death,” said Zoe as she folded her arms.

“I would have, but then that would have been no fun at all. Instead, you and everyone in this school are going to rot by being locked in the deep, dark, and freezing dungeons of Dark Spells. While my girls and I unleash the Dark Heartless Army of Chaos and Destruction,” said Ices.

“You four are out of your minds!” yelled Ms. Green.

“Oh, you haven’t seen anything yet; we’re insane.”

After Headmistress Ganondorf-Green and the rest of the teachers and school witches were locked away into the dark dungeons of Dark Spells, Ices and her girls headed to the Restricted Vault. Once they obtain the Dark Incantations book; they would finally be able to begin the beckoning. Meanwhile, as the Vortex were taking over DSA, Mectrics and Bruce were busy tossing Headmaster Nicholas around, literally.

“This is our school now, Santa,” said Mectrics.

“Yeah, ole Saint Nick! Why don’t you just give up?” Bruce hypothetically asked.

“That’s Headmaster to you two fools,” said Nicholas.

“Silence! VOLTAGE BLAST!” yelled Mectrics.

“AHHHHHHHH!” screamed Nicholas.

“Wow, bros! Check out our expelled roomies, Mectrics and Bruce!” said a warlock watching the battle.

“They literally just mopped the floor with Nicholas,” whispered another warlock.

“Now listen up dudes, my girl Zoe, the rest of the Vortex, and my pal Bruce are in charge now! So if any of you dare to challenge us, you will be destroyed,” Mectrics threatened.

“What Spiky said!” Bruce added.

Back at Dark Spells, the Vortex finally arrived at the entrance of the Restricted Vault. The vault was hidden behind the bookshelf that was placed behind their former Headmistress’ desk. Thanks to this power they had, they did not have to ask Green where it was concealed; instead, they were able to enter her mind and get the location themselves. Therefore, the vault was restricted for a reason. Only those ranked as a Headmistress, Headmaster, or Magic Counsel Elder could access it. However, since Ices and her best witches had the Ultimate Power, it was no trouble for them to blow down the seal.

“Look! Here it is ladies! the Dark Incantations book,” said Ices.

“And it’s surrounded by a powerful barrier,” said Jewels.

“It won’t be for too long. Ladies! It’s time to disarm this barrier.”

The Vortex held hands and absorbed the magic that was surrounding the book.

“(cough) Wow, this book is covered in dust and cobwebs,” said Storm as she opened the cover.

“Looks like it hasn’t been used for centuries,” noticed Zoe.

“Ooh, I can’t wait to see what chaos and dark creatures that will come out of this book.” Ices wondered enthusiastically.

“Ices, are you sure about this?” Jewels asked with hesitation.

“Jewels, do I smell fear?”

“Yeah, coming from the Witch of Darkness herself?” said Storm.

“No, I was just thinking what if… oh never mind! Let’s get to it,” said Jewels.

“We shall,” said Ices, as she opened the book to read the forbidden spell.

“May the depths of a thousand screams be heard with darkness filling the air and creatures rising from the shadows! We, your Mistresses of Evil, the Guardians of the Darkness command you to destroy everyone and everything in your sight! Starting with the school for lame heroes!” the Vortex chanted.

The monsters were unleashed and headed towards Bravery Arts.

“Now, let’s get back to KD,” said Ices.

Finally, with both magic academy schools taken over, there were only two left standing, and with the Dark Heartless Army of Chaos and Destruction unleashed, it was time for King Darwin to free his wife, Queen Vidal.

“We’re back!” Storm announced.

“And Dark Spells is under our control,” said Ices.

“Bruce and I have Warlock High under our control too,” responded Mectrics.

“And the first batch of our Dark Army has been sent to wipe out every weakling in Bravery Arts,” said Ices, as she laughed.

“Excellent! With the darkness rising, it is now the perfect time for us to free our queen. Now, repeat the incantation after me,” said King Darwin.

“De Los Muertos, blood, chaos, screams, ghost, fear, ice, thunder, wind, fire, strength, and darkness. We use the Ultimate Power to awaken the Dark Planet’s queen. Arise from your funeral home that was once known as the Abyss!” King Darwin chanted the spell, as the others repeated.

Every light and candle in the dark castle had blown out, as the windows shattered. When the lights flickered back on, standing in front of King Darwin, the Vortex, and the nitwits stood Queen Vidal. They had finally freed her from the Abyss. The dreadful place she was sealed away in fifteen years ago.

“Everyone, this is my beautiful, dark-hearted wife, Queen Vidal,” said King Darwin.

“It’s about time you all freed me from the Abyss. Now I can condemn those that had me locked away for fifteen years,” said Queen Vidal.

“No, thank you! She gets straight to the point and is as mean as Flames Hollow. I like her already,” Ices complimented.

“I absolutely love your style,” Zoe squealed.

“Let’s just say that even in limbo, I had to make sure that I looked great for this day. And now that I’m here, it’s time to help you all finish what we’ve started fifteen years ago,” said Queen Vidal.

“You two can do whatever you want, but the F.S.P.’s and their boy-toys are ours to finish off,” said Ices.

While Queen Vidal and her crew were getting ready to watch the Dark Heartless Army of Chaos and Destruction extinguish everyone at BAHA, the F.S.P.’s and the Conquerors were in Headmistress Wings’ office. They updated Mrs. Wings and Ms. Garnet on what happened when they were back on Earth.

“This explains the sudden shift in the balance. Garnet and I had a feeling something terrible had happened,” said Mrs. Wings.

“And this must be the reason Ms. Green isn’t returning our calls,” Ms. Garnet assumed.

“But I still don’t know what they’re planning on using my power for. All Ices told me was the Dark Warriors had been searching for it for years,” Serena stated.

“They’re going to unleash the Dark Heartless Army of Chaos and Destruction,” said Mrs. Wings.

“If they haven’t already done so,” said Ms. Garnet.

“Wait, did you say Heartless? Like from that video game by Square Enix Kingdom Hearts?” Josh asked.

“Seriously man?” Max chimed in.

“Sorry! Please continue, Mrs. Wings.”

“And no, these creatures aren’t anything like your video games: they’re much worse,” commented Ms. Garnet.

“Well as much as I hate to say it, we can’t just stand here. It’s now time we head into battle,” said Crystal.

“Cee’s right, but my powers are gone and now I can’t do anything to help you guys,” said Serena as she sighed.

“Chill, girl! We aren’t going to let anything happen to you or anyone else.”

“Yeah, if those witches want a fight, we’ll give them a fight,” said Ivy.

“That’s right Rena! They messed with one of us which means that they messed with all of us,” said Kristy, as she curled her fists.

“The girls are right Serena. The witches may have taken most of your powers…” Mrs. Wings was interrupted.

“Most? Don’t you mean all? I can’t even light a candle… let alone transform anymore,” said Serena.

“You see, your power, unlike the rest of us, is connected to your life force. If they actually executed taking all of your magic; which thank heavens they didn’t, you wouldn’t still be alive.”

“Well okay, now I don’t feel as bad.”

“Now, back to what I was saying, I believe there’s a way to restore your powers and make you even stronger. Thus, it will be a dangerous mission. You’ll have to be warped to Planet Starlight,” said Mrs. Wings.

“But Planet Starlight was destroyed,” Serena mentioned.

“Not necessarily. The new Dark Planet resides where Planet Starlight once was.”

“So, you’re saying my home planet wasn’t blown to smithereens.”

“Well, I am pretty sure that based on the villains’ style, that it would be better off blown to smithereens, and regardless, we can’t just go there. We’ll be sure to be obliterated especially now that our strongest member is rank zero in the magic department. No offense girl.” Crystal sighed.

“Wait, but fifteen years ago the planet was filled with nothing but positive energy,” Kristy mentioned.

“Indeed, it was,” said Mrs. Wings.

“So, what if I can use my power to take us back in time?” Kristy wondered.

“Kristy’s got a point! That way I can talk to my mother before she gave up her powers and ask her if there’s a way to get my powers back.” Serena smiled.

“Correct, but before you reach Planet Starlight, you all will have to go through the Infinite Time Zone,” said Mrs. Wings.

“Infinite Time Zone?” the F.S.P.’s and Conquers asked.

“Yes, a place where time sits still, and while you’re in it, you all must stick together until you reach the destination: or some of you could end up separated by time zones. Lastly, do not stay back in time longer than three hours or you’ll be stuck there forever and all that exist now will be changed forever.” Ms. Garnet explained.

“We understand, and I’m pretty sure we’re all willing to do whatever it takes to demolish Ices and her crew,” said Kristy.

“Oh no! I just got an urgent message from BAHA’s 911 Alert,” said Max.

Max began to read the magic message aloud: “An army of unidentifiable ferocious creatures have begun attacking them and they need help!” said Max.

“Looks like they’ve already unleashed the Dark Heartless Army of Chaos and Destruction,” said Roux.

“Well, what are we waiting for? We need to go help them!” said Crystal.

“No, Crystal! You need to go with Serena and the others. We’ll stay behind and help defend the school,” said Josh.

“Josh’s right! You four need to hurry and head to the Infinite Time Zone before the dark ones find out what you’re planning,” Roux agreed.

“Don’t worry girls! We’ll be okay,” assured Brock.

“Serena, I know you’ll come back even stronger and redeem yourself! I believe in you,” said Max, as he held Serena’s hands.

“Max, I just don’t want to lose any of you guys.”

“It’s okay Serena, we’ll be fine. Alright, we have to go.”

“Girls, be careful,” said the guys as they ran out of the office.

“Wait! Roux, take these seeds; if things get too dangerous. You must cast your magic on these seeds and a huge burst of light will appear and give you enough time to get back here. It will only stop the Dark Heartless creatures temporarily,” said Mrs. Wings, as she gave Roux the seeds to hold on to.

After the guys left, it was time for Kristy to warp her besties to the Infinite Time Zone. The girls, except Serena, had transformed. Then, Mrs. Wings told Kristy to repeat the spell that would take them to the Infinite Time Zone. Kristy summoned her Time Scepter. However, they had to do the spell outside. Once they were outside in the courtyard, Kristy started the spell, while Mrs. Wings watched a few feet away.

“Alright, here it goes. Chronos Abundant Guardian of Time and Space, I call upon you to open the gate from the heavens, so that we may enter the Infinite Time Zone.”

Suddenly, the clouds had parted and a bright light had beamed down upon Kristy and her girls. Then, a loud sound of thunder erupted and an intense, bright flash of light occurred and the girls had vanished.

“Good luck everyone,” said Mrs. Wings as she watched her girls vanish.

“Hmm, looks like those brownies are going back in time to try to stop us from succeeding, how delightful.” Queen Vidal smirked ominously.

“Well, why don’t we stop them?” asked Ices.

“Yes, you lovely dark witches, go make sure they don’t reach Planet Starlight. We can’t have them finding a way to stop us.”

“Oh, don’t worry Queenie, we’re on it. Our new powers should allow us to go back in time as well.”

“As for you three, go give Professor Marcellus a visit,” Queen Vidal commanded.

“Three?” Mectrics and Bruce looked puzzled because there were only two of them.

“I guess it’s time for me to go say hi. Let’s go nitwits,” King Darwin grinned.
