《Black God of Lightning.》3. Ignorance is bliss

In the throne room of some big castle. It had large circular pillars on the opposite sides of the room. Extending to the huge double door. In between the gold and white pillars was a red carpet that started from the door till it reached the stairs. At the stairs were two knights dressed in golden armour with a golden sword and shield. These were the two Head Knights who's sole duty was to protect the King. Above the stairs were two large golden thrones this was for the King and Queen. Just below there were smaller black chairs that were used for the 1st Prince and 1st Princesses. Stationed by each pillar was a Royal Knight who was clad in shining silver armour. Each one of them was equipped with a long sword and a shield.
The ceiling was high above. It had a dome-like glass part where you could see through to the sun.
The King and the Prince were in their seats. The Queen and the Princess were not.
The King looked at the sundial and said " It is the time where the veil is thinnest between Universes. Prepare the soul migration array! Order a complete lockdown on the Throne room when the mages appear!"
" Yes, your majesty." The two head Knights replied in unison and opened up the large double doors. Once opened, they called in the mages who were waiting outside. The mages entered one by one. One of Head Knights told the knights who were stationed to protect the entrance of the Throne room " The King has issued a full lockdown and wants no one to enter until the doors are re-opened. Not under any circumstance should these doors open be it the Queen or the Princess who wish to enter. None shall pass!"
The Knights saluted to show that they understood and stood in front of the double door as the doors closed slowly. Once the door was closed. One of the Knights looked at the other and said: " I don't know about you but I am not telling the Princess she may not enter." The other then said, " Well you have to unless you want to die." Then other Knight replied, " Well that is exactly what I am afraid of."

Boom!
The doors closed airtight. The Knights who were originally standing at the pillars moved to the centre of the throne room and pushed the red carpet away. It was originally a straight line but now looked like a C shaped triangle. Their purpose was to push the carpet away from covering what was below. Now that the carpet was gone you could see the vault below. The Head Knight returned to the King. The King gave him the keys to the vault so that he could open it up. The Head Knight walked back to the vault and put the key in and twisted it.
Kacha.
The vault opened and the Head knight took the stairs down to the bottom. He then used a low-level spell called lesser light. This Knight was capable of casting superior magic but that would be superfluous as lesser light was more than sufficient. Suddenly a small light emitted from his finger and now he could see down here as it was pitch black. He then proceeded to the bottom of the stairs where a circle platform was with a large two-meter black crystal contraption attached to it. To the side of the crystal was a wheel that you turn which in turn raises the circular platform to the top. The platform is not bigger than the hole as such the stairs is not in the way and the Head night can still come out even though the platform is raised.
The head knight walked to the wheel and began turning the wheel to raise the platform. With each and every turn the platform got higher and higher. Until it reached the top. He then put the key that opened the vault in the keyhole below the wheel. He turned the key and left it inside the keyhole. This keyhole is used to lock the platform in its current position. But for some reason, it was not locked when he first turned the wheel. As such only now did he put the keys in. When he saw that all preparations where complete he walked up the stairs and climbed out of the vault.
All the mages wore red robes that covered them from the face to their feet. The mages made a circle around the black crystal which was the soul migration array. They made the circle around the hole of the vault and began chanting spells in unison.

...
Lucas was looking at the girl on the bus stop bench. She had black hair with skin so pale that it looked transparent. She appeared to be quite pretty but he wasn't fully sure as he was looking at her from her side. She was wearing a short tight black skirt and a pink t-shirt with her black and white Converse Chuck Taylors.
Lucas stopped looking at her and started walking to the bus stop. He was thinking " I hope she doesn't flatter herself thinking I am coming to talk to her. I mean it just so happens that my destination was the bus stop from the start. And she just so happened to be sitting there." Lucas planned to take out his phone to look as casual as possible as well as have something to give his attention to when he gets there. This would quell the pending awkwardness when he arrived to sit next to her.
Lucas eventually got to the bench and put down the black bags. He then bent his knees and sat down. Lucas pulled out his phone and started reading his favourite web novel about this Chef that wants to be the greatest under the heavens. And his black hellhound dog and white robotic puppet.
He then let out a sigh and thought "aaaah these manga/anime/light novel characters sure have it easy. In their world, you only need brute force to solve any problem. The only issue is that based on what I've seen is that guys think with their little brains and seem to have absolutely no common sense. They would try to kill someone because he is walking around with a beautiful girl out of jealousy. As well as women seem to be just objects of possession. And if they not objects of possession then they make the MC the object of their obsession. Where they try to force the MC into marriage and of course the weak-willed MC will always accept the marriage as if he has no will of his own. If I was put in a situation like that I'm sure things would be different..."
This time the girl was looking at him funny. She thought to herself " Is this guy an idiot? Why does he always seem to be in deep thought? Does he know what it means to remain on earth for two seconds!?"
She then spoke, " You seem to be in your thoughts quite a lot, is there anything particularly interesting that has got you so preoccupied?" She asked him flat out because truthfully she had theories about what he was thinking about but until proven they will just remain as conjectures. As such she might as well ask and find out that she was right or wrong.
Lucas at the time of the question was in deep thought but heard a bit of mumbling in the background. He thought "could she speaking to me?" Immediately the image of her popped up. The pretty girl with a tight black skirt and pink top. It was then that Lucas was convinced he must be hearing stuff. If such a pretty girl actually wanted to talk to him. So he continued with his line of thought, completely ignoring her.
The girl noticed that there seemed to be no response from the boy and assumed " He must really be in deep thought. It's okay next time I will speak much louder and clearer." She nodded her head as she had firmly decided to give it another go.
" You seem to be in your thoughts quite a lot, is there anything particularly interesting that has got you so preoccupied!" She said loudly but to no avail as the boy kept quiet and did not pay her a shred of attention.
This time she was infuriated. She thought " Who does this guy think he is?! To ignore me not once but twice! I was nice enough to repeat myself and I even repeated the full sentence, the nerve!"

The Legend of Rayola the Deathless [Dead]
[This story is Discontinued] Another story based on the lore, which has been expanded and with far more details and hopefully better writing shall be released later on. After about the tenth time she died, Rayola started to think, that maybe she didn't come out quite right, even by supernatural standards. Of course, the pale white skin and hair, plus the blazing orange eyes might have been a clue and it was getting harder and harder to blend in. To top it all off, she has no memory of who she is and there's an incredibly suspiscious, snarky voice in her head making quips about her life choices. Even worse was the inability to sleep. At first, she thought that maybe she was just an overly messed up zombie or even a vampire! But she was proven wrong time and time agian... there were too many inconsistencies and it made her uneasy. The final straw was the issue with her own identity. At first she was okay with being her own brand-new person, but as more and more ghosts of her past started to slowly catch up, she had no choice but to set off on a journey... A journey to discover who she once was, and to find out what had happened to her. It was for no noble cause but merely one for personal salvation. Yet, her actions left behind a legend in her wake.
