《Cold Heart(Cancelled)》(V1)Chapter Seven: Forest Punishment, Territory Taken #2

Smashing rocks under the hectic sun settled on sparks more than usual, I was too busy making a campfire before nighttime while Autumn and Kaylee were running around, finding anything they could so we wouldn't starve or get thirsty.
It was pretty quiet in the forest so hearing things were quite rare around my area at least, who knows where others are located, some are probably battling each other already since students were allowed to fight over territory or show their strength.
Three bags were all for our camps, depending on how many members there are since we're a three-member squad, we were given three bags.
"Food has arrived!" Kaylee cheered, echoing through the forest is followed by sounds of twigs cracking and leaves rustling.
Twisting my head, finding Kaylee's voice coming from the West of where I was setting up our camp, Autumn and Kaylee both stopped in front of me, showing me a variety of different berries, somehow strawberries caught my eyes the most.
"Strawberries? Aren't they Man-Made?" I asked, politely plucking a strawberry from Autumn.
"Of course! They were personally grown for us students to search for" Kaylee answered, sounding proud in herself.
"We did have to avoid a four-member squad though" Autumn chuckled.
"So there's a four-member squad roaming near our territory then?" I questioned again.
More on territory stuff, I heard when I was about to start my journey, the lowest the class was set at was going first so it was my class, A-2 along with B-5 all having their three week period and the others will come in after we were done.
It was basically a turf war where students from each class just fought for more drinks and food, I really don't know why this is somehow changing us, but I will go along with it I guess.

And we had a second wristband based on the colour of our squad, mine, Autumn and Kaylee were Purple.
When we were "happily" eating our berries, we were put on halt when we heard a distant Electricity Manipulation user battling with what seems Glass Manipulation from sounds of crashing.
This battle went on for minutes or hours, I didn't know they lasted as they got our guard up all night, not having an inch of steep.
"How can two people fight like that?" Autumn whispered out loudly from inside one of the tents I made.
"Because they actually use tactics to have advantages over each other, they're not like you who can slow down the world around them and are the gravity" Kaylee answered.
"Fair enough," Autumn replied.
Day arrives before I awoke from my slumber, birds were heard chirping like they always were as I started rubbing my eyes from the strain inside, leaves waving is all I heard so I quietly unzip the tent and stepped outside, gazing at Autumn who was sitting around the campfire eating berries once again.
"Someone's up early" I spurted, slightly jumping Autumn.
"Ah-y-yeah, I guess so" She replied softly.
I sat beside her, letting her have her own moments while I chewed on the lasting berries that we all had left, not finding a drink that will drink away the bitter taste in my mouth.
We both sat there watching the drained fire flicker for its last moments, slowly evaporating away from existence.
Something flew straight past me, scraping against my chin, making it bleed as it slashed through, it felt really cold, almost like a whole arctic had landed on me, I immediately glanced at the black ice spike that was stabbed through my campfire.
"Shit!" Autumn shouted, jumping up on her feet, disappearing in mid-air to appear sliding across the ground, sliding into a rough spinning position that ended her up in smashing against a tree.

"Charge! Attack their tents!" A voice yelled, four boys raced out from the shadows, charging for our tents which are basically our lives.
Purple electric zapped through Kaylee's tent, paralysing one of the attackers who wore a Red wristband on the ground, then she rushed out her tent, covered in purple electricity that flared all around her like an aura.
One wearing a Black wristband approached me with the intent of taking me down, I waited for a few seconds and placed all the strength onto my hands, letting myself jump off the ground, immediately aiming for the enemy's head.
My shin collided with his head, dropping him to the ground as I faced off with another student from their group, he wore a red wristband, being the only one that's conscious.
Electric attached to him, paralysing him into a heavy seizure, not letting me have any time to have a fight I haven't had in ages.
Some tell men in suits came and took these four students away, not speaking a single word, Autumn was healing beside Kaylee who was worrying over her.
"Damn- How could I fall for something like that?" Autumn grunted, after the fight, we found out that she slipped over ice the four attackers planned from the very beginning.
"Don't underestimate people, as I did with Caden" Kaylee answered, gawking directly at me.
"So you knew how to fight, huh?" Autumn asked.
"No no, it was a ghost that possessed me" I sarcastically responded.
"Oh wow, really? I might want the ghost to sign my t-shirt then" Autumn replied sarcastically back.
"Anyway! Weren't they the ones we sneaked around?" Kaylee implored, trying to move from that conversation.
"No. The ones we sneaked around had Orange as their colour, these four we fought had red " Autumn replied.
"I guess we took over their territory in the middle" Kaylee chirped.
"How do you know whose territory is who?" I questioned.
"There's a map that we are given to see where other students' territory is. When one is taken it'll say Taken By whatever colour took their territory" Kayle explained, making it sound easier as much as she can.
Knowing this, we kind of move freely through these two territories, being kind on guard since we all know we had the Greens and Blue beside us from the map that was given to me by Kaylee.
We eventually found their campsite and took all the stuff they had, they had a wonderful fountain of fresh, cleaned water, we all decided we will stay here for certain if days before making our next move, or prepare for another ambush.
