《Cold Heart(Cancelled)》(V1)Chapter Three: Don't Interfere

After becoming the "Queen's" slave, my daily routine was just what she said, lend her food, lend her books for her to learn and keep me safe under any dangerous moments.
Five piles of books were in my hands, weighing me down as I eventually arrived at Autumn's desk, she was copying sentences from what seems to be from a one hundred chapter book about mathematics.
At least she isn't a stupid Queen.
She noticed me when I dropped them on her desk, she glanced at me with a peaceful look in her eyes, not that cold, glaring eye stare, well that's because I've been her "slave" for two entire weeks.
"Oh, you're here," Autumn announced, inspecting my body out under my notice, she placed her pen down and directly looked into my eyes, "You seriously need to work out if these books are too heavy for you" Autumn spoke out in all of her honesty.
"Why would he work out when he's too lazy being protected by you?" The girl beside Autumn asked, slightly chuckling.
"Oh piss off" I directly responded, I don't stand down from this type of stuff, you argue, I argue back, simple as.
"What do you say?!" The girl went on to yell, jumping up from her seat and aggressively pointed towards me, her ginger hair stopped at her shoulders, matching the amber eyes of hers, she stood the same height as Autumn.
"He said " piss off", which part of that did you not understand?" Autumn asked in a bitter voice, silencing the girl(her name was Kaylee, her powers were unknown unlike Autumn, her powers are well known to be Super Speed, a rare power in the school), Kaylee slumped into her seat roughly, crossing her arms tightly.
"You protect him too much" Kaylee snarled, rolling her eyes.

"Of course I would, he's the first male friend that I consider trustworthy" Autumn happily acknowledged.
"He's considered a friend? What about the King, Luis George?" Kaylee questioned.
"Luis George isn't a King, he thinks too highly of himself and uses that status to take both male and females as his slaves" Autumn answered "I only work with him under professional" She then added.
Well, that's something I learnt just now, apparently, this whole school is just a kingdom where Queens and Kings live.
Ignoring that fact, I was outside a male's gym(last period), finishing the lesson when Ms Pace greeted me after we bumped into each other, we sat on a simple bench next to what seems to be five drinking fountains on each side, the sun settled halfway, blending its gold into the chilli red and royal purple territory.
"How is school going so far?" Ms Pace politely asked, smiling towards me as I watched her hair wave in the breezing wind.
"It's fine, I already fell prey to the Queen" I answered with laughter.
"Don't be too afraid of her," Ms Pace chuckled.
Why would I be afraid? I already knew that she was innocent, the look in her eyes answered that for me, is what I kept thinking on repeat while Ms Pace kept on about useless stuff, stuff that didn't really matter to me so I blocked it out, but she said something that made me react straightforward.
"I tried looking into your past and finding out where you came from and what school you were in before enrolling to this school but couldn't find-" Her cheery voice came to a halt.
"Then let it stay that way" I spurted out in a cold voice, shutting her up immediately.
"W-what?" She stammered as she was caught off-guard.

"Don't interfere with my life" I repeated, seeing her jolt back narrowly, showing signs of scaredness.
"W-What do you mean?" Ms Pace answered, trying to hold back in the nervousness that completely revealed itself in her trembling hands.
"Don't act stupid. You know what I mean, stop trying to interfere with my life" I once again explained to her, lifting my weight and stood over her "I hate people like you who are too nosy, my past isn't what I want to be revealed, so don't try hacking your way into the database" I coldly added, sounding monotone and motionless in my voice.
"Because that'll make you an enemy" My voice continued, leaning closer to her widened, filled with apprehensive eyes.
"This is the only secret you'll know about me, so don't be annoying next time when I'm around people. By the way, thanks for cutting my image short" I scolded Ms Pace, knowing she was filled with fear, knowing she was shocked by what she saw, knowing she was betrayed by my image.
But what at cost?
Because she tried knowing about my past?
What would all of them think about me?
Some clumsy, happy guy? Some person who is pretty average? Some guy with mixed thoughts? Some weak guy because everything is based on powers these ages?
I neither think like these creatures, why should we get worried, scared, sad, happy, embarrassed, or guilty when it will just ruin our life in the later events?
Maybe we all have different reasons, thoughts, pasts, presents, futures and all that jazz.
Maybe some grew up great, maybe some grew up good, maybe some grew up nicely.
Maybe some grew up bad but got over it, maybe some grew up horribly and took a while to get over the trauma, maybe some grew up terribly, not reviving from all the damages and bruises our childhood gave us to cope with, to be nicknamed these disorders we didn't want or needed.
As the future unravels, the more things will become clear, no matter how harsh and brutal they are.
Only the weak-hearted people will fail, the strong-hearted people will succeed rapidly, they will explore unlimited adventure the weak was never able to do.
My name is Caden Dahil, welcome to my second introduction, the real introduction.
A life that was shitty from the very beginning.
