The woman on the throne clicked her tongue and immediately prepared to escape. Kai had already sensed that the woman wasn't SS-class, she was just at the peak of S-class, something the current Kai could defeat now. On the other hand, the woman was confident in fighting Kai, but not with his trump cards unknown.

The dark flame was enough to leave the woman terrified. Just looking at it made one's hairs stand on end.

Kai sensed the mana linking the woman and the vampires he had just killed, he didn't try to find the rest of the vampires hiding about, instead, he went straight for where the woman was. Lightning crackled around his body as he burst into motion, he arrived at the throne room in an instant.

Kai raised his arms and starting from his feet, cold air spread instantly and froze all of the blood in the area. It wasn't just on the surface, it froze everything completely.

"...!"

At first, the woman stared speechlessly but it only lasted for a few seconds because Kai immediately attacked. More lightning crackled around Kai and he arrived in front of her in an instant while punching out with his left fist. Since the ritual, he felt his control over lightning improve drastically and now, he could make such precise movements.

During the fight with Fate, Kai used lightning to charge forward but there had to be a distance between him and Fate because he wouldn't have been able to stop so near. Since his magic power improved, he could control the rampaging lightning though it's also true that if he had just weakened it, then he could have controlled it much better.

The woman raised one arm and supported it with the other but she was still sent flying towards the wall on the back of the throne room after Kai's fist.

As lightning crackled around Kai, he stared at his fist that had hit the woman.

"Hahaha! To think I'm going to get an S-class servant!"

It was evident that she had done something during their exchange.

"I sent some of my blood into your bloodstream which will travel to your head, you're under my control now!"

The woman was ecstatic. Kai was able to wipe out 20 S-class vampires in just a few minutes. What's more, Kai was also a vampire and so, she had better control over him than if he was just human.

"Now, serve me."

Kai stood still as the woman approached.

"Hmm... Your body is nicely built, I would be hard-pressed to find another one like you. An S-class body, an S-class mage, and above all, you use lightning! I never even thought that was possible. What am I doing, talking to a servant who would only answer when I tell him to?"

The woman laughed at herself.

"Well then, time to dig in."

Licking her lips, the woman approached Kai's neck but as soon as she went close, Kai's hand shot out and grabbed her by the neck.

"?!"

The woman couldn't speak and only utter noises. Kai's hand was insanely fast and left no room for escape. After sending an electric current into the woman's body, Kai let go.

After coughing several times, she glared at Kai.

"How?!"

"Let's just say that you were unlucky."

Kai revealed his hand, the ripped skin and the metal underneath made it evident to the woman how her attack was blocked.

"Now then..."

Black flames ignited on Kai's fist. Without a moment's hesitation, Kai punched out with his right fist planning to pierce the woman's heart but before it could hit, the woman fell into blood that broke out of the ice. Apparently, there was a little bit of it left.

Kai immediately stomped his foot, all of the ice in the area broke apart. The shards flew and headed straight for the woman who was still just a puddle of blood. At the same time, a huge head made of blood formed below Kai and swallowed him whole but the dark flames immediately vaporized it.

Needless to say, the woman couldn't possibly escape Kai's senses. Instead of leaving the castle, the puddle of blood seeped into the floor once more.

"So that's where it is."

Kai took out a gun and pointed it at the floor.

"[Rending Bullet]."

In just an instant, the floors and basement were pierced through. The floors were enchanted and Kai had to use a lot of his mana to shoot through it all but he recovered them all in an instant and dropped down the hole.

"So he headed to the castle..."

The vampire that Kai left behind was laughing out loud.

"What's so funny?"

Erina asked while pointing a blade the man's neck.

"Your lover is heading to his doom and if he goes there, then the Queen will be alerted, you'll all be dead soon!"

"Unless your queen is SS-class, she has no chance."

"Ha! My Queen may still only be at S-class but she has control of that."

Erina was already worried about Kai so when she heard the man's confidence, she quickly stabbed her sword into his chest.

"What is that?!"

The man had no qualms about his Queen's victory and to his eyes, the people in front of him would die very soon.

"The corpse of a Goddess."

Erina's eyes widened and all the color drained from her face. A God's corpse was something you couldn't find even if you searched for thousands of years because there has only been a handful of Gods slain.

If meeting a God was rare, then meeting a God's corpse was the jackpot prize. Even Erina knew of only one of the Gods that had been slain, the one killed by the Goddess of Frost, the Goddess of Healing but she had personally heard from the Goddess of Frost that the corpse had long since been disposed of.

"Speak! Who is this Goddess?!"

Erina stabbed the sword deeper into the man's chest. Even though the man's mouth was dripping with blood, he had an eerie smile on his face.

"The Blood Primogenitor, Ruyan."

Erina's already pale face paled even more and her knees collapsed. It was one thing for it to be an element God because Kai might have a chance seeing as he wielded all the elements but the Blood Primogenitor was different, she was the origin of all vampires. Someone who had achieved Godhood through her own power.

She had the power to control people with a thought and legends said that she commanded ten thousand vampires under her banner and if she didn't sacrifice herself, she would have lived for all eternity.

Putting the pieces together, Erina realized how they were able to make servants and vampires so powerful, it was because they shared the blood of the primogenitor. Even if it was only a drop- no, even less than a drop, even the tiniest speck enough to be considered blood would be enough for them to become strong.

"Amelia!"

Erina left the sword in the vampire's chest and ran towards the inn. Amelia was someone who's considered to become the Blood Primogenitor in the future, she was a Vampire Princess. Even if most of her blood had yet to awaken, she still held more than the fakes.

Kai descended into the depths of the darkness, ten meters, twenty meters, fifty meters, but it seemed without end. Soon, Kai even passed over a thousand meters yet there was still no sign of the bottom. The carvings on the wood were a masterpiece and there were hundreds of unwilted and vibrant roses scattered around like it was a field.

Even though the vampire woman was in a hurry, she still didn't dare blaspheme the resting place of the Blood Primogenitor. All of the flowers she had passed through were unharmed and undisturbed.

"Now you're dead!"

The woman laughed maniacally while dripping some of her blood onto the corpse of the Blood Primogenitor. From Kai's view, it just looked like she was dripping blood on an empty casket.

At first, nothing happened but even Kai knew that it was just the calm before the storm. He could've stopped her before she had done anything but his magic power had been limited the moment he arrived here. It wasn't removed from his body, in fact, there was no movement with the mana inside his body but when he tried to use it outside, it disperses immediately.

He had the gift of absorbing mana from the surroundings into his own body but it seemed like that was more of a disadvantage in this place.

Soon, a crushing pressure enveloped the entire area- no, the entire world. At first, it was only their immediate area and it wasn't intense but it quickly intensified to the point that Kai fell down on one knee. The ground beneath him was cracking and the walls were breaking apart.

It was different from an earthquake where the ground shook, air, and even space itself was vibrating. This wasn't the power of a mortal, no- it was the power, the will of a God!

"Father!"

Back at Alteria Kingdom, Natsumi was trembling in the throne room. Without any warnings, the world began trembling.

King Atsushi still sat on his throne but had a grim expression on his face. He knew that it was different from an earthquake but he had no idea what caused it. If Kai were here, he'd already inform them of the situation but unfortunately, he was still away.

"...Where are Sachiko and Iori?"

It was only at that point that he noticed that his eldest son and daughter were missing. A calamity was happening after all, he had to account for all of his family members who were mostly separated.

At the Empire, Heliana was being guarded by her knights.

The Goddess of Frost who was still in the Desolate Beast Mountain Range also experienced it. The world beneath her trembled and unlike the others, she knew what this was.

Back at the inn, everyone else was similarly in turmoil.

Erina who was in Amelia's room shook the latter's body to wake her.

"Amelia! Amelia, wake up please! Kai is in trouble!"

Amelia woke up to the shaking of both Erina and the world. The building was well-built but even if it wasn't, it was only them inside, they weren't afraid of it suddenly collapsing on top of them.

Amelia weakly spoke, her face was pale as Erina held her hand.
