The Adventurer's Guild, it was a very free organization where one could join easily. It was almost like a system rather than an organization, a requester pays fees to have a job done and an adventurer takes the quest and gets the reward. Even without the guild, this could easily be done but obviously less secure. The guild facilitates and houses adventurers who want requests, they also buy materials and help out when there's trouble but the true purpose of the guild is to protect the exchange between the requester and the adventurer.

Angie had to become an adventurer because of Kai's orders but there's no doubt that she got up to diamond and earned her reputation as the strongest adventurer. Though that's only because no S-class wants to become an adventurer, they could gain more money by simply requesting it from their respective countries or taking jobs from other kingdoms- it wasn't cheap to hire an S-class, the Empire actually had to chip off quite a bit of their funds for the year by hiring Kai for an indefinite amount of time- though at most, it would be half a year.

Normally, Kai wouldn't go to the Adventurer's Guild unless it was because of a request- though that only happened a couple times to test Angie, he had no real use for the Adventurer's Guild.

That's right, 'Kai' had no use for the Adventurer's Guild.

Donning a silver helmet that covered his whole head and full set of silver armor with a broadsword in a sheath on his waist.

"Ah, Mr. Silver, what might you be here for today?"

Kai, under the guise of a silver wearing adventurer, Mr. Silver took up a quest from the board and gave it to the receptionist to be stamped.

Almost everyone in the Adventurer's Guild branch inside the Empire's capital knew about Mr. Silver. Like his name implied, he was a silver rank adventurer. Despite that, nobody underestimated him; this was because he purposely kept himself at silver but could have long since advanced to platinum, a rank that only a handful of people hold inside the Empire.

Compared to the Alteria Kingdom which held one diamond and three platinum adventurers, the Empire was well-off with two diamond and five platinum adventurers. Even so, Angie was still stronger than the Empire's diamond ranks.

Now, what was the reason Kai took up a request?

"I see, so you want to subjugate the bandit camp three villages over. Request accepted, please be careful."

Though the receptionist knew he didn't need to remind Kai, he still said so.

"Nn."

Not speaking a word and only uttering a single sound, Mr. Silver left the Adventurer's Guild. It was a common sight.

Why would Kai travel there on a horse or on foot? He just teleported over to the nearest village and immediately subjugated the bandit camp. It took him a few minutes because he registered as a warrior and not a mage, he couldn't just kill random people because most of the bandits in this area are just farmers who lost their homes and livelihoods.

After tying up about fifty bandits, he walked deeper into the cave which was their hideout.

His objective this time wasn't to subjugate bandits, it was something inside the cave that they were staying in.

Kai opened the door to his right which revealed a treasure room filled with gold coins and chests- there were also many decorative weapons scattered here and there.

"Over here?"

Kai walked towards the left wall while ignoring all the gold and tapped a wall. After hearing that it was hollow, he flicked it with his finger which sent the entire wall crashing down.

A piece of black jade so smooth and round that it felt like a lie to call it naturally made.

After taking the piece of black jade and placing it inside his pendant, he knocked the thieves unconscious, enough for three days' worth of time. Then, he teleported, this one took longer than most of his teleportations because he was teleporting towards the Alteria Kingdom.

Sitting atop his bed at his home, Amelia looked at him with a smile.

"Welcome back, dear."

Though not used much, his house wasn't nearly as large as Angelina's but it was definitely a house no commoner can buy. It was a small mansion which the wooden house they went before was linked to. It had quite the eerie atmosphere when looked at from outside because of the lack of color... and the black gates and gargoyles. Amelia, a vampire was instinctively attracted to the color of black or red, which is why she always wore red clothing and it was also the reason for the black gates and gargoyles- though the gargoyles weren't really black, they were made of stone.

"I'm back, though only for a few hours, I have to get back to the capital."

Kai's silver armor and broadsword disappeared and were replaced by casual clothes, no trench coat or gloves. He wore a loose black collared shirt with long sleeves and brown pants tied by a belt and boots. It was normal medieval clothing- if it wasn't so dark that is. Most of the people wore these types of clothes but had colors of green or some other type of light color.

Kai had been away for over a week and was being nagged by Amelia via a magic tool constantly to return for a few hours.

"Where's Aya?"

"I sent her over to Erina's place."

"Hm?"

Kai raised one of his brows as he wondered why she would do that.

"Well, they've been pretty close lately so I guess Aya would like to see her."

"Nn. But that's not all."

Amelia quickly stood up and dragged Kai over to the bed.

"I'm also out of juice for being away from you."

Kai sighed.

"Alright here."

Kai revealed his neck to Amelia but instead of biting his neck, she began kissing it.

"...You want to do this now? It's not even noon yet..."

"What's the harm? Besides, who was the one who went at it like a beast for an entire day years ago?"

"That wasn't my fault! You were the one who snuck in an aphrodisiac."

Amelia snickered.

"You knew I put it in there yet you simply ate your meal normally. I wanted a child but to think you still had enough clarity to nullify your potency."

Then, Amelia pulled Kai as she laid down on the bed.

"It's your fault for making me like this so take responsibility!"

"...Vampires are quite perverted, aren't they?"

"Less talking."

Kai gave Amelia a light peck on the lips before going deeper, exploring the depths of her mouth with his tongue.

"Nn~"

Amelia gave a slight moan and returned the favor.

The two were busy for quite a few hours, neither of them wanted to stop. Kai had already kissed every part of her body and ravaged her completely. Though if that was it, it was normal for lovers. A normal pair of lovers wouldn’t have a third party watching them unless they were into that sort of thing.

Kai who was happily enjoying his time with Amelia suddenly stopped his movements and looked back.

"What's wron-?"

Before she could finish asking her question, she saw that the door had opened slightly. Using her senses, she found out that Erina was actually behind the wall- Aya was nowhere in the area.

Kai and Amelia were too engrossed in their activities that they didn't realize Erina was already there. More like, how long had she been there?

Seeing as they were exposed, Amelia quickly separated her lower body from Kai and dressed herself. She coughed once as she opened the door.

"Erina, how long have you been there?"

"...When you said he went at it like a beast."

"Wasn't that from the very start?!"

Amelia unintentionally retorted. Had she been concealing her presence or were the two of them just too lax?

Erina suddenly stood up and ran in front of Kai who had only wore pants.

"K-Kai, me too-!"

"Denied."

"Why?!"

Erina had tears in the corners of her eye. Though she accepted that Kai had a lover other than her, she couldn't accept being left out in lover-like activities.

"You're too young."

"You're a few months older!"

"I won't lose anything from having these types of relations but you should cherish yourself more, I'll allow it once we get married."

"But Amelia is also...!"

"..."

The air suddenly chilled because Erina stopped herself. That's right, Amelia was older, way older than the both of them.

"Erina, might you continue your sentence?"

"...I'm sorry."

"Ara? Why are you apologizing? I have a mature mind and would gladly forgive you if you committed a fault but other than peeping, you are innocent, right?"

"I'm sorry."

Erina began hiding behind Kai. Amelia was quite sensitive about her age. Kai felt like if she continued her sentence and said Amelia was also almost the same age as them, she'd be far less angry.

Seeing the awkward atmosphere, Kai began to mediate the two of them.

"Now, now. I'll tell you both why I came back here."

Kai took out a piece of black jade, when Amelia saw this, her eyes opened wide in surprise.

"Black jade, Kai, where did you find this?"

"Inside a cave, naturally formed but stored behind a wall."

Black jades were said to counter dark forces and negative energy, that included vampires who were considered evil.

"With this, you can suppress your urges more."

Of course, the real reason that he brought it wasn't to weaken Amelia. It was because her blood was very potent and forced her to feed her urges of drinking blood and copulating with Kai. Using the black jade, she could suppress the former greatly... it was unsure if her blood was really the cause of the latter though.

The black jade was small so Kai didn't take too long to attach it to a necklace and tying it around Amelia's neck.

"It's pretty..."

"Glad you liked it."

Kai smiled as Amelia kept stroking the necklace.

"Of course, I can't just ignore miss jealousy over at my side so I also brought her a present."

Teasing Erina who was obviously jealous about Amelia receiving a present, Kai leaned in close and landed a kiss on her lips before she could react. He smoothly tied a necklace around her neck before parting. Erina seemed reluctant but took her mind off that as she touched the necklace.

"So beautiful..."

For Amelia, a black jade tied by a thin silver cable. For Erina, a translucent blue crystal placed on a silver case and tied by a silver cable. Although it looked like he placed more effort in Erina's, in truth he just chose colors that would look well on them. Amelia wore red and black so having a black jade on her neck would be a fit and the silver wrapping around her neck further showed off her pale skin's beauty.

Erina normally wore light colors such as blue or white and occasionally, pink. Her skin was also very smooth and white because she practiced ice, a full silver necklace looked great on her along with the shine of the crystal and would certainly catch attention.

"Of course, they aren't just plain decorations. I told you before, right? I'd get you a magic stone like the ones at the auction, though this one is far better than those rejects. It has the ability to enhance a single attack for five times the power, it's limited to A-class so I'll enhance it further once you reach S-class but it also has an additional function of increasing your magic power to about mid S-class for five minutes a day, this can be switched on and off at anytime."

Amelia's black jade shouldn't be enhanced so he simply allowed it to retain its natural abilities.

"Unfortunately, I should get back to the Empire, the Empress would become suspicious of me."

A slip of the tongue costed him his life. Kai realized this and immediately teleported away. It would be far too difficult to explain the circumstances to them. But then again, he also didn't realize that this was also an insanely horrible decision. It was basically confirming that they should be suspicious of the empress' relationship with Kai.

And so, Kai sowed seeds of trouble with three women in the span of two weeks.
