The odd business surrounding my father was still a frequent thought in my mind. If nobody knows he's alive then there's a reason behind why he's undercover.. But what? And where is he now? Mom always told me that dad died from a plane crash coming home for christmas when I was four. If he made it then, what happened after that? I groaned inwardly, just thinking about it makes my stomach churn.

I stood in a aisle of a grocery store, alone, because my mother abandoned me again! Like seriously, the minute you stop paying attention to where she goes, she disappears out of sight! I walked around aimlessly in the aisles looking for mom when I saw someone at the corner of my eyes, watching me. He was dressed in a grey suit and wore a black fedora almost covering his eyes. He didn't strike me as a "Good Guy" so I tried to see less of him. This was the second time I've caught him staring at me. I just pretended not to notice and walked away. I finally caught her at the cashier paying the cashier (hey that rhythmed :p) "Why do you do that?" I said wryly. She furrowed her eyebrow. "Do what?" She said slipping her debt card into her purse. She knew exactly what I meant for she had a tiny smile on her face. "Never mind that, can we go now?" I said glancing over my shoulder to see if the creepy guy was still there. We got our goods and headed out into the parking lot. We got to our rightful vehicles and packed everything inside and got ourselves settled in. I looked out the window a few cars along I saw Tony with his mom and a tall looking man in a black suit and a girl who looked about Tony's age, she looked like her father but had willowy-black hair. They all seem to be talking about something serious considering their faces were very serious and business-like Just then mom drive away. So my question of what was happening was never answered.
