Scene 3 - Drugged
“Hmm Hmmm Hmmm~”, Humming along with the path Rune played with a ball of poison in her hands as a ring of fire circled around her. Twisting and turning the glowing green ball of poison in her hands, if looking closer the golden number of 134 flickered in a nice dull glow.
“Ah~ It feels good to do the right thing and be rewarded!”, After ‘saving’ the group back from where she came the gave their points to her in such gratitude made Rune feel all warm inside seeing her exposed arm glowing golden.
After a while of musing of her accomplishments, Rune stumbled upon a safe room, “Hmmm I am running low on mana it should be a good time to recover and eat.”
With such thoughts Rune inside after checking her compass to see if anyone was around before deciding to enter meditation to recover her mana. Sitting cross-legged Rune closed her eyes an entered a light sleep, if any sound was made outside she could instantly wake up.

A few minutes passed by while Rune was meditating, unknowingly a figure had appeared outside her doorway of the safe room. If Ren and Saren were here they would instantly know who this thieving girl was!
Soundlessly the girl walked like an assassin as she peeped into the room after checking her compass, ‘Yup this is a big fish a gold talisman so fast? Lucky me she’s asleep! No, wait she’s meditating guess I gotta use part of my stash oh well.’
Walking away some into the distance Karrin opened her ring and pulled out some dried gray bushels of herbal plants and a breathing mask. Putting the breathing mask on she got to work and pulled out a vial of red liquid, then for final preparations she pulled out a large simple fan.

Facing the direction to Rune’s room Karrin nodded that this was far enough taking a breath before working began to get to work. Facing the bushels in front of her she opened the vial of red liquid and poured it over the plant.
Instantly the bushel began to decompose into the air spreading a faint gray smoke that was hard to distinguish from the air. As soon as the reaction had been set off Karrin began to fan the smoke throughout the hallway, despite the number of bushels used to make this smoke vast amounts had been created.
Cracking a smile in praise Karrin chuckled as she fanned, ‘Humph with this amount even a beast of the 7th rank would be knocked out for a while much less a mage in the Core Formation stage!’
Counting the time Karrin felt that it by know this potable mage should be knocked out cold, getting up from her spot walked in cheerfully with a skip in her step walked into the room at ease.
Seeing Rune’s current appearance who was laying on her side drooling, Karrin walked up soundlessly and began draining points one by from her all the way until only ten points left. After all, she wasn’t THAT heartless and she wished for that if she released this tiger into the wild she score some more easy points!
Transaction complete Karrin started walking away with a grin on her face skipping soundlessly away off into the tunnel without a single issue. She didn’t know that despite knocking out Rune her weapon spirit saw all that happened.

“THAT LITTLE BITCH I’LL KILL HER!”
Rune had woken up feeling refreshed shortly after thanks to the poison in her body reducing the effect. Yet she didn’t notice this only that she was embarrassed that she fell asleep while meditating, it was only when Roko told her what happened that she became enraged at being robbed in such a shameless manner!

“Only I’m allowed to ro- I mean to be paid my commission!”, putting her questionable morals aside Rune was fuming in to have her hard work stolen by a slacker.
Pouting like a girl Rune stormed out of the safe room and turned to Roko, “Which way did she go?”
Pointing to the left Rune started walking in that direction with such thoughts as, ‘Wait till I get my hand you midget I’ll show you what true pain is like when I get my hands on you! Thanks to Roko telling me what you look like it’ll be easy to find you!’
Playing with flames in her hands Rune’s green eyes showed an evil glint, ready to tear this little thief to shreds! Unfortunately, it seems the heavens had turned a blind eye as the labyrinth started to change once again.
Pulling her hair Rune landed on her knees yelling, “Are you kidding me?!?”
With the path now randomized Rune mood for revenge festered for awhile before she got up and began to move again. Thinking about it since the thief was long gone she could hope to meet the thief once again.
‘If I ever get my hands on you little bitch, I’m going beat you up so bad that your own mother won’t even recognize you!’
Gambling along the path Rune’s ears perked up over the familiar sounds of battle, “Eh? A battle close by? Time to ro-- I mean to earn some commission!”
Quicking her pace to the direction of the battle Rune secretly hoped that little thief would be here so she could get her revenge while she was fighting!
Walking into the room Rune froze at the scene in front of her something she couldn’t imagine, hundreds of contestants and beasts were fighting each other in a battle royal in front of her and within the center of it all was Xue besieged by both factions by her lonesome a golden talisman flickered upon her arm.
Seeing her sister exhausted figure being attacked by the other contestant's greed pushed back any ideas about the little girl who stole from her. Anger filled Rune entire being as poison and fire flickered on top of her body.
Green mana blazing from her eyes Rune charged straight into the fray howling at the top of her lungs, “HOW DARE YOU TRASH PICK ON MY LITTLE SISTER! I WILL HAVE YOUR HEADS!”

Nameless Hypocrite
"Bastard, surrender yourself!" "You think you can escape our encirclement?!" "An omnicidal fiend like you can only atone in death!" Despite his precarious situation, a young man ignored the union's provocations. His violet robe was in tatters, showing the incredible number of attacks he received, yet there was no sign of injury. Noticing the light smile tugging at his lips, the pursuing heroes warily watched him, cautious of a final attack. It was only by working together that they could corner a monster like him. An arrow pierced the air, beelining towards the young man. A malicious gleam revealed itself in his eyes; he unsheathed his sword, a long, curved blade, and deflected the projectile, spiking it into the ground. The archer's eyes widened before being split in two. He died suddenly and indignantly. The group backed away; their former confidence diminished greatly by the invisible counter. It was then that the young man sighed, his voice full of lament and self-pity. "Being a saint truly is difficult, even the world cannot understand my righteous actions." The expressions of the surrounding heroes turned ugly. Such blatant hypocrisy! Yes, the protagonist is a villain. We don't do morals here. New chaps when I write them
