Scene 3A - 3rd Stage Core Formation

Twelve days passed in a blink of an eye. The energy surrounding the cross-legged Vince had settled down, swirling around his body and forming various complex shapes of mixed bands of brown and gray.

Shockingly, Vince hadn’t moved even an inch from this position, totally immersed in his path of sacrifice.But a twitch came from his hand that dispersed the mana around him, and he slowly opened his dark brown eyes that flashed a warm brown and a heavy gray respectively.

Placing one hand on his knee, Vince got to his feet and clenched both of his hands, stretching to the sky, before rotating his magical energy through his body. A wave of shock washed over him, causing him to fall to the floor.

His mind simply couldn’t register his current realm, ‘3rd Stage Core Formation?!? How long have I been meditating, months?!’

Usually, to reach 3rd Stage Core Formation, it would take months without medical pills, treasured rooms or external assistance. As expected this room is indeed a great place for training!

‘With this type of environment, I should make the best of my time to gather and refine mana! Then I can become strong enough to take on all my sibling's burdens!’

Sitting up again, he sent some mana into his ring and pulled out the earth and gravity magic books his master had given him, beginning to read in earnest. With the amount of mana he had, it would be easy to use a simple spell formation…

He started with the Gravity book first and started reading the chapters while absorbing vasts amounts of mana into his daintain. His first master told him that even if his body grows stronger, his mind needed to grow as well in order to progress farther down the chosen path of enlightenment!

With these thoughts filling his mind, Vince hoped to be able to cast some complex spells before leaving in order to better arm himself for the future. He wouldn’t allow himself a single break from now till then, he would strive for enlightenment!
