"Ughh!" Yuuta groaned as a familiar white ceiling was above him. Rolling over he got to his knees struggling to stand up.
"Well well look who's back so soon not even six months that has to be a new record." The voice echoed through the roof.
"Good to see you to God-sama I guess this means I'm dead?" He said with a sigh his mind going into overdrive trying to figure out a way to convince God to let him go back.
"Lucky for you, your lovely fiancé is currently saving your life. Well more like she’s quickening the process your wounds aren’t fatal but they would take a pretty long time to heal. So, this is more like a rest stop before heading back. while we have some time I thought I would ask how you like your new life is, it seems to be going well not counting today ." He said with a light chuckle.
Yuuta rubs the back of his head with a dopey grin. "Better than well I was lucky enough to find the love of my life the first day I showed up to this world. Not to mention Milly and Emery they have become a second family it’s hard to ask for any more than that.” A small frown crossed his face before he started again. “I still miss my family but I wouldn't trade it for anything other than maybe bringing Ria to meet my parents." God nodded quietly learning about his new life.
"Unfortunately there are no take backs the earth you came from is off limits but I'm glad things have worked out for you. I would say this experiment was a success."
Before Yuuta could answer his vision started to darken and he saw his hands start to disappear in front of him traveling up his arms. Then everything went black.
**
The loud boom of thunder made Yuuta's body jolt awake. With a deep inhale he sat up in his bed taking a look around. He smiled at the familiar sight of his room. It eased his mind as a flash of lightning lit the room enough to see Ria staring at him in shock. He quickly looked down making sure his body was still intact the last thing he remembered from this realm was being gutted and burned to a crisp.
Giving one last look he let out a deep breath."Huh, So I'm not dead that's good." He snickered lightly before a small hand punched him square in the jaw rocking him to the side a little. He looked to his right to see Ria holding her now hurt hand. Dried tears still outlined in her cheek.

"That's all you have to say it's good that you're not dead! Do you know what you looked like when you showed up?! You had no legs your heart was gone ripped out of your chest and you're going to giggle about it!" With a swift kick from Ria, he flew out of bed landing on the hard floor. He knew this was a serious situation but he couldn't help but smile a little. ( Even when she's pissed I wouldn't trade this for the world!) he groaned lightly as he got to his feet rubbing his back he looked to Ria who was sobbing uncontrollably.
"Dammit Yuuta you can't do this to me I need you. You have no idea how scared I was, I was scared to death and you think this is a joke that I'm a joke that you can go and die whenever you feel like and just magically come back because you're a vampire. You...mmmm" She tried her best to keep up her angry act she wanted to be taken seriously. But her rage started to falter as he crawled back into bed and wrapped his arms around her gently rubbing her back. Her anger quickly disappeared replaced by relief and the sheer happiness that he was awake and alive.
Yuuta smiled as he kissed her deeply letting out a throaty moan. Yuuta didn't stop till she was gasping for breath. "Don't think this means I forgive you."
"I'm sorry Ria I know I must have scared you I did something stupid. I wasn't laughing because I thought the situation was funny. I was just happy I was back home and I got to see you again I know I wouldn't be here without you thank you for saving me." His words cut through her malice like a hot knife through butter. He always knew what to say to her.
"I would never take what we have as something less than once in a lifetime love. You're not a joke I know I messed up please forgive me. I did what I had to make sure you, Milly, Emery, and everybody I care about can stay safe." He said gently rubbing his thumb on her blushing cheek.
She let out a sigh at his lovely words it was impossible for her to stay mad at him. "I forgive you but only this once if it ever happens again I'll kill you myself!" Her words sharp but filled with love.
"I promise next time I'm about to die I'll teleport somewhere else so you don't have to see me." He let out a nervous laugh at his joke immediately regretting it. It earned him another kick to the stomach and then a big hug. “You're not funny.”

Snaking his hands around her he started lightly pecking her cheek moving to her neck and doubling his efforts. Ria's body shivered as he attacked her neck. Yuuta pulled her oversized shirt covering her body off laying her bare on the bed. He froze almost forgetting how beautiful she was.
"Love me Yuuta." She said in low whisper tears threating to build up. Her eyes begging for his embrace and comfort.
**
Fortunately, the castle was unaware of last nights events. Gildi and Ria somehow kept the situation contained to just them two.
**
Early the next morning a loud knock echoed through Yuuta’s room waking him up with a groan. “I’m coming give me a minute!” He yelled at the door in resentment.
He groggily looked for clothes to put on as Ria quickly went to the bathroom to freshen up. After only being able to find a pair of pants he opened the door to the brightly smiling Gildi. He gave a small smirk back as she crashed into his arms giving him a hug.
“You big dolt I’m happy you’re alive!” She screamed tears building. Pulling out of the hug her expression turned serious. “ You are never allowed to do something like that again if I could show you the look on poor Ria’s face when you showed up here last night your heart would break.” She said giving him a tap on the head with her staff.
“Trust me I already got set straight by my scary fiancé.” He said half joking.
They each sat down on a chair with Ria joining them shortly after. Ria chose Yuuta’s lap as her seat she seemed to not want to let him go for the seeable future.
The conversation started slowly being mostly asked about what happened in the dragon’s territory. He embarrassedly recounted the story every stupid decision. By the end, Gildi was laughing and Ria was staring daggers at him for his stupidity. After she finished laughing she pulled the dragon tooth out of a portal handing it over to him. He then told both of them to keep how he got this tooth a secret he was ordered to kill a dragon not to do some free dentist work on it.
After that was settled the room turned grim the elephant in the room came up the unwanted guest in Yuart castle. Gildi and Ria looked at each other before Ria decided to tell him. “So.. Yuuta before I tell you something you have to promise to control your anger ok?” She said sweetly rubbing his chest.
He only nodded not sure where this was going. “Prince Ronin showed up yesterday and well let’s say things got out of hand quick.” She then told him about her encounter with the prince plus the secret meeting that took place after they left.
Gildi spoke up next. “ He tried to get handsy with me and Ria so I took her and Milly out of the room. Man he gives me the creeps. He said something about coming to find me so I think I’m going to stay hidden here till he leaves.” Her body shivered slightly at the thought of her hug with the prince.
Yuuta was trying his best to keep his anger controlled. He wanted to rip his head off but he knew that would cause more problems then it would solve. He decided on getting the girls out of the castle for the day to start with. He needed to go to the guild anyways to turn in the tooth. After making sure they were both ready he opened a gate to his old house in Celis.
After a couple of minutes at his old house, he quickly remembered he didn’t eat yet and his regenerated stomach was empty Ria was as happy to make breakfast for the three of them.
“I’m heading to Rohan’s for the day I forgot how much I missed that idiot come get me when you're ready to go back,” Gildi said with a small smile before heading off.
Yuuta enjoyed his breakfast although Ria was constantly holding some part of his body not letting go. “Are you ok Ria you know I’m not going anywhere right?” Not saying anything she got up out of her chair and straddled his lap nuzzling her head into his neck.
Yuuta didn’t realize just how bad she was shaken up by yesterday’s events but the trauma was slowly revealing the after effects. He was just glad he never told her about getting his throat slit or getting crushed by a cyclops. He felt wetness hit his neck as she whispered into his ear.“I just want to be close to you is that ok?” Her voice filled with anxiousness and pain.
Immense guilt washed over him he felt like somebody was stabbing his new heart and twisting.“Of course that’s ok do you want to go to the guild with me? After we could do something fun.” He asked her slowly rubbing her back. She gave a small nod not wanting to get up so they stayed like that for some time.

To Become a Troll: A Monster Evolution Story
Thrust into the supernatural world of the deep forest, Paul finds himself in a situation where he could find himself prey to pretty much every other creature and animal around. If he's to survive, he must shed his weak form to grow stronger and survive. But the forest is full of creatures beyond human understanding, that act without the need for food or shelter and that seem to exist for the sole purpose of dragging humans to the bottom of a murky river. Is it really possible to kill such creatures when your only strength is physical prowess? --- A monster evolution story based on Swedish creature mythology. The focus will overwhelmingly be on the progression of the main character and his slow increase in strength. Although many of the creatures are based on Swedish creature mythology, I have taken creative liberties in order to ensure that evolution lines and the such are in line with the usual. The main thought I had when going into this is that I want to delay the "meeting a human" section as much as possible. My plan is to get him to endgame levels of strength before even sniffing the possibility of seeing a human. Whether I'm actually able to do this remains to be seen, but I'm holding my thumbs! Also, I'm aware that there are other troll evolution stories, but this is unrelated to them. They can do their stuff and I'll do mine, but this is in no way related to any of them. That said, hope you enjoy it!

Tower of Somnus
When humanity first encountered alien life, we were judged and found wanting. The Galactic Consensus interviewed our leaders and subjected us to a battery of psychological tests to determine our progress as a society. They found us to be selfish, wasteful, impulsive, and boorish neighbors. Earth was blockaded and our collective encounter with our extrasolar neighbors rapidly faded from memory. All they left behind was a hypercomm relay and a handful of subscriptions to a massively multiplayer game that participants played in their sleep. The Consensus said that it would let us interact with our neighbors in a controlled setting. That it would teach us to be better members of the galactic community. The megacorporations that controlled Earth ignored the game until they learned that the powers earned from clearing dungeons were just as real when day broke. Magic, supernatural abilities and rumors exploded from nothing and a subscription to The Tower of Somnus became a status symbol. Katherine ‘Kat’ Debs doesn’t have much, but it could be worse. Born in an arcology, she was assigned a job in the megacorporation that raised her almost as soon as she could work. Despite the stability of her corporate life, she wanted something more. A chance to claw her way up the rigid social and financial ladder to make something of herself. A chance that wouldn’t come naturally to someone as familiar with dark alleyways and the glint of steel as she was with office work and corporate niceties.Book One is up on Kindle Unlimited as of 7/6/22 - https://www.royalroad.com/amazon/B0B2X3L8H5

Meeting myself
Canceled (This was my first attempt at a story and while I really enjoyed it, I lost track of the thread of the story. The MC was too op, and except for some fun slice of life moments it just wasn't a very good plot. Anyway, I may come back and re-write this in the future because I really enjoyed the premise, but for now don't expect updates.)I've never met Karma; or at least I think I haven't. Hope, really, because I'm pretty sure she hates me. You see, the thing is, I've always hated flying. When you don't wind up getting molested (cavity searched), then your bags get lost, or you spend the entire flight sitting next to a crying baby. This flight was even worse than any of those things. You see, this flight killed me. I won't spoil it, but lets just say, Karma owes me a few explanations. NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE, deserves to die like that. Of course, that wasn't the end of my adventure, far from it. But, you'll just have to read the story to learn about that.(This is a mature fiction, so far their hasn't been anything overtly bad (some minor sexual innuendo and drug use), but their will be plenty of blood, gore, sex, all that good stuff... eventually)

Arachnids ; BW
"You forgetting anything?" Her husky voice rasped at me, pushing back the lump in her throat. My eyes began to water as I looked down to the ground, watching a small ant crawl by my shoe. One foot was inside the small apartment we had shared and the other, the other was planted firmly on the cement step outside. Her words echoed around in my head. Am I forgetting anything? I was forgetting you I wanted to reply. Home to me was always a person. And now.... I was homeless. [-]Black Widow x ReaderParker!Reader(GxG)
