3rd POV
It was the second day since Candy and Noya had died. Everything felt cold, the food, the kitchen, everywhere Noya and Candy used to spend their time, the warmth slowly seeped away. Not only that, but Todorokie and Bakugo were avoiding each other like opposite sides of a magnet, it was frustrating for the staff to watch. The kids stayed together, but didn’t really talk to each other.
It was now the third day since they died and nothing really changed. They still had dinner together, thought chatter never started, the clicking of utensils against glass plates, clattered around the room. Dokuro was barely eating, always saying she wasn’t hungry. Gisie started stress cooking, filling their drive up to the brim, reaching the point that the staff banned him from the kitchen, resulting in him spending his days in the training room. Kiwata sang sad songs only, not having the ability or motivation to lift everyone’s spirits.
It was now the fourth day since they died. The tension was getting thicker, something happened in the office, and no one knew what it was. It’s to the point that Bakugo and Todorokie won’t even be in the same room as each other. Kiwata, who was getting tired of it, finally went to the others, “do y’all know what happened between them?”
Gisei shakes his head, wiping the sweat off his forehead, “just saw dad stomp out today.”
“Should we see what’s up with them?”
Gisei nods, “tensions hot, better do it quick.” He said, eyeing Todorokie who stormed out.
She nods, “who should we talk to first?”
“I’m talking to dad.” He says, walking into the office. Kiwata and Dokuro headed to Todorokie’s room.
Gisei’s POV
I walked into dad’s office, stopping in front of his desk with my arms crossed, “what happened between you two?”
“Nothing.” He grumbles, and I roll my eyes, sighing.
“Dad, we can feel the tension from a mile away.”
“It’s nothing…” He repeats.
“Did you guys fuck?” I blurt out.
“What the fuck? No!” He exclaims.
“Then what’s with the tension?” I shot back, getting annoyed.
“I don’t fucking know!” He shouts.
“Talk to him, old man!” I hiss, “it’s like watching two magnets hovering around each other! It’s frustrating!”
“He won’t talk to me!”

I blink, looking at him, “what did you do to the old man? The old man papa knew wasn’t like this.” I mutter, flinching inwardly at the mention of papa.
“What do you mean?” He asks, frowning.
“The old man papa knew was a strong headed man who wouldn’t stop at a ‘no’ not even an army of ‘no’s’ can stop him!” I mutter, my shoulders dropping.
“I don’t know what to do…” He mutters, and I sigh.
I walk around the desk, stopping beside him, “just be yourself.” I hum, “don’t feel guilty about loving someone else, I know it’s painful, trust me.” He whispers, looking down, “but you have let go to move on, keeping his memory is enough, loving him doesn’t have to stop you from loving another.” I whisper.
He sighs, “but the one I love now, is his cousin.”
I chuckle, “have a thing for the heterochromics huh?”
He looks up at me, chuckling, “guess so.”
I smile, “just be yourself, curse like a sailor for all I care… no one’s here to...stop you.” I whisper, suddenly deflating.
He nods, “how would you feel if we dated though…?”
“...Weird…” I mutter, “but I’ll have to get used to it.” I hum, “we all do.”
“Would you be ok with it?” He asks.
I gave a slow nod, “...just...at least tell Shizuku about papa?”
He nods, “of course I will.” I just nod, looking down at my feet. He comes around, picking me up, giving me a tight hug, “don’t worry.” He hums, “Shizuku will know about papa.” I nod, hugging him back tightly, tears falling down my face. He just rubs my back, humming softly.
“I miss him…” I whisper out, choking back a sob.
“I know bud, I miss him too..” He says, softly.
Bakugo’s POV
Gisei hiccups, his body trembling, and I begin to rub his back, trying to comfort him, “shhh.” I whisper, humming. After a few minutes of him hiccuping some more, he grew quiet, the tremble of his body going to a standstill. I hummed, still holding him, figuring he had most likely fallen asleep. I walk to his room, laying him down, covering him up, wiping the tears that were still falling down his face, before heading to my room to think.

Dokrup’s POV
I opened the door to see daddy sitting there with his head in his hands. “Daddy…?” I ask, walking into his bedroom.
He looks up at me, pulling his head out of his hands, “hey princess,” he whispers.
“Can I talk to you?”
He sat up straighter, “of course princess.”
“What’s up with you and uncle Bakugo?”
He sighs, “...I honestly don’t know.”
“Did something happen?”
“Not that I know of.” He mumbles.
“Then why is there so much tension in the air?” I ask, and he just sighs, shrugging once more. I sigh as well, looking down, “I just want you to be happy.”
He sighs, slumping onto the bed, “....” He goes to say something but doesn’t, looking over to me, he opens his mouth again. “...It’s hard princess, but daddy’s trying...it’s just...hard…” He mutters.
“I know it is…” I mutter, looking up at him. He sighs, and I suddenly feel guilty for asking him to be happy. “Sorry…” I whisper, looking down.
“Don’t be, you did nothing wrong.” He hums, patting the bed beside him, “come here princess.” I nod, climbing onto the bed, sitting beside him. He lets a breath out, not letting his eyes leave the front of the room, it’s as if he looked away, something would disappear. “You know I loved your mother right?”
I nod, “yea, but I also know that you love uncle Bakugo...and that you deserve to be happy…”
“It’s not that easy princess, he married my cousin y’know.”
I nod, “but you deserve to be happy.”
“Do I? After what happened to your mother?”
“Of course you do.”
“...It’s hard to believe that princess.”
“Why?”
“...it’s...just, I shouldn’t be feeling like this.” He says, and I could tell it was forced out. “Not when your mothers….death...is still fresh….”
I look down at that last sentence, trying to keep the tears in, “I’m not gonna tell you it’s normal cause I don’t know if it is, but don’t think too much about it.” He just sighs, looking down at the carpeted floor as well. I look up, pleading, “please daddy? I hate seeing you sad, I’m the only one that’s supposed to be sad.”
He gave a weak chuckle, “we can both be sad at the same time.” he whispers, scooting closer to me. “There’s nothing wrong with being sad.”
“But I don't like you being sad.” I pout, and he smiles sadly at me. I hug him tightly, “I just want you to be happy....and so would mommy…”
“Yeah...she would…” He agrees. I hugged him tighter, and he hugs me back, just as tightly.
“Mommy told me she wanted you to be happy…”
“She did?” He whispers.
I nod, “she told me to help you be happy…”
“But you should be happy too.”
I look at him, deadpanned, “daddy do you realize who you’re talking to…?”
He gave a playful pout, “still.”
I sigh, “daddy I’ll learn how to be happy in the future, but right now, it’s your turn.” I lie, knowing I’ll never actually be truly happy
“Ok, I hear you, princess.”
I give a small smile, “so you’ll try and be happy?”
He nods, pushing my hair back behind my ear, “yes princess, I’ll try.” He says, which makes me smile.
I nod, “and you’ll talk to uncle Bakugo? The tension is getting annoying,” I pout.
“Is it that obvious?” He asks, chuckling nervously.
“It’s very obvious,” I chuckle, nodding.
“Sorry princess,” he chuckles, and I don’t say anything as I just hug him again, tightly. He hugged me back, pecking my hair, “I’ll do my best princess.”
“I believe in you…”
“Thanks, princess.” He says and I smile, yawning. “Tired?” He hums, laying down, bringing me with him.
“Maybe…” I admit.
“Get some rest princess,” he hums, yawning as well, “we both need it.”
“I don’t know if I can…”
“At least laydown?”
I sigh, laying down beside him, pulling the covers up over me. I yawn as I began to fall asleep, and I hear daddy hum as he closes his eyes as well.
Todorokie’s POV
Dokuro falls asleep, and I close my eyes, the last thing on my mind before falling asleep, is how I’ll just talk to Bakugo tomorrow.

Meg The Heavenly Merchant
Updates once a week.(This is a rough draft) Author's Note: This story has grown in ways I did not predict and while it still features a merchant those aspects have gotten less page time than the fighting and romance elements. I have updated the description to represent the story better) For the past fourteen years Meg has dedicated herself to walking the path of a Heavenly Dragon Knight in her favorite videogame, Tattered Realms:Chaos Age. But now the game is shutting down and everyone wants to know what she plans to do for the sequel. Meg isn't sure at first. She knows only that she yearns for the days when she could lose herself in a game without worrying about boss strategies and crushing her rivals. And when her friend suggests playing a merchant her heart is filled with the same wanderlust and inspiration that launched her gaming career in the first place. But if she isn't dominating dungeons and setting records will people still watch her play? And can she really walk away from all the fighting for a quiet life of buying and selling?

The Granddaughter of Time
Teresa Hargrove was okay with giving up. She knew the Earth was doomed and there was nothing to be done about it. What she was not okay with was the Future, an enigmatic woman nearly fanatical in her devotion to making a difference, dragging her along — seemingly, to prove her wrong. It turns out though that the Future is very hard to understand. This story contains heavy themes, including mental illness, existential crisis and death. However, I still tried to eventually convey a message of hope. Several mythical and metaphorical beings in the shape of humans will appear in most chapters. However, they are not meant to be of a specific ethnicity or social background and are instead perceived differently by people around them. For your reading pleasure, feel free to imagine them any way you’d like, even if your imagination contradicts descriptions from the story. Enjoy!~
