He meant using the Ea to attack the portal and Gate of Babylon to kill the Chitauri, his question also got the attention of others as they look at Jay who have return to his usual look and get up curiously.

He shook his head.

“It’s not that easy Captain, what just happen was a Spirit Possession, Gilgamesh soul temporary merge with mine and with that boost in power I was able to use Ea, if it was normally the recoil from using it would put me into the hospital”

His explanation was reasonable and they nod in understanding, using a weapon with such power without a cost or drawback is rather hard to believe and truthfully there was some rebound from the usage of Ea but with a Kryptonian physique Jay can swing it for a whole day without sweating.

But he didn’t as this was a battle that the Avenger needs to fight in order to build a sense of comradery and trust in each other in combat, otherwise when other threats show up and they bicker like kid, it would be rather hard to do anything.

Loki crawls onto the stair, looking like a piece of rag doll. He takes a few breathers, senses someone is behind him. He turns and saw the Avenger looking at him, very angry. Giving a wry smile, he speaks a bit tearfully.

Loki was taken away in hand cuff and a mouth gag, this mark the end of the phase one.

There should be some relatively free and peaceful time after this.

Jay think to himself while wondering what he should do after and figure out the matter with the system announcement , integration, Imagine Breaker, and preparing for future events.

Aside from the system reward he also got other battle loot like bodies of the Chitauri and Leviathan, so in the end he harvested about 300 Chitauri soldier, 12 Leviathan, and 1 big ass Alpha Leviathan, he didn’t take everything though as he gotta leave some crumb for SHIELD and the government otherwise they gonna ask him to hand the alien tech over to them and be a pain in the ass when he reject them.

In an obscure corner of the room, two men were talking to each other.

“Who that guy?” the smaller one ask.

The other one also frown, thinking hard.

The small one nod, he then bends down into position.

After packing both Infinity Stone in safety containers would be how to process them, Loki scepter holding the Mind stone is handed to SHIELD for safe keeping and the Tesseract holding the Space stones is given to Thor to bring it back to Asgard and repair the Rainbow bridge.

But thing didn’t go quite smoothly though as when they came down to the ground floor, the was stop by a blonde late middle aged man, the former director of SHIELD and current Secretary of State, Tony whisper to Thor and Jay.

"Alexander Pierce. He's the man, one of the folks behind Nick Fury."

"My friends call me Mr. Secretary. I'm gonna have to ask you to turn that prisoner over to me." He said sternly while pointing at Loki “And also that case, it been SHIELD property for over 70 year”

Jay and Thor frown, with Thor stopping one of the suit men behind Pierce that try to grab the suit case, as the situation began to escalate , Jay was about to step in but Tony who was holding the case suddenly grasp for air desperately , his knee buckle dropping down to the ground.

The surrounding people quickly respond laying him down gently and call for medic, Jay raise an eyes brown understanding what about to happen, he step back a few step and spotted a lone SWAT agent standing by the reception desk. And the case that Tony drop suddenly pushes away toward the SWAT agent as if someone just kicks it.

The SWAT member then pick up the case as if nothing out of the ordinary have happen and proceed to walk to the front door, but unlucky for him Hulk who just walk down the stair burst open from a side knocking the case open and the Tesseract landing at Loki feet.

Seeing this Loki eyes flash with surprised and confusion but he quickly bent down to pick it up and was about to teleport away , but Jay who been watching intervene , grabbing the cube before Loki can invoke it power.

He then quickly hides it inside his shirt under Loki angry eyes and walk toward the fallen SWAT member.

Pulling him up, Jay smile. “I thought a genius like you would have plan this more thoroughly, Tony”

The Tony Stark from the future looks at him vigilantly and confuse at how this man know him.

“Who are you?” he question

In his memory there was no such person presence in the New York at this time , heck he don’t even know who he is and judging from Jay tone and action he probably know who Tony is and maybe even why he is here.

“I think we better discuss this elsewhere, maybe an alley way”

Now Tony is certain that Jay knew what he is here for.

Nearby Thor use his hammer and send a small electric shock to Tony chest, reviving him from his heart attack, seeing this Jay pull Tony away and outside, avoiding the crowd.

In a nearby alley, Jay and Tony just went in when suddenly a figure grow large in front of them, seeing him Jay wave hello.

“Mister Lang, nice to meet you”

Scott Lang awkwardly shook his hand with him, looking at him with some caution and turn to look at Tony Stark questioning.

“And who is this?”

“That what I want to know as well” Tony shrugged.

Both then look at Jay. He smile and speak
