Back to the ground, Thor and Jay stare at each other in confrontation.

"I came here to take my brother back to Asgard and mean no harm, Prophet!"

"You can have him later right now we need him to give us the Tesseract."

Thor frown, if anyone else on Midgard dare to talk to him like this and denying his request then Thor might already be throwing Mjolnir but this is Jay, a 'Prophet' that have help him regain his power so after thinking a bit Thor nod in agreement.

"That is fine but i need to accompany him."

Jay was slightly surprised but also relieved by the fact that he managed to convince him that easy. But Jay thought was interrupted by a flying armor heading for them and blasting Thor with it arm cannon.

Jay face palm seeing this sence while Tony open his helmet and jokingly said.

"You okay, super boy?"

This was Tony nickname for Jay after seeing his abilities, flight, super strength, laser eyes the only thing he don't get is why this guy is one of his company shareholders and not a reporter.

"You dare attack me mortal?!" a shout resound from the devris as a slightly dirty Thor flew out, holding his trusty hammer with spark flying about.

" Then don't take my stuff."

" You have no idea what you're dealing with." Thor try to suppress his anger but Tony next words is like pouring gasoline on a fire.

" Shakespeare in the park? Doth mother know you weareth her drapes?"

While Thor might not be able to understand fully what Tony is talking but by the tone of his voice even an idiot can see that Thor is being mocked.

On the sidelines Jay, whose words was ignore by Tony, snicker a bit anticipating what about to happened not planning to interfere with Tony's rash decision, well if Iron man about turn to Crispy man then he would stop them fighting.

"This is beyond you, metal man. Loki will face Asgardian justice!"

"If he gives up the Cube, he's all yours. Until then, stay out of my way... tourist."

This is the straw that broke the camel back as in one quick and fluid move, Thor pulls Mjölnir, throws it, knocking Tony clear across into the woods.

Thor raises his hand and Mjölnir flies back to his hand, he then helf the hammer up toward the sky, summoning a ray of energy.

Tony somewhat disoriented stands up and from his hand cannon fire a blast of energy pushing Thor back he then flies back up and knocks Thor into a tree.

Thor, kneeling on the ground, pulls Mjölnir to his hand, raises it to the skies and pulls in a massive lightning bolt. He then points the hammer Tony and the outpouring of bolts lighting increases in intensity caused Tony to gradually falls back.

" Power level is at 400% capacity, sir." Jarvis report inside the suit.

Tony then fire away with hand cannon, pushing Thor to his knees. Like two gunslingers ready to draw, both Thor and Tony fly towards each other and meet in the middle and ascend up.

The two battle. Tony grasps Thor , elbowing him and smashing him into the side of a mountain. Thor leap off the mountain and takes Tony with him throwing Tony to the ground.

Just as he's about to put the hammer down, Tony uses his hand cannon to skid across the ground and trip Thor over. Standing up, Thor looks for him, but from behind, Tony crash into his back. Thor stands facing at his foe. Ready to pounce...

But suddenly from another side of the woods, a red and blue shield ricochet off both Thor's Mjolnir and Tony's armor, stopping them from fighting anymore. They look up and see Captains America standing on top of a fallen tree with the shield, acting like a boomerang flies back into his hand.

"Hey! That's enough!"

Steve u buckle his parachute and jump down, he take a looks at Thor.

"Now, I don't know what you plan on doing here."

" I've come here to put an end to Loki's schemes!" Thor declared righteously.

"Then prove it! Put the hammer down." Steve voice out sternly

" Um, yeah, no! Bad call! He loves his hammer!"

Thor, losing all tolerance with all this nonsense , raises the hammer and yell to Cap.

" You want me to put the hammer down?!"

Thor leap into the air and swing the hammer down Cap crouch down and hold up his shield in preparation to defend against this gid strike. But the he didn't feel much force or pain other than a shockwave pushing him back a bit, and when he look up, Steve was quite amazed as a hand had hold up the striking hammer much to both him and Thor's shock.

Iron man stands up, looking at the devastating damage that the shock wave alone, cause to the forest and under his helmet there was big beads of cold sweat on this genius forehead, and softly muttered under his breath a `holy shit.' Lying right next to him is Cap, who never takes his eye off Thor and especially Jay's hand that stop the Mjolnir. Thor looks at the smiling Jay.

"Are we done here?" Jay ask lightly as if asking a bunch of kid to stop messing around.

Thor, Captain America and Iron man stand there shell-shocked.
