Loki satisfied at the sight, grinning from ear to ear, give a speech toward the crowd.

"Is not this simpler? Is this not your natural state? It's the unspoken truth of humanity, that you crave subjugation. The bright lure of freedom diminishes your life's joy in a mad scramble for power, for identity. You were made to be ruled. In the end, you will always kneel."

As the words resonate to the kneeling crowd, an elderly German man refuses to kneel and stands up heroically.

" Not to men like you."

Loki a bit surprised and amused by his actions, and smile somewhat sinister, he confidently declared.

" There are no men like me."

" There are always men like you."

At his words Loki was a bit annoyed, he then grin wickedly.

" Look to your elder, people. Let him be an example."

Loki is about to execute him using his scepter and as the light glow blue preparing to use the man as an example for those that opposed him.

Just as the Energy Beam shoots out, Captains America arrives, jumping down from a Quinjet! He dives in just in time and blocked the blast with his shield, reflecting the energy ray back to Loki and knock him back to the ground.

"You know, the last time I was in Germany and saw a man standing above everybody else, we ended up disagreeing."

Loki standing up, patting away the dust on his clothes before sneering at the man in blue tight in front of him, remembering the files that Barton gave him.

"The soldier. A man out of time."

" I'm not the one who's out of time."

From above Cap, Natasha flying the Quinjet arrives with its machine gun pointing towards Loki ready to give him some extra hole to breath, her voice sound out from above.

"Loki, drop the weapon and stand down."

The God of Mischief doesn't plan on listening to her words though and Loki sends a blast of blue light at the Quinjet, Natasha maneuvers the Quinjet to avoid it just in time, seeing this Cap throw his trusty shield at Loki.

They both begin to fight, Cap then throws his shield, but Loki dodged out of it way, Steve then try to go in for some close combat, using his fist for uppercut like a boxer, but he was knocked back by Loki.

Standing over him, Lokj points the scepter's tip on his helmet ordering

"Kneel!"

"Not today!"

Cap flip and kick at him with his leg. Loki grabs him and throw him over.

On the Quinjet, Natasha try to aim at Loki with the plane but due to Steve going for close combat, she can't get a clear shot and can only look at the pair duke it out on the street.

" The guy's all over the place."

Natasha complained to herself when suddenly, AC/DC's "Shoot to Thrill" overdrives the Quinjet speakers and the voice of a certain millionaire rang out.

"Agent Romanoff, did you miss me?"

Both Cap and Loki look up at the sky. Tony flies over the night sky of German in his Ironman suit and with an energy blast from his hand, he knock Loki right back to the ground.

Landing down,he stands in front of Loki and pulls out every piece of weaponry the suit has, while pointing at Loki face, ready to unleash every thing he have at any move that Loki try to do.

"Your move, Reindeer Games."

Seeing the iron suit in front of him the numerous gun and missile, Loki puts up his hands as a sign of surrender and make his armor dematerializes away.

Tony inside the suit grin.

"Good move."

Cap then pick up his shield on the ground and walk next to Tony

"Mr. Stark."

"Captain."
