After the battle, Jay have a few words with Fury on the situation and seeing the look of his when he know that after running amok, Thor just fly off like it was none of his business really put a smile on Jay's face.
Sitting in the plane back Jay start to think about the development of future events.
' Now that Thor have came to Earth and back to Asgard then Loki would also have been drop down from the Rainbow Bridge after he destroyed it. After meeting purple potato head he would then led the Chittauri to attack New York'.
As he was thinking on how to deal with the New York war, whether to sent Charlotte off somewhere or just out right put a stop to Loki plan from the get go and look at his face while laughing.
Out side of the plane, several flying figures suddenly appear crashing to the plane hull, shaking it and causing Jay to snap out of his thought. Looking outside with his X ray vision he saw a red and silver gray suit being pursue by a group of robot attacking them.
'Hammer' s industry drone? Ah, so it is this event'
Seeing as they move down toward a scenic park and began fighting, Jay comfort Charlotte and then excuses himself before jumping out of the plane and flew toward them.
From another direction another figure is also flying toward the same direction.
Down at the park.
Tony and Rhode is fighting the Hammer's drones, while their suit was much better compare to the drone made by Ivan but the drones number is dozen time more than then. As fierce as their fighting was, it was not enough and the drone began to swarm and suppress them, seeing this Tony turn to Rhode.

"Rhode! Get down!"
Hearing his stern tone Rhode immediately duck down and Tony suit hand fire out 2 beam of high temperature laze, swinging his hand around the drones as if butter meeting a hot knife.
The drones are cut in half, droping down with a few spark spraying out.
"You should have use that at the start" Rhodes said as he stand up and face Tony.
"It a one time thing chief" he said as his suit hand discharge two small energy batteries.
But before they can celebrate another bigger suit drop down from the sky, the helmet open revealing Ivan Vanko.
"It's good to be back" Ivan said with a wicked smile on his face.
After the Hulk and Abomination fight in Harlem, Jay sent Tony to a hospital while he was unconscious so he miss his flight to Monaco and didn't have to fight Ivan.
But fate will eventually correct itself though and while he was about to be done with some troublesome procedures to discharge from the hospitals, Ivan attack him with a improvised suit but luckily like in the original Happy was there with the mark 5 suit, and Tony was barely able to defeat him.
"I got something special for this guy, I'm gonna bust his bunker with the Ex-wife" Rhodes said as he confidently step up and open up a small launcher on his shoulders.
"The what now?" Tony next to him ask weirdly, when did Rhodes got married? How didn't he invited him? And why would he shoot his ex-wife at Ivan?
After some charging the small rocket fire toward Ivan but it just hit him and harmlessly drop the ground not even scratching the surface of the suit.
Tony roll his eyes and turn to face Rhodes like was looking at an idiot.

"Hammer's tech?"
"Yeah..."Rhodes embarrassingly replied while cursing Justin Hammer in his head.
'Yours Paris tower my ass!'
And soon the two broke out in battle, the two tried to attack from afar with Tony mini missile and Rhodes machine gun but they just leave some spark on the armor with not visible damage.
Ivan then use his electric whip to attack them, causing them to resorted to melee fight but Ivan is much more experience in this aspect and easily beat them, warping them with his whip and slowly burning through their armor.
Cooking them alive inside their suit which now have become their coffin.

Conquest Of Mortem
*NOTE* This novel is a war of attrition. To say anything less is a disservice to its demand. While comparable to other such works as Ulysses or Moby Dick, each sentence in Conquest is an enemy to be tackled. Not in the ways of difficulty but in absurd density that wishes nothing more than to destroy what patience you may have. Do not tackle chapters as you would ordinary chapters in an ordinary book. Tackle each chapter as a book unto itself. A foe to be vanquished, a period of life to leave behind. Seek to be master of this work. Seek to overcome. For in its design is the willpower, and the perseverance, and the strength of someone who sought meaning in struggle. As I discovered these in times of ultimate desperation, so I hope for you to discover these things. This novel is a love letter to your trials. May you overcome them. May you master them. May you become conquerer.- SeedSagaA literary epic for logophiles, philosophers, and poets alike. A journey into zeitgeist, the impact of media on culture, and the endurance of morality against an onslaught of hatred. These vague descriptions do little to compact Conquest's density into a bite-size summary. They do however relate the basest themes found within. A plot, if such can be surmised, is strung thinly across multiple perspectives, weaving together these concepts into a seemingly distorted tapestry of indecipherable events. Inspired by early 20th century modernism, Conquest will challenge the reader, and provide critique on the medium upon which all great stories are derived. Further interpretation is up to you now; an explorer among a sea of words. Venture on and discover what lies ahead, in...CONQUEST OF MORTEM
