Looking at the Thor that told his tragic back story story and then get depressed all by himself, Jay's face show a teasing expression.

"You're really an idiotic and pathetic god" he mock.

Thor : ' meow moew?!?'

'This wasn't the script!?! After you hear me my tragic back story you should be comforting me and helping pass my depression!'

Jay not caring for Thor indignant and pitiful puppies like face.

"You're really stupid, what is your name?"

"My name is Thor Odinson?" he hesitantly

answered.

"That is not worng, but what are you the god of? The God of Hammer or The God of Thunder?"

This time he replied without missing a beat.

"Thor the God of Thunder!"

Jay nod, sastify at his answer.

"So do you understand what I'm saying right?"

"Yes...?"

Seeing his expression of 'i don't get what happening but yes anyway' , Jay face-palm himself.

"You're a God of Thunder not the God of Mjolnir so there no reason for you not to use your power without the hammer. It was a weapon, a tool to help you use your power but it was never the source of your strength."

Thor face express confusion on his face but still nod in understanding of Jay's train of thought and began to question himself.

A ring in his pocket sound out, reaching for his phone to see what it is about. After reading the contents of the message , Jay turn to face Thor.

" There's someone to bail you out."

He said before leaving a bewildered Thor to himself and his thoughts.

After professor Erik Selvig make up some excuses and a false identity for Thor, agent Coulson 'believes' his explanation and let' Donald Blake ' go.

Turn his back from the night sky to look at Fury who approached him, Jay questioned.

"What do you want Director Fury?"

Fury stare at Jay silently as if choosing what to said before coldly say.

"It would be better if you were to tell us the detail of what will happen Mr. Jay."

"To do what? Even if you know what gonna happen you will only mess thing up more" Jay shrugged

His words angered Fury though as he raise his voice.

"If we are to work together then there should be no secret!"

At his 'righteousness' statement Jay just sneer.

"Secrets? Why don't you tell me yours then? Thing like project PEGASUS or the Tesseract."

At the mentioned of project Pegasus, Fury angered face disappear and replace by a calm demeanor as if it was all a illusion.

"Seem like you have already know" he said.

Jay just snorted not answering, Fury this old fox is really cunning.

Instead of paying for information from Jay, he tried to provoke him and want to try to fish out anything useful. If Jay didn't know what kind of scheming guy Fury was he might really had fallen for his tricks

Too bad for Fury, after watching the movie and reading the comic Jay already have a countermeasures for him.

It simple, don't talk to him unless absolutely necessary, the black bladie can get some intel even from the most insignificant pieces of information tgat come out of anyone mouth but he is helpless without anything to work with.

Jay turn around perparing to find Charlotte, who gone shopping for some food and look for their accommodation, but before leaving, he stop.

"A peice of advice for you, the Tesseract is not something you should mess with, you better throw it back in the sea before it explode in your face"

He was being honest, poking it with their stick was what cause Thanos to know of the Space stones and make the deal with Loki.

Eventually leading to the events of the Avenger and New York war.

Fury just scoffed inside and didn't really take his word to heart though as even if it was dangerous it was the only way for Earth to have a fighting chance against these galactic forces.

Without it the Earth would be nothing more than a sitting duck waiting to be butcher and served on the table as a main course for alien, but his words does make him to be more cautious and plan to improve the level of security on the Tesseract.
