Jay somewhat understand what Odin mean, his power come from the system and the system is something that come from, well, he don't know where it come from though .

While he is curious, he also understands it something that he can't figured out how he have it with his current level of strength.

So Jay turn his attention back to the old man.

"So what do you want? Help Thor stop Loki? I can do that but it would defeat the purpose of training your heir wouldn't it? "

Throughout the event of Thor, Odin was always watching, Loki wouldn't have in any chance success in all that he done if Odin didn't allow him to.

And Thor suddenly gaining worthiness of the hammer? Please, the old fox probably saw his son almost die so he lossen the seal on the hammer a bit for Thor.

At his questioning, Odin shake his head and simply reply.

"Nothing much, protect him from danger if needed and guide him om the right path, this humble old man requested only so much."

Jay was about to refused him as this would affect Thor and the timeline leading to unforseen consequences.

As for he messing with Tony Stark life? Well, he was a bit short on cash, and desperate time call for desperate measures.

But he also understands the weigh of his actions though and unless needed he does not want to change the future too much.

On another hand, this deal does not benefits him anways and may put him as a disadvantage. What is his best leverage to survive in this world?

The system? Somewhat, but his biggest advantage is his knowledge of the future and it important events, character and development.

But when he about to turn down Odin requests, the old man beat him to it.

Odin's vault also known as Odin's Treasure Room or the Weapon's Vault, was a room in the Royal Palace of Asgard, which held a number of relics that Odin had gained as a result of his victories over the course of his life.

Any one of these items is enough to cause war and conflict across the galaxy, considering his offer for a bit, Jay made his choice.

His words cause Odin to be taken aback, he have captured, stole, purchased and did whatever he could to take all the relics and weapons that could bring about Ragnarok (the Asgardian version of the end of times), and he locked them away in a vault in the base of his palace, so anything he thought could bring the universe down is now under lock and key.

And Jay just reject one if such items, this bring endless shock to him. Jay continues though.

"....though, if you make a weapon equal to Mjolnir then i will consider it."

Odin rubb his chin in thought, weighing the benefits and drawbacks before nodding.

"Very i will ask the Dwarves King of Nidavellir to make one of the best weapon for you. "

But Jay shake his head.

"Not for me but her."

He said pointing at Charlotte, much to her confusion and Odin's shock

Feelings her questioning gaze, he smiled.

"Just think it as a early birthday present"
