About 3 months later on April 26th, Tony Stark returns, escaping from his captor. This news cause massive attention from the masses some glad that their wild gamble of an investment was not in vain while other laments his survival.

All this was complete oblivious to Jay as he was busy selling the stock he bought cheaply when Tony Stark went missing.

After some calculation, he made a killing as the 200,000 worth of stock he buy got sold for around 2 million $.

But he didn't use it to buy any new power but save it, waiting for Stark next big move.

Sure enough a month after his return he announces that Stark Industries is closing it arm manufacturing department.

His words was like stone, no, a boulder thrown in a lake, causing massive ripple across the country and even the world , taking head line of almost every major newspaper.

Due to his words, the stock price of Stark Industries drop heavily even more then when Tony was missing as much as 50% of its original price.

You must be kidding me, an arms company that doesn't sell arms? What are you gonna sell? Cupcake?

A single statement cause those that own Stark stock to sell them dirt cheap but there isn't even a customer to buy them!

Seeing this Jay use his entire fund to buy all the Stark Industries stock he can. In the end, owning 10% of Stark group share making him a 'major shareholder' and the right to attend major company meeting.

After attending one such meeting he was able to have a meeting was miss Virginia "Pepper" Potts.

Tony Stark secretary, assistant, love interest and future wife.

"It is an honor to finally meet the famous Miss Pepper Potts"

"The honors is all mine Mister Jay"

The two shake hand for the first time and seat down, Jay noticing Pepper curious look, ask.

"Is there something on my face Miss Potts?"

Waving her hand in mild embarrassment.

"No, no I'm just surprise that someone so young would be a shareholder for the company. If I remember correctly you're only 17 years old?"

"... And a half, yes. Well you could say that i took a gamble and by chance i won it."

At his answer Potts just nod and ask.

“Is this time investment a gamble too Mister Jay? Seeing your recent investment to Stark Industries most would say, even as Mr. Stark secretary and by no mean and offense... "

“None taken”

At her word Jay just smiles and replies.

"Miss Potts, it is only a gamble when there the chance of losing and this time it is not a gamble..."

Potts was very surprised at his answer.

"How's so mister Jay?"

"Simply put, I believe in Tony Stark and his ability. I think you're as well"

Potts blushed a little but still give a professional smile and nod.

"So why did you want to meet me today mister Jay?"

"Well, the first one being to meet you and the second one is to give a warning"

"A warning?"

Potts ask, a bit confused. Seeing this Jay just nod.

"Obadiah Stane, i guess you should be familiar with him...”

Pepper nod at his word.

"A little bird to me that he has been involved in a not very openly arms deal with some not very good people...”

She frowns at his words Pepper wants to say something but Jay cut her off.

"... While i can't giving you any hard evidence but if you check his computer you can find some rather interesting information, even some about mister Stark disappearance in the past few months"

Looking at his watch he stands up, leaving behind a frowning and confused Pepper.

"Well Miss Potts, it has been a lovely meeting but we are all busy people so i ought to go first."

"Yes, it was a pleasure talking to you, and thank for your words"

Pepper while still in doubt on his words but make a mental note to her to check on Stane

At the door, Jay, who was about to leave turn back to give one last sentence.

"By the ways, if you meet Stark tell him that liquid Chlorophyll is a good drink to slow Palladium poisoning"

Unsure of his meaning Pepper still nod but also began to worry about Tony.

'What is Palladium poisoning?' she thought worriedly.
