Hey everyone, this is the author, Max Hall (A. R. Holloway). I recently had a pretty major death in my family, my father passed away. As such I got behind on the writing production, and I havent been able to pick it back up to where I have a good cushion anymore. On top of that I have a novel length project I just got back from my editor that I need to finish going through, and at my day job we're undergoing two different audits. I work with a non-profit and audits are a yearly thing for every funding source. Two decided to have them at the same time, and i'm basically the HR person for the organization. So, the audits lie pretty heavily in my and my bosses lap. All of this on top of the emotions i'm still struggling to deal with.

So, i'm going to have to take a few days off. Maybe a week and a half at the most so I can burn through some things and get them off my plate. I expect by Monday I should be back to one post a day if not more. Next Friday (the 10th) at the latest I will be back. If I do get back on the 10th, i'll be sure to give you all an entire weekend of reading goodies :)
