Two figures fully coalesced in the back of Soma as he fully sucked all of the blood of Chaos. His Aura, Cosmos, Vampiric Powers, Chaos Powers and Power of Dominance continued to rise after a few breaths. Unknowingly, his right eye turned into silver, while his left eye turned scarlet black. Several notifications rang on his mind.

“Ding!”

“Avatar of the Uncorrupted Portion of your Soul has coalesced!”

“Able to use Holy Powers and Vampire Hunter Powers to the fullest!”

“Avatar of Dracula’s Portion of your Soul has coalesced!”

“Able to use Unholy Powers and Vampiric Powers to the fullest!”

“Fully absorbed the powers of Chaos in Dracula’s Castle!”

“Able to use Chaos Powers to the Fullest!”

“Power of Dominance in effect!”

“Collect more souls of creatures, undead, monsters and the like in order to further grow in strength!”

The Aura that emanates from Soma is now comparable to a fully-awakened Athena Sapphire with The God Cloth and Athena Scepter equipped. Several memories flooded Soma’s mind after fully consolidating his other powers.

“So this is the true nature of Chaos.”

“Without Chaos, balance will be destroyed.”

“Dracula is the bringer of Chaos in this Mortal World.”

“Without him, nature will naturally find someone to take his place.”

“The Eclipse in 1999 merely granted the Mortal Realm a temporary peace from the never-ending cycle.”

Soma closed his eyes as he fully immersed himself with all of the memories of Chaos. After the time it takes for an incense to burn, he suddenly opened his eyes, and a look of determination can be seen on his handsome face.

“Now I only need to consolidate the powers of the God of the Underworld dwelling in me.”

“I’ll be fully prepared for the upcoming Holy War once I fully master Hades’ powers.”

With a snap of his fingers, Soma was transported outside of the Door of Chaos inside his the Castle of the Dark Lord. The Door of Chaos, which supposedly lost its powers due to Chaos being defeated, emitted a bright luster more vivid than ever before.

“With my mastery of my Chaos powers comes the strengthening of everything related to Chaos under my command.”

“It will be harder for Kuro, Genya, Avan, Julius and Athena Sapphire to defeat me, even if they combined their powers.”

In the blink of an eye, Soma turned into a mist and rushed towards the Throne Room of the Castle of the Dark Lord. Upon arriving, he turned into his Vampiric Self and seated himself in his throne. He then beckoned to the twin Gods under Hades’ command.

“Hypnos!”

“Thanatos!”

Out of nowhere, the two Gods shifted out of the void and appeared in front of Soma. They both kneeled in front of Soma and greeted the latter in unison.

“Thanatos answers your summons, Lord Hades!!”

“Hypnos is here to do your bidding, Your Majesty, Lord Hades!!”

Soma looked at both of them in the eyes. This time, both of his eyes turned into scarlet black, the type of black that is unfathomable and as deep as the abyss.

“I must seek out the Hades Surplice in Elysium.”

“My other powers may prevent me from going past the Wailing Wall this time.”

“As such, I need to destroy it with my other powers.”

“It will take me around a week this time.”

“How are your preparations for the Lost Canvass?”

“Sphinx Pharaoh will be the first guardian of the 12 Doors of the Lost Canvass.”

“He will be able to deal a fatal blow towards Athena Sapphire and the rest, just like in the previous Holy War.”

“The other 8 Doors will be guarded by your most loyal minions, some of them are even minor Gods and Deities.”

“The last three Doors will be guarded by the 3 Judges of the Underworld, namely Aiacos, Minos and Radamanthys.”

“We will stay by your side until you finish the Lost Canvass.”

Soma looked pleased as he further instructed the two.

“I will also need to obtain Alone’s Underworld Brush.”

“He is a tough opponent, but I can make him yield the brush to me.”

“He has a powerful and pure soul, more powerful than mine if I do not combine my 3 Souls.”

“But I need to defeat him using only my Hades’ Soul.”

“With the Hades Surplice and the Underworld Brush, I am only missing the Hades Sword.”

“But with the Hakuba Blade, I no longer need it. It should stay pierced into Seiya’s Heart until the right time.”

“Go now, Twin Gods!”

“Ensure that the preparations are complete!”

“Hypnos understands!”

“Thanatos complies!”

The twin Gods then shifted out towards the void within half a breath of time.

“Death?”

Out of nowhere, Death shifted out of the void, similar to the Twin Gods.

“Your Majesty, you have fully awakened your Vampiric Powers and Chaos Powers.”

“Your Power of Dominance is still not complete, but it will be completed when you battle.”

With a nod, Soma acknowledged Death’s premise.

“I’ll be going to the Underworld this time.”

“I should be back before the start of the Holy War.”

“Make sure to keep an eye out for Vearn, Myst-Vearn and Kill-Vearn.”

“Also, take note of Velther’s actions in the shadows.”

“Yes, Milord! Death understands!”

After being acknowledged, Death shifted into the void once again. Soma then summoned his three loyal Judges of the Underworld.

“Aiacos! Minos! Radamanthys!”

In half a breath’s time, the three Judges of the Underworld appeared in front of Soma and kneeled.

“Garuda Aiacos answers your summons, Lord Hades!”

“Wyvern Radamanthys is yours to command, Lord Hades!”

“Griffon Minos at your service, Lord Hades!”

Soma clapped his hand and said “It’s time for me to go and get my Surplice in Elysium.”

“Make all of the necessary preparations and coalesce your avatars again.”

“I need your true bodies up there in the Lost Canvass before the start of the Holy War.”

“Only then can we ensure that you three will be at your peak.”

The three judges shouted in unison “Yes, Hades-sama!”

In another half a breath’s time, the three Judges disappeared from the Throne room. Soma then stood up from his throne and slowly walked towards a side of the throne room. With a snap of his fingers, a portal leading to the underworld suddenly manifested.

“Alone, it’s time to meet with you at last!”

“Vearn and Velther, let’s see who will have the last laugh.”

Soma then disappeared towards the Underworld and the portal closed by itself.
