The newly created Yin Yang Corps began their journey before the sun had risen. Kuro can be seen spacing out as his team rode on Pop’s Magic carpet.

“Mina…”

“I do not know why you have lost your memories.”

“But I will drag Soma beneath your feet and make him apologize!”

Kuro tightly clenched his fists on the thought of having his revenge.

“I have not yet lost my objective for revenge.”

“The suffering that Mina and I had gone through, you will suffer 10 fold, you fiend!”

“Mina, let the heavens and the earth be witness to my vow!”

As if affirming Kuro’s conviction, the sky darkened and numerous lightning descended upon the Earth.

“I will become the tool for our revenge against Soma!”

“The burden you now carry as the reincarnation of Athena.”

“The suffering you have gone through while possessing no memories as Sapphire.”

“I will make Soma yield and kneel before the both of us!”

Unknown to Kuro, his Yin Yang Aura was gradually condensing around him. The Yin Yang Symbol that was illusory previously was now more lifelike every time he invokes his cosmos. Numerous system notifications rang on Kuro’s mind.

“Ding!”

“Light Cosmos Mastery further consolidated!”

“Darkness Cosmos Mastery further consolidated!”

“Yin Yang symbol coalesced!”

“Continue to work hard, Saint!”

Little did Kuro know that his vow would be the triggering point on what will happen to the whole world in the future.

On the other hand, Dai, Hyunckel, Koga and the others saw that Kuro’s cosmos and aura grew a lot stronger within a few breaths. This increased the pressure that they were feeling, but it also drove them into striving to grow stronger. They immediately resumed their meditation as they tried to consolidate their auras and cosmos whilst making their way towards the Mother Dragon’s Abode.

After the time it takes for an incense to burn, the Yin Yang Corps finally made their way towards the bottom of Dragon Mountain. After doing a brief headcount, Kuro prompted everyone about the details provided by Athena Sapphire.

“This mountain is actually 5000 meters high.”

“We can quickly traverse this mountain in the time it takes for an incense to burn.”

“However, upon reaching the summit, we have to ascend the Draconic Steps one by one.”

“This is similar to Sanctuary, any spell or ability that is under God or Deity level cannot be used.”

“We can only slowly temper ourselves and ascend the 10 million steps in order to reach the Mother Dragon.”

“Upon ascending the 10 million steps, only Dai can proceed towards the Mother Dragon’s nest.”

“We can only stand guard and wait, in order to ensure that the blessing, which may take 3 days, will be successful.”

“Soma and Vearn may try to intervene, thus we will guard the nest’s entrance.”

“The Mother Dragon and Dai will be at their weakest during the blessing.”

Kuro looked over the whole Yin Yang Corps and solemnly said “We will succeed!”

“We will gain a stronger power to defeat our foes!”

“We will defeat Vearn, Soma and the other forces of evil!”

“Let us be off!”

After finishing the discussion, Kuro and the others gathered their cosmos, aura and energy towards their feet, before beginning their ascension of Dragon Mountain. After the time it takes to finish a cup of tea, the Yin Yang Corps were already half-way towards the summit. However, Kuro, Koga and Hyunckel felt danger and entered defensive stances. This prompted the other members of the Yin Yang Corps to be extra vigilant as well.

Suddenly, a group of Skeleton Knights, Axe Armors, Skeletons, Skeleton Riders and Skeleton Dragons appeared and surrounded the Yin Yang Corps.

“It appears that they do not want Dai to get stronger” indicated Koga.

“Vearn is surely a troublesome foe. He even anticipated this” rambled Kuro.

“So many enemies. In my estimate, probably a couple of thousand” Hyunckel angrily said.

Kuro began to release his Light cosmos to the maximum. This act was followed by Koga and the other Young Saints. Pop and Leona readied their healing spells, while Maam equipped healing rounds in her dual guns.

“Defending the Mother Dragon’s Nest won’t be a problem once we eliminate all of the undead here.”

“Attack!”

“Light Arrows!”

“Twin Bloody Scraid!”

“Refractor Barrage!”

“Behoma!”

“Behoma!”

“Pegasus! Ryu Sei Ken!”

“Lionnet Bomber!”

“Orion’s! Extermination!”

“Ryozan! Soryu Ha!”

The Yin Yang Corps bombarded their surroundings with strong attacks. Numerous notifications rang in Kuro’s mind during the struggle.

“Experience + 1000!”

“Experience + 1000!”

“Experience + 1000!”

The skeletons that were hit with the Light based attacks and healing spells were turned into ashes. This is also true for those monsters hit by the fire-based attacks. In a matter of a few breaths, almost 1/5 of the Undead were wiped-out.

However, the young heroes soon found the atmosphere unsettling. Their battle instincts told them that 3 strong enemies are flying towards them at extreme speed. After a couple of breaths time and after eliminating another part of the undead horde, 3 of Hades’ strongest Specters appeared in front of them.

“Tremble, Young Saint and Young Heroes!”

“We are the Specters who serve Lord Hades under Wyvern Radamanthys!”

“Behold our might!”

“I am Basilisk Sylphid!” exclaimed Sylphid.

“You can call me Alraune Queen, handsome one” Queen said while blowing a kiss towards Hyunckel.

“Despair for Harpy Valentine is here!” shouted Valentine.

A terrifying might enveloped Kuro and the other members of the Yin Yang Corps as they ignited their cosmos/powers/aura in order to resist the newcomers.

“Oh~ho!”

“Not bad, young ones.”

“The handsome one is mine. You all can dispose of the rest.”

Alraune Queen focused here gaze on Hyunckel while licking here lips. An aura of death and decay was emanated from her as she prepared to tangle with Hyunckel.
