《Duality》Not a Chapter - Minor retcons

I decided to retcon a couple of minor things. Nothing too important, but that will make writing easier in the future.
1 - In chapter 5 it was stated that nobles were allowed to use teleportation, while commoners were restricted to flying magical beasts for long distance travels. I've decided to remove teleportation entirely and flying magical beasts are much rarer with only nobles having access to them.
2 - The Warrior Path started at the Fighter realm followed by the Knight realm and finally the Crusader realm. I've decided to change the name of the second realm, so no it is Fighter realm -> Crusader realm -> Paladin realm.
I was also thinking of adding names to the coins, instead of just copper, silver and gold, but ultimately decided against it.
