******* Rose's POV *******
Did she just say that her name is Sisilla Hasani?
One of the heroes from the legend?
One of the Names being sung by the entire kingdom of Aezeokar and one of the people who tried to save the world.
That is impossible. She died with the battle with the ender dragon or so the story said.
But she is standing in front of me and King Carolus didn't correct her saying her name and just remain calm as always.
I quickly kneel in front of the hero.
"Oh. What is happening here? Why is the iron lady kneeling?" I can hear Queen Sisilla saying something.
I'm so overwhelmed about what is going here but at least I know that there is a surviving hero from the legend. She can help us take down the monsters in this world.
My heart is now filled with so much hope.
"Rose." I can hear King Carolus whisper beside me but I just ignored him.
I raised my head and stare once again to Queen Sisilla of Chaephitopia.
"Stand up girl and both of you please have a sit." Queen Sisilla said to me while motioning us to sit in the chairs that are not there before.
She probably just recently placed them.
King Carolus just remain standing just staring at Queen Sisilla.
"Yes, Queen Sisilla." I just said after a moment while standing up and walking towards the closest chair.
I also removed my armor and put away my weapon.
"No. None of that 'Queen'. I'm not even human anymore, pretty girl. Just call me Sisilla." She said to me while reaching for the black cat and sit on the rocking chair.
I don't really know what she just said but I just remain standing in front of my chair and waiting for King Carolus to make a move.
King Carolus is still staring at her and I can see Sisilla staring back.
Tension is now starting to fill the room and I was about to say something to King Carolus when he finally starts walking.
He removes his armor and put away his weapon.
He then sits in the chair beside me and I also quickly followed.
"I assumed girl you have questions for me so let's just get on with it but before that, I have to ask this hero first something," Sisilla said to break up the tension and silence.
"Rose. My name is Rose Cromwell." I quickly interjected before she can ask King Carolus a question.
She nodded to me and she then faced King Carolus.
"So, Carolus. How are things?"
What? That is her question to him? She is not going to ask about why he is missing for five hundred years and just appeared now?
"Great." King Carolus just casually answered Sisilla's question like they are close friends just meeting up for the first time after being separated for a long time.
They continued talking for a while and I just remained silent. Their conversation just consists of how is the weather in the center of the Forest of Monsters and other things I can barely understand.
How can these two people talk like this when the world still needs saving?

I was about to interrupt their nonsense conversation when suddenly Sisilla finally ask a serious question.
"I guess the early conversation releases the tension between us so it is about time we get serious," Sisilla said while sliming brightly.
She has a weird attitude for a person who is blessed by the Goddess and tried to save this world.
"So, where were you, Carolus?"
King Carolus didn't talk for a moment and both Sisilla and I just keep staring at him waiting for him to answer the question.
This is also the question that I asked him but didn't get an answer.
I am starting to lose my patience waiting for him to talk and was about to lash out when suddenly he raised his head on the ceiling like he is thinking about something.
He is still not answering Sisilla's question.
"I guess you also have your own problems you are dealing with," Sisilla said this and I can see in her face that she is now serious.
What problems? I don't really understand what she is talking about since I just saw King Carolus took down hundreds of skeletons all by himself but then I remembered our first camp night.
That is my first time seeing a vulnerability from King Carolus.
He never said what he was dreaming about and I didn't ask.
"Well, this was a fun conversation. How about we continue this tomorrow and just eat and rest for tonight." Sisilla then said to us while putting the black cat on the table and starting to cook something in the furnace.
She didn't give me a chance to ask her questions but I didn't mind and just offered to help with the cooking but she quickly refused me since me and King Carolus are both guests in her house.
We ate while listening to Sisilla's stories.
Apparently, after the battle with the ender dragon. She managed to survive and was cursed to be not able to walk into the sun and age.
She then was thrown in this swamp by the ender dragon and decided to just stay here and not go back to her kingdom. She was afraid that her people will not accept her for what she is now and just stay hidden.
I was getting really sad about her story and starting to get even more mad with King Carolus for not helping them a long time ago.
King Carolus just continued eating in silence while listening to the story.
"I still can fully remember the battle between the ender dragon and the four of us. We didn't even manage to scratch her even a tiny bit. Hahaha." Sisilla continued telling her story with a weird smile on her face like he is telling a happy story.
After eating, Sisilla then offered us separate rooms to sleep in.
I was about to protest since I don't want to get separated to King Carolus but decided to just remain silent and sleep in my room.
******* Carolus' POV *******
I am now sitting on the roof of the giant hut since I can't sleep from all the things that just happened.
Being chased by a really big slime to being saved by an ancient hero that turned into undead.

Damn. What a crazy day.
"Can't sleep?" I suddenly hear a voice behind me but I just remain sitting since it is just Sisilla.
I didn't answer her and just look at her for a moment before facing back on the front.
"A man with a few words. I really like you."
She sits beside me while looking at the moon in the sky.
It is now a new moon and in the game, slimes don't spawn in this time of the month but I guess it is different here since I can hear a few slimes hoping around in the distance.
I suddenly noticed something strange.
"Why do slimes don't approach this hut?" I asked Sisilla who is now staring at me with googly eyes.
"I spread a liquid in the surroundings that slimes really hate. I discovered it a long time ago while experimenting on how to cure myself of a sickness called undead." She said to me while smiling and I'm starting to get worried about her.
I see. It is quite nice to know that there is a substance that slimes don't like.
"Did you try drinking a weakness potions then eating a golden?" I try suggesting to her since I remembered that she is undead. I also have plenty of golden apples in my inventory to give to her in case she didn't have any.
"Yes, I did. It didn't work. Sadly, the only way out of my predicament is to end my life."
Okay. I have no other solution that I can give to her so I just remain silent once again.
She also stopped talking and just continue staring at me and it is now getting really awkward.
"No matter how I stare at your face, I still can't get enough of your beauty." She said to me I just continued facing in front ignoring her.
I can no longer take with the staring and just excuse myself so I can sleep.
She tried to stop me and even tried seducing me but I just jump down the roof and walked inside the hut.
I immediately went inside my room and sleep.
******* King of Xaerin's POV *******
I am surrounded by fools and incompetent people.
They have been giving me nothing but bad news this evening.
"Why is there still no news from the army we just sent to the Kingdom of Astikuviel?" I asked everyone in the room while sitting and staring at them.
"We don't know, your majesty. Our spies in the Kingdom of Astikuviel didn't give any reports. They are probably still clueless about what happened to our army." One of the people in the room quickly answered my question.
"Then go there and find out yourself," I said to the person who just answered me.
He is confused about what I just said and I quickly glare at him.
"Yes, your majesty." He quickly stood up in his chair and bowed to me. He then runs towards the exit of the room.
I know the Kingdom of Astikuviel doesn't have plenty of military forces since their queen decided to focus on helping the common people so it is impossible they be able to defeat my army so where are they?
"Update on the western kingdom?" I just ignored the Astikuviel Kingdom for now and change the topic.
"They are still growing and now a force to be reckoned with. Our plan of invasion in their kingdom will now not be possible since we don't have enough soldiers."
"Then find me more soldiers!"
"But we don't enough money to..."
"NOW!"
He then quickly stand up and bowed to me. He runs straight ahead towards the exit like what the first person did.
Fools. They are nothing but fools.
Before the person that I just ordered to look for more soldiers open the door, it just burst open and a soldier wearing a leather armor quickly stepped inside.
"My King. A report came in about the army we sent in the North." He bowed for a moment then quickly said to me.
"What is it?"
"The army was defeated and only a hundred of them managed to escape."
"What? How is that possible?" I quickly stand in my chair making everyone in the room staring at me and the soldier that just brought a report take a step back.
"The survivors said that they fought about five thousand enemies and they are also saying they are all equipped with iron armors and iron weapons."
"That is impossible! No one in this world has that much iron!" I shouted at him and he quickly breaks eye contact and just look down.
I just remain standing for a while and the room fell silent.
All of them are either looking at me or just plainly avoiding my gaze.
"Get out. All of you. Leave me alone." I just said to them before I decided to execute them for their incompetence.
All of them quickly leave the room but the messenger soldier just continued standing in place.
"What are you doing? Do you really want to die?" I just said to him and I can see in his eyes is starting to fill with fear.
"No, your majesty. There is also a letter just came in. It has a royal stamp of the Kingdom of Aezeokar."
I quickly received the letter and ordered him to leave and shut the door.
I sit down on the chair and open the letter.
'To the foolish Xaerin King.
I hope the recent battle will give you the idea of what the Kingdom of Aezeokar can do. We also want our land back that you stole from us so unless you want us to march and claimed it back ourselves, you better just hand them to us.
Rainier Cromwell
King of Aezeokar'
I quickly ripped the letter to shreds.
You're the foolish one King Rainier since you are nothing but a puppet by the church and I know this letter is not written by you.
I quickly spread a map on the table and begin planning once again what to do.
If my people can't give the world to me, I'll just have to conquer it and do it myself like I always do to all the things that I want.

Allister Hale's Story Graveyard.
You've tried to write a story yes? So have I, Many times. I get a good vibe going, type a few pages worth of content then reach the point it gets the tiniest bit hard. Thing is, some of those stories are good, the kind of good that gets people excited and then disapointed when they cut off abruptly and without warning before fifteen chapters. So content Warning, none of theese little stories come to any kind of conclusion. A couple are just different attempts at the same idea (some with the same characters no less)They are also raw and uneddited, and no i wont be fixing them.I don't think any of them deserve any additional content warnings, as I'm not interested in writting those sorts of stories, but please read with caution.

Levels and stats are available to all in this dragon eat dragon wor- "So... am I really made of Ice-cream?" * * * This is a Progression fantasy where the main concept is about the growing protagonist actually focusing on their own growth without passing through constant hoops for the sake of it. He stays out of trouble, albeit not always successfully, and only cares about evolving enough that he can hold his own weight in the world. Showing that being made of ice-cream isn't a weakness, but a strength when nurtered properly. Also it doesn't end in a protagonist who becomes/kills god, because that just doesn't fit the theme.
