《My Birthday Wish to be a Dungeon Master was Granted!》Chapter 11: Meeting

Few days later, I am now standing in front of a giant castle. The giant castle towered above the clouds as its majestic appearance continued to grace my presence.
"Beautiful..."
Was the only word that left my mouth, I carefully headed towards the giant, majestic double doors. Estimating, its height reaches about 5 meters high. The double doors opened slowly when I reached a few meters before it.
The next scene caused my eyes to pop out of my eyes.
***
Earlier...
"Shironeko, Kaze will be your guardian while I am gone."
"... Is master leaving...?"
With teary eyes, Shironeko came to me with a downtrodden expression.
"N-no... I'm not leaving you. I'm just going for a trip for a few days."
"...Uuu..."
...Dang... I stuttered... I must have made a weak impression on coming back...
"Don't worry lady Shironeko. Master is just going to see some friends. Also, he is the master of this dungeon, so it is impossible for him not to come back."
"...Really...?"
"T-that's right! I'm just going to go and greet some friends and I'll be back after a few days."
Thank you Kaze for that follow-up!! Anyway, what's up with me and my stutterings today!? Is it because of my nervousness?
Minutes before the appointed time, I, Kaze, and Shironeko were gathered in a single room. I was dressed in formal clothes, as expected, I couldn't go to the meeting without wearing formal clothes. It's like going to school without wearing your uniform.
Back to the present, the time to go was nearing, so I readied myself, wearing formal clothes, making myself look neat, and also saying goodbye to Shironeko and Kaze.
Kaze's main purpose was to be Shironeko's guardian, so I thought to make him in my image, to make Shironeko calmer. Well, at least it works, save for when Kaze calls Shironeko, lady Shironeko. I told him countless times to address her as just Shironeko, but his pride, his automaton pride doesn't allow him to call his superiors with an informal attitude.
I was dressed in a black tuxedo that complements my black hair and eyes. It had a feeling of being highclass. The last thing I need is to wear a bowl hat to make it look like I was a mafia member, but I refrained. The clothes totaled to about 50000 DP, this suit was really expensive, at least for other dungeons. With my earnings, I can gain 50000 DP in just 2 and a half days, a sign that my skill is broken.

Just then, a magic circle appeared beneath my feet.
"I guess it's time. Kaze, take good care of Shironeko and tbe dungeon, Shironeko, be a good girl and follow Kaze's words. Also, you can watch anime if you want, just don't destroy the TV like last time. I won't be able create another one while I'm gone."
"Certainly master."
"Y-yes! Please be well!"
With a worried voice, Shironeko saw me off. As for Kaze...
"Kaze, I command you, stop kneeling..."
"Forgive me master. I am but a sevant---"
"Yeah yeah, I get it... Anyway, Kaze, I leave the dungeon and Shironeko in your hands."
"Understood!"
With a strong and determined voice, I bid the two farewell and my vision was blinded by the intense light. The next thing I saw after the transfer was a huge valley of green, with a giant castle towering high above the clouds.
***
Presently...
The scene I saw had my jaw dropped to the ground. A majestic ballroom stretched through the castle's interior. In the ballroom, countless of people, animals, and creatures with different races were mingling with each other.
The scene where a huge red dragon talking with a human like me was surreal, the human was wearing formal and luxurious clothes. The human's age based on appearance looks about his early twenties, but I know that isn't true. We dungeon masters have eternal youth, so appearances can be deceiving. Well, that doesn't even matter.
I headed inside with clear strides while trying to hide my nervousness. When I entered, only a few dungeon masters looked at my direction. I guess some of them are new dungeon masters, while some might be looking for easy prey. That's just how mortals are. Once you feel superior for a long time, it starts to get to your head and you become arrogant.
Back to the present, I felt out of place inside the castle. Looking around, the first thing I wanted to do was to try out the food. I headed to where the food was located.
"... Wow..."
The food here looks good!! Bread, beverages, pasta, cake, anything you cam find at a very luxurious restaurant can be found here. I took a plate and filled it to the brim with food.

Once that was done, I searched for an open table. Upon finding one, I seated myself and began to partake on the food. I gulped down my saliva and brought the spoon to my mouth.
"...!?"
... What happened? Did I just lose consciousness for a second? If this was because of the food, then...
I took another spoonful of food, and once again, my tastebuds was blown away.
T- This is freakin' delicious!!!
As I was eating and savoring the food, a person seated himself across my seat. Actually, not himself, but herself, she had radiant gold hair that reflected the light from the chandeliers, and deep blue eyes that can suck you in as if a blue vortex. Her face had features that can put any top model to shame. Moreover, she looks like she was in her early twenties.
"Greetings fellow dungeon master, my name is Yvonne."
With a voice as pure as a clear lake, the girl, Yvonne made a smile. A smile that looked like it can charm any men once seen, but sadly, it won't work on me. During the time I was preparing for this day, I made sure to study on how to guess the other party's intentions.
Dungeon masters are people too, so they are not exempted from the information war, much more if they are competing against each other for territory.
The smile that I can see on Yvonne's face is none other than a smile that looks for any kind of weakness and strength it could find. Judging from her behavior, she must be an old and cautious dungeon master.
“Hello Yvonne, my name is Daichi. I just started being a dungeon master a month ago.”
I told Yvonne my name and also how long I became a dungeon master. This must be enough to end her probing about my dungeon. I don’t like giving away information about my dungeon you see. Much more if it is a dungeon master whose personality I don’t know.
“Is that so? Well, let me congratulate you on your start on being a dungeon master. If you need any help, don’t hesitate to contact me, okay?”
Saying that, she left an item on the table and went on her way, it had a form of a rock tablet. Looks like that worked, Almost no dungeon master would actually notice month old dungeons as they are just new and can be crushed with just a few days. And the item she just left. Help she says…?
[Appraisal]
Item name: Surveillance Bug
Item Grade: Rare
Item that can disguise itself according to the user’s preference. Can only be transformed once and gathers information in a 25 meter radius, and sends it back to the Surveillance Receiver linked with this item.
Haahh… Looks like she really is cautious, I’ll be throwing this when I get back to the dungeon. Wait… What if I created a dummy dungeon to send false information to her, that way, when she tries to do anything funny, she’ll be surprised about the false information, right?
I took the rock tablet and put it inside my pocket. Its size was that of a smartphone, so it made a perfect fit inside my pocket. With that done, I went back to eating. I want to savor the taste!!!
***
“Fuaahhh… That was really fulfilling…”
After eating, my belly was bulging out. Eating those kinds of food was really satisfying. I hope I can buy this using DP, or make some golems who can cook that can try and replicate the food here.
Just then, the sound of a gong resounded through the ballroom. Some dungeon masters who heard this gong had a grin up their face while others were momentarily stunned.
Right after that, a giant, holographic screen appeared at the end of the hall. Inside the holographic screen, there was a man in his youths with a majestic appearance. His looks that is far ahead than those of male models, body that is slim, yet sturdy, and a clear voice that can suck you in. He had silver hair and silver eyes, and looked at us as what you would call a father looking at his children.
“Welcome, my children, to the annual Dungeon Games!!!”

Eleknar's Heir, The Infernal Prince (Demonic LitRPG)
A LitRPG and Epic Fantasy adventure: The son of a mafia boss finds himself abruptly plunged into an alternate world where he must find a way to survive the horrors of a realm called Oblivion, make pacts with demons, form unnatural friendships, and figure out what the hell is going on – all while dealing with the depressing reality of his past. An artificial intelligence has ascended into godhood and has thrown Trey’s home into Chaos, pulling millions of people into an enchanted new life... or, in Trey's case, a violent nightmare. As far as he can tell, he is locked into what the system prompts call a ‘Death Game.’ Here, artificial reality is manufactured for the enjoyment of a being called the All Spirit, and he has a very real chance of truly dying. Just how real is this place though? Is it merely a simulation, a realistic game of life and death… or is it something much more? Elves, dwarves, undead, and other races only thought to exist in fairy tales are now a reality. Black magics, pantheons of gods at odds with one another, predatory symbiotes, and an unholy calling, the significance of which he has yet to grasp, are all entangled with his fate. ============================================ ============================================ Some things to expect when reading this book series: - Brutal storyline where no character is safe and choices have real consequences. Heavy on action, survival, and adventure - An isekai. The main character struggles to find himself, repeatedly crossing the line between good and evil as other important characters influence his life - Harem (explicit), though this only starts about 180k words in. - Good amounts of crafting, town building, and guild building later on - Good amounts of fantasy-related LitRPG stats, rank ups, and evolutions. Heavy focus on demons and black magics - There will be many points of view, but there is only one primary/main character that takes up 90% of the POV - A long storyline. Currently (as of 7/26/2021) I have about 1500k words written, though much of it will have to be heavily edited and re-written. I also plan to go far beyond 1500k words if people like the story (A lot of it is also in the 'backstories' book that explores the guildmates, the link is below) - Chapters will have an average of about 4k-5k words, a little longer than most other books on RR, though there will be exceptions for more and less. I just didn't like posting chapters that didn't feel complete, and 2k words often felt like too little. - If you like super-heroic and goody-goody characters, this story is not for you. ***Updated once a week***

Corpse Crawler
Ludwig Lock wakes up in a hospital bed to find a weeping woman at his side. After some crying, more weaping and confusion, Ludwig discovers that that lady was his ten year old sister, and that he's been in a coma for fifteen years. He also learns that the world he had grown to know was no more since heroes, villains, and super powers inhabit the streets, being regarded as a lot of things withing an endless spectrum. Just when he was about to finally get started with his new life, Ludwig faced a streak of bad luck, the last event of this chain setting him up to die so a vigilante can save himself. After suffering the worst beating of his life and experimenting the incompetence of the law, Ludwig decides to use his own hands to achieve justice. He will face difficult challenges, traumatic situations, and probably horrible stuff to get his life rolling. But at least he's got a friend to help him. Not a normal one though. ---- IMPORTANT: I personally identify powers as a fantastical element, which is why I don't find weird the addition of other elements of the same vein if it stays within the logic of the world. New and old chapters get updated with relative frequency, (new chapter every week, though it may be delayed a day or more to problems or some other reason) and the story is in a draft-like state, meaning it will probably stay the same but there will be changes on the prose or writing. Also, I would apreciate if it is known to me (Respectfully) which points should I improve on.
